• sbl44 (9/5): Barcelona de paso - Localización muy cerca de metro y barrio tranquilo con muchos restaurantes y bares para desayunar. La anfitriona muy atenta, y aunque se me olvidó avisarla de la hora de llegada, no tardó nada en llegar. El apartamento muy cómodo y limpio, con todo lo necesario.

• nelimk (9/5): - Беше топло и просторно жилище,точно отговаря на снимките.Близо е до спирка на метрото.Не е лукс, но притежава всичко , което ни беше нужно по време на престоя ни. Няма такива неща.

• Eva (7/5): - Die Lage war sehr gut, U-Bahn in 3 Minuten erreichbar. Viele Lebensmittelgeschäfte ( Bäckerei, Fleischhauer, Spar plus kleinen Markthalle, Lidl). Heizung in der Unterkunft. Die Pfannen, Besteck und die Matratzen sollten erneuert werden.

Debe cambiarse por una ducha nueva En el dormitorio de dos camas no hay persiana y entra mucha luz del descansillo de la casa, que tiene la luz toda la noche encendida. Cristal de la cocina roto. Y armarios sucios.
• Klaudia (7/5): Párnapos kiruccanásra kiváló. - Kényelmes ágy. Összességében minden rendben volt, a fürdőszoba egy részét leszámítva. Tisztaság volt mindenhol! 👌🏻 A fürdőszobát kicsit ki kellene pofozni, elég kiábrándító volt a kád és a csempe állapota. De tiszta volt.

• Zoltán (8/5): Ubytovanie blízko stanice metra - Skvelá poloha, metro stanica blízko ubytovania. V okolí ubytovania obchody reštaurácie. Veľmi dobrá komunikácia s ubytovateľom, ochota a ústretovosť. Vybanie zodpovedá popisu, na krátky pobyt a pre menej náročných úplne vyhovujúce.

• Rodrigo (7/5): - Cozinha bem equipada, apartamento espaçoso, bairro calmo, Proximo do metro, Proximo de varios supermercados e restaurantes. Ausencia de ar condicionado, cozinha sem microondas, taxa turistica muito cara.
• Rafael (2/5): Suffering in the heat - The apartment is in a great location and it is well equipped except for the lack of AC. When I asked for an additional larger fan, the administrator got us one straight away. Although it did not make much difference due to the extreme heat inside the apartment. The apartment has an AC unit in the living room that you can see in one of the photos but we never knew if it was working or disconnected. When we asked the administrator the only answer we got was the AC was not included in the fare. It was extremely hot in Barcelona during those days and we did not have enough fans provided to have a comfortable stay for a family of four. The kids rooms had a tiny fan, the size of a handheld one. Personally I would encourage the owner not to rent during the summer because the reviews will be just as bad as mine.

• Yaoiina (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was very close to the metro and getting to the center was easy. It was in a good condition and we really enjoyed staying there. Especially the balcony because the view was so nice. We enjoyed our stay a lot.

• Christina (5/5): Seems good but - The location was great and the apartment was clean The beds were really uncomfortable, too many rules of the house which doesn't allow you to feel relaxed.
• Ciprian (8/5): Very good - Great location, close to public transport and beautiful neibourhood. You have a variety of stores nearby. The host was great The beds in the room with 2 beds were making noise ar every move and you can hear a lot of noises from other apartments (specialy when watter was used in the bathroom by other apartments). Bathroom could be a little more clean.
• Jonathan (9/5): Very obliging hist who kindly let us have a late check out - Clean, close to restaurants, mini market and metro The second bedroom was very small but fortunately we ended up not needing it
• Svitlana (6/5): Generally ok but only for 2 people, would not want to come back - Close to the metro. They checked us in 1,5 hours earlier. The manager responded quickly to our question about absence of hot water. Good hair dryer. The Appartment is poorly equipped, be prepared to buy everything including the toilet paper which they provide as compliment of 2 rolls. Room with two single beds is impossible to use due to its size and absence of fresh air, and the sofa in common area is horrible. The Appartment really needs renovation. The toilet seat falls all the time. Artificial flowers. We were charged tourist tax for a child and later I read that the children of this age are exempt from the tax - the manager just wrote “you pay what is calculated by booking”.
• Marietta (3/5): Price-performance ratio is not right - Very good Location. Metro station just a few minutes away. The bed was very uncomfortable and creaked loudly. The Apartment was very light hearted. You hear everything. Mold smell present.
• Shelby (5/5): Met minimum standards - Proximity to metro line It met minimum standards, bit by bugs, mildew in shower, lack of toiletries, no a/c.
• Dezhi (8/5): Very good - The place is in a quiet community . Main subway L3 is within 200 meters.Easy to go main spots. House hostress replies quickly. We stay for 4 nights but only be prepared with 2 toilet roll papers. The curtains are too thin to shade lights.
