• Tracee (10/5): Gracia District hidden gem - The location was perfect, great neighbourhood and easy to get anywhere. The apartment was perfect for our family, the rooftop separate granny flat was awesome for our oldest son to have his own space and privacy. Mario was excellent to deal with, gave us some great tips on restaurants, public transport etc and was readily available for any questions or help we needed. Barcelona is a beautiful city, our second time there but definitely the best stay with the outstanding accommodation. Loved everything about it! N/A
• Mary Ellen (10/5): - This property worked very well for us as a group of friends. As mentioned in other reviews the studio which is the third bedroom)second bathroom is external to the main apartment and on the rooftop terrace. The accomodation contained everything you need and the terrace was great to have. We were delighted to meet Alejandra for check in. The area is lovely and we enjoyed spending time there. Would recommend. The third bed is a sofa bed. This was ok but not as comfortable as a proper bed.

Easy to get around with close access to the Metro, walking distance to Park Guell The third bedroom is a sofa bed, so not as comfortable as a proper bed

• laurence (1/5): - Appartement très bien L'hôte n'est pas venu faire le check out et puis nous envoie un message le lendemain en disant qu'il y a eu un dégâts des eaux dans l'appartement donc il nous a pris la caution de 300 € pour réparation du parquet ! Un vrai arnaqueur ! J'ai appelé le service client de booking qui m'a dit de voir directement avec l'établissement et qu'il ne peuvent rien faire pour nous ! C'est très décevant ! surtout étant une cliente fidèle depuis des années de booking !
• Dorian (9/5): - Básicamente todo de 10. Seguramente repitamos. Muy amables y apartamento muy limpio y completo. Camas muy buenas. La cafetera eléctrica. Aunque hay una italiana pero es individual, tienes que ponerla tantas veces como tazas quieras. Y el aire se apaga cada x tiempo imaginamos que hay un limitador pero deberían al menos ponerlo una hora más porque tienes que levantarte a media noche a ponerlo de nuevo. Salvo por esto, lo demás de 10.

• Michael (10/5): Highly recommended to stay here. Very comfortable apartment in a good area - It’s in a great location, you feel like a local there.. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. We loved the private roof top terrace. Mario was great, gave us some good tips. 2 good restaurants right opposite. Supermarkets 100m away. Good airconditioner in whole apartment. Nothing.
• Anastasia (9/5): Superb - Great hosts and very warm welcome on arrival with lots of great suggestions and travel advice. The flat had everything needed for a weekend in Barcelona and more. The location was great, not too far from metro and walkable to some sights but lots available near too. The studio on the roof was a bonus too as meant we didn’t need to share beds for 4 of us, also handy to have an extra bathroom up there. The roof terrace was also brilliant and has views of Sagrada and the mountain. Loved our stay. Thank you. The only slight issue we encountered was on Saturday night it was noisy from one of the neighbours. But other nights it was really quite quiet.
• Selahattin (7/5): All in all, a good stay with a few minor drawbacks, but the host and location definitely made up for - We had a pleasant stay in Barcelona overall. The flat was in a great location – very central and convenient. We hardly needed to use public transport, even though we had purchased day passes, as most places were within walking distance. One of the highlights was definitely the host – he was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which made things easier for us. There were a couple of downsides worth mentioning. While the flat itself was clean, the linens for the sofa bed didn’t feel freshly washed – though I can’t say for sure, and I don’t want to make assumptions. The sofa itself also looked quite worn and the fabric wasn’t the cleanest, which was a bit off-putting. Additionally, there was a late check-in fee which I wasn’t aware of until after I had booked and paid. I later found it mentioned in the property description, but it was quite far down and easy to miss – so perhaps partly my oversight.

• Lynda (10/5): Happy to recommend and return! - We would definitely return! Mario made us feel very welcome and showed us around the apartment. The rooftop was a favorite of ours with a gorgeous view of Sagrada Familia. We loved the neighborhood! It was very quiet in the evening.

• Stefan (9/5): Comfortable, well equipped apartment with a great roof terrace and an extra studio/cabane - we loved it! - The apartment is very well located in the heart of Gracia, everything is just a short distance away. Most amazing is the roof terrace with a great view across the entire city and up the Tibidabo. On the terrace there‘s a little fully equipped studio (our „cabane“ to get away from the kids in the evening), the terrace must be great with its bbq - unfortunately November nights (especially during a fall storm) don‘t feel very inviting for a family bbq. Beds comfortable, kitchen fully equipped. Two thumbs up and a massive smile. Thanks for the great holiday location! Hard pass! After trying a lot of apartments across Barca over the last 11 years (2 visits p.a.) - this was hands down the best. Ah, wait - surely did not like having to leave it to return home!
• Deborah (7/5): There were several really positive aspects to the flat but some things that were also less than ideal. - Excellent location in Gràcia, clean, quiet. The sofa beds were extremely uncomfortable, essentially you were sleeping on a couch. The room with the two twin beds had zero places to put your things as one of the beds completely blocked the closet. The unlocked door at the top of the stairs did not close properly and kept banging.
