Subway station iz near. Owner was very helpfull when we left the key in the locker box. Farmacy (24/7) is in walking distance even on sunday. We heard road noice throug closed windows.

• Laura (3/5): Very Unpleasant Stay - Completely Unacceptable Handling - Location Upon arrival, the apartment had clearly not been cleaned: used sheets and towels, no toiletries, a dirty kitchen, and overflowing trash. We immediately contacted customer service and were told it would be cleaned by 4:00 PM. However, when we returned to the apartment at 9:00 PM nothing had been done, and neither we nor the emergency contact could reach the owners. We were left with no option but to spend the night sleeping on the floor in an unclean apartment. We couldn’t even take a shower or use the bathroom following a 5:30AM flight. The apartment was only cleaned the following day, around 24 hours after arrival, after repeated follow-ups. Even Booking.com was unable to reach the owners during this time. While the apartment was acceptable once cleaned, the lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable. No refund or compensation was offered. This situation falls well below the minimum standards expected for accommodation booked through a platform like Booking.com. Overall, a very unprofessional experience. I would not recommend staying here.

• mariola (5/5): apartament i lokalizacja - świetne, obsługa i konieczność olbrzymiej dopłaty - bardzo słabe - świetna lokalizacja, ładny apartament, wygodne łózka, świetny taras na dachu Po przyjeździe okazało się, że cena którą opłaciłam na booking, jest o 25 % za mała z powodu jakichs podatków, pomimo że booking informował mnie, że cena jest kompletna i zawiera wszystkie opłaty i podatki. Pracownik biura powiedział że nie wyda mi kluczy jeśli nie dopłacę 25 % ceny. Byłam zbyt zmęczona aby wyjaśniać to wtedy, zapłaciłam i teraz wyjaśniam sprawę na booking. Pracownik biura okazał kompletny brak empatii i zrozumienia, brak profesjonalizmu. Oprócz problemów z dopłatą kazał mi osobiście wypełniać stosy formularzy dla całej licznej grupy, nie chciał poczekać z wydaniem kluczy ani minuty w razie spóźnienia. Szkoda że tak się stało, bo sam lokal i lokalizacja były na prawdę świetne. Ale niesmak pozostał, no i wciąż nie wiem co z dopłatą, która nie powinna mieć miejsca. Chętnie zamieszczę sprostowanie, jeśli ta sytuacja się wyjaśni i z niepokojem czekam na rozwiązanie, bo kwota była na prawdę znaczna.

Dobra lokalizacja. Winda w obiekcie to też na plus. Łóżka w sypialniach dość wygodne. Fajnie, że był balkon. Porządek nie był na najwyższym poziomie, miejscami brudno. W jednej łazience strasznie śmierdziało z prysznica, kanapa po rozłożeniu niewygodna i skrzypiała.

Terrasse commune au cinquième étage idéale pour prendre l’apéro le soir. Certaines nuisances sonores la nuit, acceptables pour un séjour de 4 nuits.

Había escoba pero faltaba recogedor.

A közlekedés kiváló, az utcában többféle bolt is van, a spanyol életérzés nagyon átjön. :) A Barca stadionjától sétatávolságra van, de a főbb nevezetességek is metróval egyszerűen elérhetők. A lakás felszerelt, teraszos, külön tetőterasszal, ami bármelyik apartmanból elérhető. Nem volt olyan, ami említésre méltó lenne.

• Agnieszka (8/5): - Świetna lokalizacja. Blisko metro i wielki rynek z warzywami, mięsami i świeżymi rybami. okolica bardzo przyjemna. Jedyny minus, że okna są nieszczelne (nie domykają się zamki) i przy niskich temperaturach tj. 5 stopni Celsjusza było dość chłodno.
• Renu Mohan (5/5): We had an amazing 5 nights at Feel at Sants and in Barcelona. We will definitely visit again and stay at Feel at Sants A - The building is quaint and charming. The addition of a compact was a godsend for seniors like my husband and I. The property location was amazing, with connections to major metro and bus routes. There were so many restaurants, bakeries, and grocery stores along the Main Street. The landlords have ensured that the place is kept neat and well-lit. The unit had all the basic amenities mentioned in the listing - they were clean and functional. Our room was facing the Main Street which meant that it was quite noisy at night/very early morning when the trash pickup trucks came by. For our next booking, we will request for a different unit that does not face the street :) Our bed was a bit creaky that definitely woke me up a few times at night whenever my husband would roll over in his sleep. It might not be a problem for sound sleepers - but I’m, sadly, not one of those.

