• DOSIS (10/5): Εξαιρετική - Η τοποθεσία ήταν εξαιρετική , δίπλα στη Σαγράδα Φαμίλια. Κοντά σε αρκετά αξιοθέατα και μαγαζιά με καλό φαγητό. Δίπλα σε μετρό , σούπερ μάρκετ και κεντρικούς δρόμους.
• Wiebe (9/5): Perfecte locatie voor een citytrip - Perfecte ligging. Goede voorzieningen en een zeer goed bereikbare en vriendelijke host.
• Adam Mislopoljac (7/5): Value for the money - Location Moisture can be felt in the bedroom area of the apartment, and it comes from the bathroom. If the bathroom door doesn’t close properly at night, you will wake up, which is unacceptable for the price being charged. The location of the accommodation is phenomenal.
• Jeannette (9/5): Authentischer Aufenthalt in Barcelona - Die Lage war perfekt als Familie. 2 Minuten zur U-Bahn und einem großen Supermarkt. Fußläufig ebenfalls Restaurants und natürlich die Sagrada Familie. Zum Flughafen 30 Minuten mit Uber/Cabify. Sehr guter Service beim Ein- und Aus-Checken. Sehr schnelle Reaktionszeit und immer hilfsbereit. Kein Fahrstuhl im engen Treppenhaus. Kleiner Balkon zum Sonne genießen. Alles modernisiert, bis auf Bad und Toilette (diese aber sauber gepflegt) mit Fenstern in einen Innenschacht im Haus. Es gibt Air-Condition aber nicht in jedem Zimmer. Nespresso für Kaffee. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit! Die Türschließung der Toilette ist nicht für Kinder geeignet. Diese könnten sich einschließen und von außen wäre es nicht zu öffnen. Ein Wäscheständer hat mir gefehlt. Ein Staubsauger wäre schön gewesen.

• C (1/5): Our stay was uncomfortable, poorly equipped, and ended with an unfair accusation from the owner. - The location is excellent, just a few minutes walk from Sagrada Familia. We were very disappointed with our recent stay. The owner did not provide basic daily necessities such as shower gel, shampoo, kitchen towel, or garbage bags. Only 2 rolls of toilet paper were given for a 5-day, 4-night stay for our group, which was far from sufficient. We have stayed in other homes for a month during this trip, and all other hosts provided these essentials without issue. We had to purchase our own supplies from the supermarket. The bed was uncomfortable — when I sat on it, I could feel the wooden base through the mattress. The house was also not clean upon arrival; there were many small stones and dust on the floor, so we had to wear socks indoors. To make matters worse, after our stay, the owner accused us of damaging their stove and demanded €300 for repairs. My mother was the only one who cooked, and if any damage had occurred during our use, she would have been aware of it. The owner also did not provide any proof of the stove’s condition before our check-in, making this accusation feel very unfair to us. Unfortunately, this experience left us feeling disappointed and unfairly treated, and we cannot recommend this property based on our stay.

• Maka (1/5): Not comfortable - Location only. Small toilet. Impossible to close the door because the space was too small. Once one person had a shower the water was cold and needed to wait more than 30 mins to get hotter. Otherwise we had a shower in a cold water. There was not any hangers in the bathroom to hang the towel. The owner informed us last minute that there were the extra 68 euros for city tax. Overall the location was good but environment was not comfortable.

• Meng (8/5): Overall good except for the shower accident. - Beautiful apartment in good location. With Sagrada familia in walking distance, also metro L2, supermarkets, many good restaurants. Shower stops giving hot water after 10 minutes. I contact the landlord and was told that it is 300L water tank and if it is finished no hot water will come out. He suggested to take short showers. He also said that it has been dry in Barcelona and people take quick showers. I don’t mind taking short shower and understand totally. However we need to be told upfront, instead of in the middle of the shower with shampoo in my hair and soap on my body and no hot water coming out of the shower..
• Dusan (8/5): Nice location, well connected, spacy apartment, separated bed rooms - We received the door codes by the message, it was much easier than meeting in person and suitable for late check-in. Also, you can use code in mobile app instead of bringing keys with you, very convenient. Codes can be used only on one phone, which can be risky if the battery is drained or the phone is lost.
• Plateonroad (9/5): Superb - - location is great - apartment looks nice - kitchen is fully equiped, you have everything you need - plenty of storage space - the beds are moving around easily, can be inconvenient - when someone will use the toilet, everybody would hear that, not much privacy 😂 - the hot water runs out pretty fast, after 1 shower, the 2nd person might need to wait some time to get hot water again.
• Valentas (9/5): Flat was clean and comfortable - Flat had every kitchen tool you need to make any dish you want, everything worked nicely, washing and drying machine worked, good sound isolation from street sounds, beds where comfortable, big cheap supermarket other side of the street, few playgrounds around house, good public transport communication with city by bus and metro. There was not a lot of hot water, 10-15 min in to the showering and cold water started to flow each day. Didn't ask owner about this issue, so don't know why, maybe something needed to be adjusted. It would have been nice if it would have been possible to get in to the flat early in the morning, but owner suggested place near by to put our bags safely until it was passible to come in to flat, so we where able to enjoy walking in the city without all the stuff on our backs. (If your flight is early - ask for location for bags saving, its about 7eu for big strongbox with digital lock)

• Hayek (5/5): Not bad, could be better - The living room, big and spacious There’s no places in the toilet to hang clothes, the floor is not well cleaned once we reached the property , the stairs are too narrow, so we had to carry all our bags 2 floors to reach the apartment , there’s no hot water enough too to take a full body shower
