1. The interior of the apartment is a non-smoking area. Please use the balcony if you wish to smoke and put cigarette butts in an ashtray.
2. This property is NOT part of a holiday resort. Please keep noise levels to a minimum in the common areas of the building as well as in the apartment. It is forbidden to organize parties in the property. In Barcelona you will find plenty of bars, pubs, discos and restaurants where you can have a great time without disturbing anyone and compromising your stay.
Please note the times when silence is required in Spanish towns:
Monday – Friday: 21.30 to 9.00
Saturday – Sunday: 22.00 to 10.00
3. Whenever you leave the apartment, please: (a) turn off the lights, heat and air-conditioning system, and (b) lock the doors securely behind you.
4. Please place your garbage in the nearest container before checking out. Otherwise, a partial or even total deduction from the damage deposit
will take place, depending on the owner’s decision.
5. The cleaning fee refers to the cleaning of the apartment on the day of departure. Cleaning during your stay will have an extra cost (consult your
contact person). The cleaning fee does not include the washing of used dishes, so the client must wash all the tableware used during the stay (cutlery, glasses, etc.). Otherwise, a partial or even total deduction from the damage deposit will take place, depending on the owner’s decision.
6. If the client uses any extra bed linen or towels without permission, the cost of the laundry (between 15€ and 50€) will be deducted from the
damage deposit.
7. Check out time is 11:00 am as we need to clean the apartment between 11.00 and 14:00, prior to the next check-in (normally about 14.00).

- FERUDUN (9/5): Gracia is good to stay - The apartment was very clean and tidy. The location was excellent, quiet and peaceful, especially during the Christmas period. We also really appreciated the complimentary touches such as coffee pods, a small jar, and bread. These little details made our stay even more comfortable and welcoming. Thanks to Max again for his great support and help during our stay. The AC located in the bedroom might need maintenance.

Lähedal on mitu metroopeatust. Lähedal on toidupoed, söögikohad. Novembris oli korteris külm, hoolimata konditsioneerist. Mõnda külastajat võib häirida allkorruse baar, kuigi sumin sealt mind ei seganud.
- jorgeyoma (7/5): Its a well located appartment that satisfy what you need for the stay. - The location is good, close to the metro, and its a 20 minutes walk to downtown. The size is good. There are a lot of supermarkets, bakeries, pubs and restorants near. Although we advice to the person in charge of giving us the keys when we arrived to Barcelona and also when we leave the airport, he arrived about 15 minutes after us to the building, so we had to wait all that time with our baggage in the street after or 14 hours trip. The hot water pressure is very low.

- Thomas (9/5): Beautiful, local and authentic Barcelona apartment - Great comfortable apartment in the desirable area of Gracia. Walking distance to notable sights in the centre, while being in a neighbourhood that feels authentic. I was working remote for a couple days and had no connection issues, WiFi was strong. Access to the apartment is through a narrow staircase. It is only one floor to go up, and we managed to carry our suitcases up no problem but might be difficult if you have minor mobility issues. The apartment is also right over a wine bar where the back balcony overlooks. We really liked the ambiance that it created, but appreciate it might not be for everyone. They are not open every evening and never into late hours, but a consideration for others seeking a bit more privacy.

- Trisha (8/5): 'Hi, I live here now' - Wonderful location away from the tourist packed areas, 5 min walk to metro, and felt very safe. The suite itself with spacious and bright, well equipped kitchen and a lovely little terrace for morning coffee. A great spot for a work/leisure blend trip. The space really gave you the chance to lean into that 'Hi, I live here now' feeling. Heres the thing - there are certain challenges with staying at apartments in Europe that North Americans may not expect. You just have to just accept as 'it is what it is'. Water pressure is one of them. If I high pressure, steamy hot shower is a priority for you, and if not having one will ruin your trip, don't stay here. For me, the pro's outweighed this con. Nighttime noise is another one. There is a restaurant downstairs, and dinner in Barcelona rocks until 1am. It is what it is. Bring noise canceling headphones if its a problem. Again, the pros outweighed this con for me. They might not for you. Choose according to your priorities.

- Lena (8/5): Very good - Location: Gràcia is an amazing quarter, which feels like a small village within Barcelona Pretty and comfortable furniture AC with heating function huge freezer balcony and nice bar under the apartment The sofa could have been cleaner The kitchen was a bit poorly equipped (would have loved to have more spices/at least more salt, sharp knives etc.) Sometimes the noise from the bar didn't stay outside at all even though all windows were closed. It was ok, but don't expect it to be completely quiet when going to sleep.

- Sidsel (10/5): Great place. Simple as that. - When we had to almost crawl up through the narrow stair case we didn’t expect to find such a lovely apartment. It was a fantastic place to enjoy a small week in Barcelona. Also loved the balcony where you can hear the talk and laughter from the wine bar below. The staff handled everything both before and after very professional and considerate manner. It’s hard to take a proper shower, if you are more than 185cm and the hair dryer has seen better days.