• Piotr (10/5): - Apartament jest zlokalizowany w pięknej ,stylowej kamienicy, bardzo dobrze skomunikowany z całą Barceloną , w pobliżu stacje metra, sklepy spożywcze, kawiarnie, restauracje , do Camp Neu 15-20 min. pieszo. Mieszkanie było bardzo dobrze urządzone, czyste i bardzo komfortowe. Bardzo dobry kontakt z obsługą apartamentu. Polecam ten apartament i chętnie wrócę do Barcelony i tego apartamentu. Brak. Wszystko było ok.

• Miriam (8/5): Nice short stay - All in all it was a nice stay. The apartment was spacious and good located. Everything worked good. Check-in and out uncomplicated and the deposit was refunded quickly after departure. The sofa-bed was really unconfortable. Not suited for an adult. Not even sure if suited for a child. The bedrooms were ok, not very big though. The beds a little smaller than the norm. The showers could be cleaner (limescale spots not very nice). To get more toilet paper and cleaning stuff would have been nicer.

W mieszkaniu ręczniki, tabletki do zmywarki, suszarka do włosów, pachnąca, ciepła pościel, kosmetyki do kąpieli. Mieszkanie jak na przełom grudnia i stycznia chłodne. Usytuowane przy głównej ulicy, okna nie do końca tłumią jej hałas. Dla kogoś kto śpi czujnie, może to być problemem. Uszkodzona kanapa w apartamencie.

• Cinzia (4/5): L’appartamento è stata la parte peggiore dell’esperienza - La grandezza e l’arredo della casa All’arrivo , l’appartamento era sporco , con capelli per terra , lenzuola e asciugamani sporchi e si notava che non era passata una donna delle pulizie a pulire . Abbiamo fatto il check-in verso le 17 e soltanto alle 23 la casa era pronta , la pulizia non era il massimo infatti abbiamo dovuto lavare noi numerose volte . Inoltre l’assistenza era penosa , siamo stati tre ore in chiamata e alla fine non abbiamo risolto nulla

• Simon (10/5): - Un apartamento amplio y muy bien distribuido. Somos una familia de cuatro y fue excelente porque nos permitió tener una habitación para cada uno. Es una opción ideal si se busca comodidad e independencia de quienes se alojan. Adicionalmente cuenta con muy buenas áreas comunes, balcón y una terraza al lado con excelentes vistas de la ciudad. Su amplitud y distribución lo hacen destacar y ser una opción excelente para familia o grupos. El anfitrion se portó muy bien con nosotros, ya que nos permitió hacer el envío de las llaves al quedarnos con ellas accidentalmente sin hacernos ningun cobro adicional Puede resultar un poco alejado de los principales lugares de interés de Barcelona, aunque está estratégicamente ubicado cerca de las estación de trenes de Sants.
• Amelia (5/5): - Appartamento molto grande ed accogliente, posizione comoda per la vicinanza alla fermata della metro, dalla quale si raggiunge facilmente qualunque zona di Barcellona Avevamo prenotato l’appartamento perché aveva due bagni ed essendo in cinque ci faceva comodo. Purtroppo però da uno dei due bagni fuoriusciva una puzza di fogna che invadeva tutta la casa ed era inutilizzabile, anche perché senza finestra e con l’estrattore non funzionante. Contattata la struttura, l’addetto (molto gentile) ci ha spiegato che la situazione derivava da lavori che erano stati fatti nel bagno dell’appartamento contiguo e ci ha dato dei prodotti per attenuare il problema. Purtroppo non sono serviti a molto. Con un problema del genere un appartamento non si può affittare.

• Pietro (10/5): Ottimo - Abbiamo soggiornato in tre coppie. L’appartamento è ubicato nel quartiere di Sants, quindi è possibile raggiungere qualsiasi posto di Barcellona. Ottima pulizia, tutti i letti comodi, presente tutto il necessario per stare comodamente. La cucina/sala da pranzo veramente bella, con tantissima luce. Forse sarebbe meglio mettere a disposizione degli ospiti più carta igienica, ma non è stato un grave problema
