• Greg (7/5): Suited a party of four, comfy beds but had building work on every floor of the building - The property was nice and accurately looked like the images shown. The beds were comfy, nice touch with the smart tele too. It was suitable for my party of four. When we stayed there we were never told that the whole building the property is located in was having renovation work in other apartments. Every morning, including on a Sunday we were rudely a woke at 7:30-8am to drilling, banging of hammers. Also to the person who needs to stay in the middle single room, there is a door shaft that opens into the stairwell and that is loud when people are stamping up and down the stairs. All we would have asked for is that the communication regarding building works were happening during our stay.

• Alicja (8/5): Naprawdę duża i bardzo przyjemna przestrzeń. Dobrze wyposażona! Super obsługa na miejscu :) - Bardzo miła obsługa na miejscu, naprawdę duża i bardzo przyjemna przestrzeń. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Świetnie pachnące kosmetyki w łazience, suszarka i mieciutkie ręczniki. Świeża przyjemna pościel. Wysokie piętro, wąska klatka schodowa, dość krótkie łóżka w mniejszych pokojach. Mniejsze pokoje nie mają zbyt dużego doświetlenia, ale na wakacje - są bardzo przyjemne.
• Cleiden (10/5): Excelente.volveriamos de nuevo sin dudas - La ubicación es excepcional, muy cerca de todo. A pocas cuadras de la sagrada familia. La anfitriona extraordinaria muy atenta. Quizá que está en un piso alto y sin ascensor. Pero era algo que desde que solicité el apartamento me lo dijeron y aceptamos. No es para personas con movilidad reducida.

• Elizabeth (5/5): - The spot was amazing but the neighbor next door would come home at 2am & blare the tv, making it literally impossible to sleep. Again- actual building was great & huge space but the lack of sleep due to the neighbor was awful. Neighbor could’ve been more aware of the time of day & the fact that the walls are thin. Tv at 2am until 10am was no great.
• Anastasia (5/5): The price was fair for what we got. No pleasant surprises though. - The apartment was clean and the property manager living downstairs tried to be helpful. We appreciate that they allowed us to leave our luggage in the apartment before the check-in time. The apartment building and the apartment itself screams for at least some renovations. What I hoped would be charming based on photos in reality was straight outdated and neglected. The first, night neighbors next door had their radio/tv on till the morning making our sleep impossible. Complain to the property manager helped and we didn’t hear anything next nights. The location is far from a metro line but is pretty walkable and safe.

• Gema (8/5): Agradable y cálido. Todo correcto - Es cómodo, acogedor y cálido. Estaba todo limpio y no le faltaba de nada. El personal muy amable. Francis nos atendió muy bien a todo lo que necesitamos. Está en un cuarto piso sin ascensor. No está muy bien insonorizado. Se oye todo los ruidos de la calle y al vecino de la casa de al lado se le oía todo. Se pasó toda la noche con la radio, parecía que la teníamos en nuestra habitación.

• Allan (7/5): Bien - Bien ubicado, pero se debe de tomar en cuenta que el apartamento se encuentra en un 5to piso y no existe ascensor por lo que una persona discapacitada no puede ingresar o se le dificultará No tener ascensor
• Krzysztof (9/5): Duże, klimatyczne mieszkanie w dogodnej lokalizacji - Świetna lokalizacja, duża przestrzeń, mieszkanie wyposażone we wszystko co potrzebne. Wygodne łóżka, zestaw do prasowania, dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Szaf tyle, że moglibyśmy zabrać ze sobą wszystko co posiadamy jako rodzina - my podróżujemy minimalistycznie, ale może dla kogoś to będzie ważne. Błyskawiczny kontakt na WhatsApp. W zasadzie nie ma się czego przyczepić. Brak windy i dość głośno w pokoju od strony ulicy, ale o tym wiedziałem przed przyjazdem i nie było to szczególnie uciążliwe.

• Jemi (7/5): - In general the place is clean, it’s eclectic furniture and art pieces wise. Yet, the kitchen is supplied with good SMEG products and location is great The hosts were not super accommodating, at first they didn’t want to keep the luggages and our flight was late. In the end the hosts kept the bags for some hours. Additionally, the stairs were not mentioned in the initial description. Also, the neighbors were watching tv toll late at night and we could barely sleep some nights when they watched tv till early in the mornings. The AC is only on one side of the apt, making it on hot days pretty warm in two rooms.
• Reggy (8/5): Top week gehad in Barca en prijs kwaliteit was goed - Leuke plek vlak bij de Segrada, leuke ontbijt tentjes in de buurt. Kan aan mij gelegen hebben maar ik kon m’n draai niet vinden op de bank en stoelen. Dus ik zou er andere inzetten. Verder goed bed in de hoofd slaapkamer, de 2 kleinere kamers waren geen top bedden.

• Marco (8/5): Prachtig appartement op een goede locatie in Barcelona - Erg mooi appartement op een uitstekende locatie in Barcelona met drie slaapkamers Er is geen lift en dan is 5 hoog behoorlijk veel traplopen. Parkeren kan in de buurt maar is wel heel duur.

