Guest Reviews
- Allard (8/5): Prima uitvalsbasis voor Whistler en omgeving - Makkelijk bereikbare ruime studio. Mooie uitvalsbasis
- Larissa (7/5): -
- Esmeralda (10/5): -
- Margaret (8/5): A very enjoyable 6 night stay. - It was ideally situated for what we wanted to do, which was walking and we had beautiful weather so did a lot. Nothing to complain about really. It was a shame that we didn’t meet anyone there. It all felt a bit remote from the owners or any staff. Also the code for the recycling store was incorrect (we were given 2023) so had to put everything in landfill.
- Alexis (9/5): - Cute space. Clean and amply stocked with both linens and all the kitchen supplies one might need. Loved the bathroom remodel, as well as the free parking and hot tub. Can't beat it for the price! The wifi wasn't the fastest, but sufficed. As others have mentioned, the unit is located on the third floors with no elevators. Not a big deal, but good to be aware of.
- Elizabeth (8/5): Newly renovated - The peace and quiet considering it was above a bar. Didnt hear any noise at all. The plates and mugs were dirty and i had to buy a new washing up brush as the one left was dirty. The apartment was fairly dusty too and i had to clean the surfaces and the bathroom surfaces also the bed sheet was stained.
- Chloe (9/5): Pleasant converted studio. Nice facilities available. Easy access. Close to Creekside village and the gondola. - Very close to town. Accessible by walking around Creekside. 10min drive to Whistler I wouldn’t call it “ski to door” but it was about a 5-10min walk to the gondola. Very accessible still.

- Mark (7/5): Great location for Creekside gondola and local amenities. Could use some more attention to detail to be a really nice pl - Location, price. Despite being named “Newly Renovated”, the property could really use some attention to old worktops, plumbing issues ( both sinks very slow to drain, kitchen tap not working as it should) tv remote cover missing, couch not as per current photos, coffee machine not very clean. Mostly minor details but creating an air of mild disappointment on arrival!
- Ethan (8/5): Nice room for 1 or 2 people in a great location. - Location was great. Had necessary amenities and some extras. Bathroom sink was slow to drain and has a small leak underneath.
- Nathaneal (9/5): - Great price point. Quiet location
- Matt (10/5): Cozy place to sleep and catch some laps! - Excellent location. 5 min walk to lifts. Restaurant downstairs and liquor store. Not extravagant by any means but great value for price if your goal is to ride Whistler
- Nathan (9/5): Excellent location, clean and cozy place! -
- Reginald (10/5): Great place for a weekend stay. - Free parking. Kitchenette. Quiet location.
- Kirt (9/5): - Everything was so close. The beautiful views. Trails everywhere I couldn't get water to boil on the stove top.
- Marie (7/5): Wonderful Thanksgiving Weekend - Perfect location. Parking and Pets welcome. Right need a walking path and a dog park nearby. Very comfortable stay. There was really loud banging every morning around 6-7am at a nearby garbage bin.
- Johnathan (7/5): - Location, hottub Sinks were blocked, shower and kitchen.
- Elizabeth (4/5): Disappointing - The bed was comfortable. The location was good. When we arrived, the room had not been cleaned from the previous guests. The bed was a mess, dirty towels in the bathroom. I notified the host who arranged for a cleaner. We left her there and went out but the clean was not very thorough. The floor was dirty, bathroom tiles dirty, toaster oven and toaster had food remnants. Standard lamp did not work.
The building is having the roof replaced, which we had not been notified of. On our first morning, builders woke us before 7.30am . The noise was ongoing.
The host promised a partial refund, which has not been made.
- Christine (8/5): -
- Alexandra (8/5): -
- Daiane (10/5): -
- Oleksandra (8/5): - It was a good location with parking on site and an AC unit in the room. There was no construction on the weekend but during the week there is construction on the roof.
- Maree (7/5): Owner was extremely helpful , the studio was well appointed it suited our needs for a place to sleep and shower. Very cl - Quiet location The fire alarm kept going off in the building .
- Marie-Gwen (8/5): - Nice cozy space, close to the lakes, restaurants and shops. Clean and convenient. Aircon not as strong as we would have liked. Wish there was more of an eating space. The couch was smelling a tad musty and sweaty so we put a cover over it.
