Alle bezoekers konden de app downloaden en los van elkaar naar binnen. Zonder dat we sleutels hoefden te delen of deze kwijt konden raken. Het viel niet tegen, de locatie was erg centraal en het appartement was mooi ruim opgezet. Geen klachten!

Not the apartment advertised, different pictures and different address. Flat was not as advertised as decor and finishing was older and of lower quality. Dishwasher didn’t work Coffee machine didn’t work Iron was hazardous, I got an electric shock from exposed wires (it should be removed)

Wifi in the property was terrible so unable to use tablet etc Apartment smelt unpleasant so had to keep doors open whenever inside. Having to use your phone to unlock the property was annoying as you had to rely on it always being charged. It was also temperamental so you had to try multiple times to get the door to open.

L'appartamento è dotato di tutti i confort e servizi immaginabili. Purtroppo il mio caricabatterie del cellulare aveva una spina a 3 e quelle a muro erano spine tedesche Schuko a 2 per cui ho dovuto comprare un adattatore. Essendoci nella casa un sacco di prese magari sarebbe utile se ne venisse prevista una a 3. Nel bagno ogni tanto scendeva qualche goccia d'acqua dal piano di sopra ma ho avvisato i gestori dell'appartamento e se ne sono interessati subito.
- Julie (9/5): Great apartment but shame about the outside noise - Clean Good location Comfy beds Spacious Helpful staff Noise - due to single glazed windows you could hear traffic and people chatting 24 hours a day. Plus the garbage and recycling being emptied. Thankfully this reduced slightly over Easter weekend. We stopped on the top floor of 317 which faces onto the avenue.
- Beate (2/5): Barcelona ist eine Reise wert, aber nicht in Tendency 6, Appartment 3C - Die Lage war für unsere Unternehmungen gut. Leider hat das Appartment für 5 Personen sehr enttäuscht. Es war sehr klein, die beiden Bäder winzig, ohne Ablagemöglichkeiten, und leider war auch noch Schimmel in der Dusche. Im engen Schlafzimmer gab es einen sehr engen Schrank, für 2 Personen viel zu klein mit 1 Bügel darin. Die Koffer konnte man nur noch vor das Bett stellen. In der Küche gab es weder Wasserkocher, noch ein Geschirrhandtuch. Die Pfannen waren nicht mehr zu benutzen (Belag verschrammt, schmutzig). Es gab keine Garderobe im engen Vorflur. Im Wohnzimmer war der Teppich flecking, die Couch hatte 3 Löcher. Es wirkte alles sehr schäbig. Für diese Unterkunft war der Preis für 5 Tage mit 1700,00 € nicht angemessen. Leider hat die Unterkunft bis heute nicht auf unsere Beschwerde reagiert.

Поддержка не помогла, бро - Мы забронировали эти апартаменты, потому что в описании было указано, что они находятся в центре города. Позже выяснилось, что такой адрес существует и в черте города, и за его пределами, из-за чего мы уехали не туда. Мы оказались ночью, под дождём, с чемоданами, в незнакомом районе и так и не смогли найти апартаменты. Мы сразу связались с владельцем и службой поддержки, чтобы объяснить ситуацию и попросить помощи. Через некоторое время бронирование было отменено не по нашей инициативе, и вся сумма была удержана как штраф. Итог: 500 евро за 4 ночи списаны, хотя мы не прожили ни одной ночи. Крайне стрессовый и несправедливый опыт. Будьте осторожны — я категорически не рекомендую эти апартаменты. We booked these apartments because the listing said they were in the city center. After booking, we were sent an address with a typo in the street name (one letter missing) and no postal code. Later we discovered that the same street name exists both in the city and outside the city, which caused us to go to the wrong location. We arrived at night, in the rain, with our luggage, and were unable to find the apartment. We immediately contacted the host and Booking support to explain the situation and ask for help. Some time later, the reservation was cancelled not by us, and the full amount was charged as a “penalty.” As a result, 500€ for 4 nights were taken, even though we never stayed there. This was an extremely stressful and unfair experience. Please be careful — I do not recommend these apartments.

Kleine defectjes zouden herstelling nodig hebben zoals in badkamer gebarsten tegels, half hangende toilet die er misschien eens zal afvallen, douchedeur die niet geheel sluit, droogkast met moeilijk sluitende deur. Overall wel tevreden, maar dit moet men wel fixen naar de toekomst toe denk ik. Ook keukengerij mag worden vernieuwd en aangevuld.

- Marina (9/5): Overall, we liked our stay in Barcelona. - Location Was very difficult to get into the property because the agent forgot to send us a message about the need to install Vacant Smart program on the phone, without which the links to open the door would not work. Also, if you want to check in before 3 pm, as is the practice in other places, then this is not possible in this apartment.

Din 4 zile de cazare, 2 nu am avut apa calda. Iar daca esti fumător, este inconfortabil ca nu exista balcon și trebuie sa ieși din bloc.

