• Nikola (6/5): Sem by sme sa nevrátili - Lokalita Všetko bolo rozbité … kachličky vypadávali zo zeme , sprchový kút bol pokazený a plesnivý , nefungovala sprcha . V kuchyni chýbala páčka na umývačke riadu a riad bol špinvý - pred použitím sme to všetko umývali ešte raz . Postele vŕzgali pri každom pohybe a každý večer smrdela z vnútrobloku tráva !!

• Nancy (4/5): - Location of this place was good close to bus, train transport. Shops and restaurants. The cockroaches in the bathroom and kitchen. Leaking air conditioner in one bedroom. Outdated old furniture didn't look like how the pictures shown on booking unfortunately. Cleanliness wasn't that good.

• Robert (5/5): Stay somewhere else. Not worth the money. - The property management staff was very helpful. The front door was unsecured (it could easily be pushed in), the air conditioned leaked water, the price was outrageously expensive.

• Rumer-Grace (9/5): - Awesome apartment, heaps of space with a cool, modern vibe. Was in a decent location, close to Sagrada Familia. Only downside was just having a digital key to access, I was constantly worried about losing data or my phone dying and not being able to get inside.

A convenient application for closing and opening doors The apartments themselves were clean, but we lived with cockroaches. 2-3 cockroaches were killed per day. The apartment managers refused to change the apartments, although they were available. They brought us food from cockroaches and set traps. It was very uncomfortable and I wanted to move out as soon as possible The renovation is old, everything is worn out and there are terrible balcony doors that are draughty

• Pedro (8/5): Very good - Location is wonderful for a family holiday. Also if you download the hosts's app you'll have all the information you need. Whatsapp chat very responsive. More flexible check out time for families would be great. Also our appartment was a little runned down and lacked some basic maintenance ( sockets not working, ac not working, windows not closing ). A few cheap upgrades are also needed , the shower basin is too small and not practical , windows are old and do not provide confort for noise or cold .

• Ming-yi (5/5): Everything good except AC. - Everything good! I couldn’t sleep every night because the air conditioner in the small room kept dripping water onto the bed, making it completely wet. It even dripped directly onto my feet.

• Ricky (6/5): Nice looking apartment with few BIG buts. - Very nicely furbished apartment that is beautiful as it looks from photos. Nice central location and old building with charm. It was a cold shower realize the quality and safety of the door lock. Once door is closed with a light pressure on the door is possible to open a gap that let you look inside. 1 strong kick and the door would be open. Having values inside is at your own risk. This is because is a self open apt and no one comes at your arrival. Too many people got my phone number. I received lots of messages from people that did not state their name. On last eve, it was a Friday at midnight someone rang the bell. We were watching a film and laughed a bit we might have cause disturbances but the person that came notify was absolutely rude. No need for being unpolite a simple elegant ask would have been enough. At one point on the day before the company find an excuse to enter the apartment during our stay. Don't know for what.

• Lukasz (8/5): Comfortable apartment with a balcony, situated in an excellent location. Great value for money. - Large, spacious, quiet apartment with a balcony, situated in an excellent location. Cleanliness at a decent level. There was an issue with shower hot water, sometimes hot water was not available.
• Varidhi (1/5): Never again - photos exaggerate and reviews are old. Zero support from Sweet Inn when it mattered. - Location was good and the apartment comes with digital keys which is great. But the instructions for using the keys for the first time are not descriptive and easy to understand, and the apartment is not marked with any mention of the Sweet Inn at the entrance. Toiletries provided were nice, but not nearly enough for 4 guests. Kitchen was equipped with all basic things and there were 4 cold bottles of water in the fridge. We could easily find green zone parking underneath the apartment which was free given it was the weekend. The biggest problem was that 3 out of 4 air conditioners leaked water - and one of them leaked water onto my bed. When I called customer service around 7pm to request support, they told me they could do nothing and that the maintenance crew would only be able to take a look the next morning. We are a group of 4 travellers, and one bed was soaking wet, leaving us with only one bed that was no where sufficient. The customer service was tardy, unhelpful and there was zero empathy - no mention of maybe an extra mattress that could be used in the living room, or use of extra sheets that could be put on the couch. The apartment looks way better in photos - in reality it is run down and looks old. One lock of the balcony was broken, there was one chair on the balcony - that too was broken. The bathroom sink does not drain properly, nor does the shower. The apartment building itself is very old, and the walls are paper thin. One neighbour's bathroom is adjoining the smaller bedroom - and you can clearly hear anytime the sink or flush is used. You can also hear all conversations through the walls and construction nearby means that the apartment is noisy throughout the day. There were missing lightbulbs from the lamps in the bedroom. All the good reviews are from 2019/2020 - it seems after this the apartment has fallen into disrepair. While the location is reasonable,