• Wei-Tze (9/5): - The location was perfect, just a couple of blocks from the iconic Sagrada Família. It's also perfectly situated between the Sagrada Família and Verdaguer metro stations, which turned out to be a lifesaver. During our stay, there were two days of protests that led to a lot of disruption and shut down all the street traffic. The metro was the only way to get around, so having it so close was incredibly helpful. The apartment was spotless and cozy, and the two single rooms were a good size, though they might feel a bit small for anyone around 190 cm tall. Compared to Germany, Italy, France, and Spain, the prices here are a bit expensive, but that's just how it is in Barcelona.
• YUNG YUNG (4/5): - La ubicación y el apartamento en si es muy bonito. El personal es atento y amable. Hace muchísimo ruido, no pudimos dormir porque el vecino tuvo puesto la televisión toda la noche y se escuchaba perfectamente. Además de que no tiene ascensor (ya lo sabíamos) pero son escaleras antiguas por lo que hace más altura y es más empinado.

• Gloria (10/5): Enjoyed my stay at Urban Apts. It was clean, comfortable and roomy for my family of four. Loved the cute little balconie - I loved the fact that we had our own apartment. The kids had their own room. The place was roomy and clean and perfect. Could not have asked for better. Wish it had an elevator for our luggage. Otherwise nothing - it was fantastic!

• Aleksandra (7/5): Perfect place to stay when one wants to explore Barcelona - Very nice apartment, close to the main city attractions by walking or public transport. Bar, restaurants and grocery stores near by. 2 small bedroom, 1 main, separate living room, kitchen and dining area are more than enough for a comfortable stay for 4 people. Kitchen could have been better equipped (more pans, cups etc. would be great). It is very noisy in the main bedroom and living room, even in the middle of the night (Barcelona never sleeps ☺️).
• Jane (4/5): Disappointing - Location 5 floors up..not told this prior to booking Things were broken: Bathroom drawer, fell apart obviously broken before we got there TV Remote was disguised as in one piece but it couldn't be put back together The dining table was set...that was obviously because the kitchen is impractical, and you can't fit the large plates in the cupboards The accommodation is not safe for children. There are no allowances for children...for example child safety crockery The balcony was not worth having. The pigeons were very happy . The overhead lights were flimsy and the shade in the main bedroom fell off The shower screen is not securely fixed in the shower The tiles in the shower were slippery The balustrade was weak in some areas The steps are worn in the staircase..vulnerable people may slip There is no fire exit I am afraid the cost of accommodation in Barcelona has sky-rocketed over the last few years. Be aware.
• José (6/5): It is fine for one maybe two nights, but it is not the luxury or comfort it might seem at first. - The most possitive aspect was the location. Very close to Sagrada Familia. It was also pleasant to see it had towels, coffee and all the basic amenities I wasnt told the apartment had no elevator and our flat was a 3rd with 2 intermediate floors (so in reality a 5th) until I got there. Wasnt told either it only had one bathroom and two of the rooms very small
• Slobodan (8/5): Very good - The position of the apartment ,surrounded by shops and 24/7 markets,recommends for families up to 4 persons . Wery close to the traffic street,and noisy over the day. Dish washers will be preferable for prolonged stays. Recommended sofa replacement in the daily room.
• Emilian (7/5): We like it but we'll never come back. - In the center. The kitchen is fully equipped. It is the best value for money. We discussed with owner via whatsup and every time replayed very fast. There is no elevator - but I knew this from very beginning. The room on the street side is extremely noisy. I am used to sleep in noisy environment but that room had the windows replaced not with glass but with transparent plastic and you can hear choppers and cars like are near you.. And the windows are old and not closing perfect. We stayed in december and cold air was our best friend. In 5 days they didn't replaced the linen nor the towels. They didn't clean the room in 5 days not even the garbage -> we had to throw garbage by ourselves.

• Beth (10/5): The accommodation and service was amazing! away - This property actually had a split system air conditioner for one end of the apartment, a great ceiling fan at the other end and also a portable air conditioner which was wonderful for the Barcelonian warm weather. Staff were so helpful with any queries we had.

• Cherna (8/5): Very good - The guy met us and gave us the keys, answered all the questions (but through the translator as didn’t speak English, but you can get all the answers through whatsup communication). An apartment is big enough for a family of four. It was clean, the conditioner is a plus, but doesn’t go through the whole flat. There’s everything you may need for a short visit in Barcelona. The beds were comfortable. The walls are so thin that you can hear the TV of the neighbor’s apartment as well as all the street noise.

• Syed (8/5): Great place to stay in the heart of Barcelona. - the apartment was in an amazing location and the property was very good. we had luggage and kids and the apartment was on 4th floor with no elevator.

• Alexandre (9/5): Great stay! Will be back :) - I really loved the aesthetic, light and size of this apartment! There’s one main bedroom and two small rooms with twins beds, one bathroom, one nicely equipped kitchen , a dining room and a living room. There’s plenty of storage for clothes. Shower has amazing water pressure. The location was great for me. The wifi is fast. Insonorisation is very good with the neighbours (can’t hear them) but you can hear some noise from the street (as most places do in Barcelona). Francis was very kind and responsive. Efficient check in. Would definitely stay here again! The couch in the living room is not so comfortable, and it would be nice if the TV had Netflix. Also, the apartment had many flights of stairs to go up so be aware of that. Did not come with shampoo or detergent for the wash.