- Julian (1/5): Despite the convenient location, the discrepancies between the listing and the actual condition meant I couldn’t stay. - The location was genuinely convenient, very central, and close to everything I needed. Even though I didn’t stay the night due to the condition of the property, I can see how the experience could have been much better if the place had reflected what was shown in the photos and description. I’m sharing this experience to help future travellers make an informed decision. Unfortunately, the property did not reflect what was advertised. Several important details were different on arrival. The place had a noticeable old, moldy smell, and parts of the kitchen were in poor condition, including broken drawer knobs. The listing also stated the property had air conditioning, but only the living area had a unit. The bedrooms had no AC at all and were scorching hot, and the rooms felt as sterile and bare as a hospital facility. Because of all this, the accommodation didn’t feel suitable, so I chose not to stay. I contacted both the property managers and @booking.com to explain the situation. Booking.com acknowledged that they attempted to contact the property managers but received no response. If the property is unresponsive even to Booking.com, it raises concerns about the level of support a guest can realistically expect. Despite this, no further action was taken and no reimbursement was provided, even though I didn’t stay at the property at all. What concerned me most was the disconnect between the listing and the reality on arrival. When essential information such as room conditions, air conditioning, or overall maintenance doesn’t match what’s presented online, it can feel misleading and leave travellers in a difficult position with limited support. My intention isn’t to be negative; it’s simply to share what happened so others are aware, and so both the property and Booking.com can work towards preventing misleading or deceptive situations in the future. Cucina attrezzata con lavastoviglie e lavatrice. Letti con doghe e materassi comodi forniti di coperte e trapunte. Aria condizionata e caldaia. Posizione strategica a 15 minuti a piedi da piazza d'Espagna. Due asciugamani a persona sono un po' pochi, quello da doccia è un po' piccolo. Il palazzo d'epoca fine 800 non è insonorizzato quindi il silenzio è dato dal rispetto dei vicini che sono tutti turisti.

- Chelle Marie (4/5): Herausfordernd - Die Wohnung war zu groß Erstens konnten wir bei unserer Ankunft die Eingangstür nicht öffnen, und niemand vom Kundendienst wusste, was los war. Es stellte sich heraus, dass es ein elektrisches Problem gab, das ich nach stundenlangen Telefonaten schließlich selbst herausfand. Glücklicherweise öffnete jemand die Tür von innen, sodass wir hineinkommen konnten. Zweitens funktionierte der Aufzug aufgrund des Stromausfalls nicht, sodass wir unser Gepäck und unsere Sachen den ganzen Weg bis in den zweiten Stock tragen mussten. Gott sei Dank hatten wir sehr nette Nachbarn, die uns halfen. Wohlgemerkt hatte ich zwei ältere Menschen dabei. Und schließlich gab es zwar Strom im Zimmer, aber leider kein Wasser für die Toilette oder zum Waschen, gar nichts. Also mussten wir rausgehen und einen Ort suchen, wo wir die Toilette benutzen konnten. Es war eine Katastrophe. Das Wasser funktionierte zwar, aber erst am letzten Tag unseres Aufenthalts.
- Michele (6/5): Centrale .....e basta - Centrale L' indirizzo non corrisponde, l' appartamento non corrisponde alle foto e.non si capisce quale verrà assegnato.. il taxi mi ha portato all indirizzo presente su Booking.com e per trovare l appartamento ho perso quasi un ora perché le foto dell ingresso sono di un altro palazzo che si trova a circa 10 minuti di cammino che con le valigie e la pioggia non è piacevole. Forniture dell appartamento scarse , bagni senza finestra e aspirazione, neanche una bottiglia di acqua nel frigo, carta igienica scarsa....per quasi 400 euro a notte si poteva offrire qualcosina in più....tante cose malandate e non funzionanti. ATTENZIONE: PRESENZA DI UN SISTEMA CHE APPENA SI APRE LA PORTA DJ INGRESSO STACCA LA CORRENTE IN TUTTA CASA E PER RIATTIVARLA BISOGNA PREMERE UN PULSANTE DALL INTERNO. Quindi se qualcuno si sveglia presto la mattina ed esce spegne la corrente a tutti ed uscendo non può riattivarla perché serve un altra persona dall' interno. Se qualcuno esce per qualsiasi motivo spegne la corrente a tutti ( es chi si trova nei bagni o doccia) rimane al buoi. Incredibile!!!, almeno le luci dovrebbero funzionare. Poi è un appartamento fino a 6 persone quindi c'è sempre chi entra o esce. TERRIBILE PER UN APPARTAMENTO PAGATO QUASI 400 EURO A NOTTE!!! Regole assurde come pagare la tassa di soggiorno anticipata o ti bloccano la chiave . Zero flessibilità Anche io sono un Host in un altra nazione, ed offro veramente di tutto ai miei ospiti visto che pagano bene....qui veramente tutto scarso e il minimo indispensabile. Investendo pochi euro e con un pizzico di attenzione in più si potrebbero ottenere ottimi risultati anche perché il potenziale dell' appartamento c'è...... MAI PIÙ

Все удобства были предоставлены, также были мини наборы, в ванной и на кухне для короткого проживания. Кодом для двери было удобно пользоваться. Интернет работал очень хорошо. Лестница на 4 этаж, было сложно поднимать чемоданы и коляску ребенка каждый день, жаль что лифт не работал

I have never seen such inflexibility in hosts. Last year we stayed at another apartment in the city for 10 days and the hosts agreed to change the bed linens and towels after one week, when we asked.
- Marie (8/5): Vi är supernöjda och lägenheten passade perfekt för två vuxna och tre tonåringar - Bra område, bra läge. Smidigt att få kod till dörren i förväg. Nära till bra supermarket och en trevlig tapas restaurang på hörnet mittemot. Ett plus med lägenheten var att det fanns två badrum m duschar. Rent och städat. Att koden krånglade vid nåt tillfälle. Men det finns nycklar så använd dem 😊
