Jaluzelele nu funcționează, mobilierul este ieftin și rupt, paturile distruse, saltelele subțiri și inconfortabile, toaleta și dușul defecte, clima inexistentă, înlocuită cu ventilatoare vechi. Curățenia — groaznică: praf peste tot, masa murdară, mașina de spălat plină de mizerie, plinte cu cuie ieșite (copilul s-a rănit). Prosoapele și lenjeria de pat erau murdare, pline de păr și fără niciun semn că ar fi fost igienizate. Zgomot permanent noaptea, iar priveliștea deprimantă. După sejur, ne-au reținut 300 € din garanție, fără motiv real, inventând o defecțiune la o canapea instabilă dinainte. O experiență rușinoasă, lipsă totală de respect față de turiști!
• Lun Siu (9/5): Excellent Customer Service After Complaint—Resolved Professionally Over Several Months - I’d like to update my review to reflect the outstanding customer service I received after my initial complaint. The issue lasted for about 3 to 4 months following the end of my booking, and although it was a long process, the resolution was handled with great professionalism. Once my complaint was officially confirmed, the property director personally reached out to me multiple times to understand the situation and offer solutions. Their communication was consistent, respectful, and genuinely focused on resolving the matter. I was impressed by their patience and dedication throughout the entire process. Eventually, we reached a mutual agreement regarding the refund and set a new target to move forward. I truly appreciate the director’s effort and the high level of service provided during this time. It turned a frustrating experience into one that showed real care and accountability. We experienced a minor inconvenience due to a furniture malfunction during our stay. Additionally, the location is not easily accessible by metro and requires a bus or taxi ride, which may be less convenient for some travellers.

• Wiktoria (2/5): - Nic Szczerze nic mi się nie podobało, jestem zniesmaczona zachowaniem personelu, wylądowałyśmy o godzinie 1 w nocy, zapłaciłyśmy dodatkowo za późniejsze zameldowanie, personel był wcześniej poinformowany o naszym późniejszym zameldowaniu, a i tak musiałyśmy się z nimi kontaktować 5 razy, od jednej pani usłyszałam że ona nie ma na to czasu. Kiedy przyjechałyśmy pod apartament, przyjechał pan po 20 minutach, który myśląc, ze nie rozumiemy języka hiszpańskiego nazwał nas k*rwami, dodatkowo nie wiedział który to apartament. Cała ta sytuacja ciągnęła się około 2 godzin. Jeżeli chodzi o sam apartament to nie działała klimatyzacja, po poinformowaniu personelu powiedzieli nam, że naprawią ją w poniedziałek, po czym nikt się nie zjawił, a wtedy w Barcelonie było ponad 30 stopni. Przed wejściem do apartamentu jest brama na którą trzeba uważać, ponieważ spadła na głowę naszej koleżanki. Nie polecam

• Christopher (10/5): Well equipped apartment with great transport links to Barcelona and its attractions - Everything worked, fully equipped kitchen, microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine fridge freezer, television and internet connection. The shower worked , towels and bed linen all provided. Not forgetting excellent air conditioning. A grocery store was about 50m, if that from the front door. The nearest Metro station was about 1km from the apartment. The local plaza was an excellent place to relax. A quiet neighborhood. We discovered an excellent Tapas restaurant "el Raconet" about 1km from the apartment My friend took the room with the two single beds (twin room). She found the mattresses very thin on both the beds in the twin room. Clearly these could do with upgrading to cope with an adult's weight. In the end she put both mattresses on the same bed to get a good night's sleep. Without the aircon on this room got stuffy quickly. Luckily there were external blinds which could be lowered on the apartment as the windows did not seem to lock. The main bedroom had a double bed, which was comfortable. I slept in this and had no complaints.

• Jakub (10/5): Really nice accommodation in good locality - great value for money :) - Everything was really nice, there is nothing I could complain about. The check-in agent Miguel was really helpful and made our experience even better :) The only thing would be the depisit - it is not really comfortable that someone takes 300€ for a while but of course, I can understand it..
• Jean (8/5): Clean, safe and nicely decorated apartment in residential area - The price, roominess and cleanliness and location of grocery store within steps and it was near public transportation. Lack of basic kitchen items such as dish soap, dishwasher soap, salt, pepper, and oven rack. I also could not find any good restaurants nearby.
• Mandy (10/5): Fantastic apartment for a couple for a couple of days - Super clean, had everything we needed, supermarket next door, bus and metro close by to get to anywhere you fancy. Apartment had all the facilities we needed. Quiet area, also loved the little cleaning and kitchen packs, very sweet Nothing not to like
