• Eyleen (9/5): Wir hatten einen fabelhaften Aufenthalt - Tolle Lage, mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln super zu erreichen. Metro und Supermarkt in 5 Gehminuten zu erreichen. Gut ausgestattet. Sehr zuverlässig Kommunikation und wirklich freundlich. Danke Vanessa!
• Oľga (10/5): Skvela lokalita, útulný byt, veľká terasa. - Veľmi pekný, čistý, útulný byt, zo všetkým čo potrebuješ, nič nám nechýbalo. Balkón a krásna veľká terasa. Bol to zážitok raňajkovať a sledovať východ slnka 😎 Metro a vlaková stanica cca 10 min chôdze. Blízko veľký obchod s potravinami, aj menšie obchody, rôzne reštaurácie a bary. Majiteľka je veľmi milá a ústretová, dobrá komunikácia. Apartmán je na 5. poschodí bez výťahu, ale vedeli sme to, pre nás to nebol problém. Veľmi radi sa vrátime do krásnej Barcelony a radi sa opäť ubytujeme v tomto apartmáne.
• Georgiana (8/5): We would reccomend this place but take into considaration that is on the 5th floor and does not have an elevator - The property was well located that had all the necessary comodities. I would have liked more updated furniture and a bit more scrubbing in the shower. Other than this the place was really clean and the mattress was very confortable
• piet (9/5): Perfecte accomodatie in rustige wijk - De host was ontzettend vriendelijk. Ze informeerde ook tijdens ons verblijf of alles goed was. Ze reageerde heel snel op vragen. En ze gaf spontaan een leuke tip voor een attractie. De accomodatie is heel schoon. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Heerlijk harde bedden. Een fijn balkon om te relaxen in het zonnetje of in de schaduw.De keuken is zeer compleet. De accomodatie staat is gelegen in een rustige buurt. Een prima wijk, dichtbij een metrostation. De hele stad is hierdoor makkelijk en snel te bereiken. In de buurt leuke tentjes voor zeer redelijke prijzen lekker te eten. Ook zijn de supermarkten op loopafstand. Vanaf het vliegveld kun je de accommodatie per trein of metro bereiken. Niet twijfelen, gewoon boeken! Niets

• cm6543 (9/5): A Home in Barcelona where you can really feel at home - The apartment in the uppermost (5.) floor is very quiet! The heating in the bedroom and living room was needed and worked well. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, and overall we felt really at home. The communication with the owner and all the hints we got from her were awesome. Be aware that the building has a very narrow staircase and no elevator. It wasn't a problem for us, but it might be challenging if you bring heavy luggage.

• Stefan (10/5): - Very nice place, comfortable, with everything you need. Very polite host. 7 minutes to the train station, 3-4 to the metro. Overall a very good choice for staying in Barcelona. It has a long hallway and it is a little bit chilly in it, but there are various ways for heating so it is not a problem.

• Olga (9/5): Hosts made our trip to Barcelona comfy - Balcony with a view; location close to the metro and train station; quiet and clean. After walking all day, getting to the 5th floor by foot was tiring - but hey, at least it is healthy!

• Marta (10/5): Piso muy acogedor y bien ubicado - El piso es muy acogedor, con todas las comodidades y una terraza preciosa. Está en un barrio tranquilo, cerca de varios comercios y cafeterías y a pocos minutos caminando de la estación de tren Sants. Excelente localización, muy bien comunicado con las principales zonas de interés de la ciudad. Vanesa es una anfitriona muy amable y atenta, siempre disponible para cualquier duda. Sin duda 100% recomendable! Como único aspecto menos positivo, es piso está en la 5a planta de un edificio sin ascensor. En nuestro caso lo solucionamos haciendo más que un "viaje" para subir las maletas y de todas formas no supondría un problema si se viaja con poco equipaje.

• Mai (8/5): Cozy guest houses. - Most of the necessities of life were available. The beds were comfortable. Metro station and supermarket were close by. It's fine once you get used to it, but the stairs to the fifth floor are difficult.

• Maria (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice, family place. The apartment is ideal for a family of 4. There is a TV, air conditioning, a well-equipped kitchen. Great location! Very close to the train station, access from the airport od very good. Nearby there are many shops, bars and restaurants. In addition, the contact with the owner is wonderful. I definitely recommend it.
• Marta (9/5): Highly recommended place and host. - Very nice and comfortable place. Kitchen fully equipped, everything clean and nice smelling. The apartment is on the 4th floor, but there is no lift. The view is nice, but if you are with small kids, or an older person this can be challenging. Close to the metro and train station – so basically close enough everywhere in Barcelona. The host is very nice and helpful. If you are coming at the end of August and do not like the crowd and laud music, check the timing of ‘’Festa Major de Sant”. We loved it and laud music is not basically heard and the apartment, but there is many people there during each evening of the party. The apartment was clean, but I would spend some time in the shower, jus needs a little bit more attention.

Everything is available in the kitchen, good for family The bathroom is quite small, towels need to be replaced, it is on the fifth floor without a lift

• Petra (7/5): Spanish evenings on a nice balcony in a nice appartment. - Located in a quiet area with a nice view from the 5ht floor. Two balconies, one with beautiful cactus, very nice to sit outside and enjoy the evening. As it is in an old building, there are this narrow stairs, which belongs to the character of the house. It is good to know in advance, in case somebody would have difficulties to walk. There is a different payment than I was used to, which is mentioned in the text of the appartment, but the owners were nice and gave as well the opportunity to check with booking in case of insecurity. All worked fine. As it is an old building with old tabs the shower is accordingly. As all is build in, it is difficult to do something.
• John (8/5): Very good - Location was ideal as short walk to the train station that brings you everywhere. 1 stop to catalunya, la ramblas and the hop on hop off tour bus stop at the station also so ideal if using this. The apt had everything you could need except for English TV. Wasn't an issue for us but maybe if you had younger kids. Bedroom was comfy. I came by taxi as had 2 small kids and didn't want the hassle but you could get the train from the airport and walk up. Instructions to get into the apartment were spot on. The location on Google maps is different when you input it but don't worry it gets you there. It's a top floor apt so older, restricted mobility and kids in buggy not ideal. Perfect for us. Nice area with leisure facilities near by. It would have been nice if there was a football or basket ball in the apt as there is a small park at the end of the road. The apt was well stocked. Bed linen, bathroom, kitchen were all spotless. Lots of fresh fresh towels. Easy to navigate and very practical experience. While the bedroom was very cosy and comfortable the pull out couch in the sitting room was very uncomfortable to sleep on. Not too bad for 1 person if you leave it as a couch but when you pull it out it as a double it was awful.

• Ajay (7/5): Good - Location, facilities Everything was good. 5th floor, it was terrible to go to 5th floor thru stairs. No where it was mentioned that it is on 5th floor. With luggage, small space and 5th floor, it was very painful.
• Anja (8/5): Very good - Nice apartment for a family of four. Very good accomodation in a central but still calm and safe area for the prize. Welcome was easy and friendly and apartment was well equipped and clean. Especially the kitchen was very comfortable and well equipped! Note: Apartment is in 5th floor with no elevator. Helps to keep fit :) but might not be suitable for everybody - depending also on the luggage that you carry around with you.