- Tory (6/5): Less than average - The location is the best and probably only good thing about this property. It's right next to Nita lake, and Alta and Alpha lakes are within walking distance. The entrance was crammed you couldn't walk in the front door to then open your unit door without standing awkwardly in the corner, shut the entrance door, then enter your unit. The couch was very old and uncomfortable and didn't match the one in the pictures of the property. The bed was squeaky and the mattress was lumpy. The pool was nice but it didn't get cleaned from all the bugs and tree stuff that fall in it, and the hot tub was out of service. It's a very old building, while the units have been renovated, the building was not, you should take a look on Google Maps before booking. We also had the fridge leak due to the freezer defrosting, and we had to clean it up ourselves, no compensation provided by the owner or Booking.com. On the second morning there was a moths infestation all over the hallways! it was very creepy and disgusting.

- Christian (6/5): Nice studio but management could be more caring towards guests. - We liked the kitchen and generally the room. Be warned, contrary to the room description, there is no washing machine in the studio. The building as a whole has only a coin laundry machine. Traveling as foreign tourists without cash on hand, this caught us off guard as we were expecting a freely available washing machine in the studio and deliberately chose our accommodation based on that. Regarding the actual availability of the washing machine we can make no statement. The building seemed to have quite a lot of studios, so you might be out of luck if the washing machine is in high demand even if you have cash.
We were also very disappointed by the reaction of the management once we addressed that issue which basically boiled down to "not our problem". When pointing out that the description of the studio(!) explicitly stated a washing machine, responses from the management ceased. As of writing this review three weeks later, descriptions still haven't been updated, which shows how customer feedback is valued.
- Gillian (9/5): Great studio and facilities. - Great little studio with everything we needed. Good communication about arrival and the facilities. The spa and laundry were a great added bonus. We didn’t use the pool. There’s a restaurant next door which is excellent but make sure you book they don’t do walk ins there’s also a liquor store and bar in the same location and an excellent diner on the corner. Nothing- there were two flights of stairs and no lift so this could be challenging for someone with mobility issues
- Dongmei (9/5): Superb - good location and free parking!
- Mccuaig (9/5): Superb - I liked the kitchen Missing scissors in the kitchen
- Sonia (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kelly (9/5): Compact yet with all the options! - The location and (small yet) homie feel was ideal for a solo traveler, or a couple. Great amenities in the suite, and nearby. The gondola is so close!!
- Siyao (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ian (8/5): Very good -
- Giselle (9/5): Loved the place! Perfect for the weekend and for 2 people! - Key pad made check in and out very easy. There were no stairs so it was tricky bringing suitcases up and the entryway is narrow.
- Megan (10/5): Amazing - Great location, the heated floor was amazing, everything we needed. Pet friendly. Great bath and shower. Hot tub and sauna on site was also a big plus
- Hana (10/5): Thanks to our host we were able to do late check out -
- Julien (9/5): Great modern and cozy studio in creekside - Very well appointed studio close to Creekside gondola. Modern, cozy and comfortable. Everything was great. The only thing that could be added would be darker blinds / curtains as light from outside comes in.
- Charlotte (8/5): Great place in Creekside - Too many codes to remember for all the doors! Also no secure ski storage (was one room for the whole building)
- Kyla (9/5): Superb -
- James (8/5): Small but pretty much self sufficient. - Very quiet. Self sufficient. Small. The external of the building where the property was housed was kind of run down. Fortunately, renovations had been done internally.
- Selkie (7/5): Good -
- Lorraine (10/5): Exceptional - Had a fantastic stay. Everything was perfect. Love the Creekside location. Will be back. Wish the hot tub was open in summer too :)
- Seyed (9/5): Superb -
- Andreas (6/5): It’s a very small room, a bit too crammed. Nice hosts though - TV has Roku TV, hosts were nice and quick to answer questions. Parking in front of the house was easy and it has a pool (which we didn’t use). Fridge (small) and microwave & portable induction cooker allow you to heat up/cook certain meals. The area of Lake Placid is very nice (basically all of Whistler feels very upmarket & safe). Room is very small, we had trouble walking with our luggage on the ground. Bathroom is very small, eg difficult to close the door as the toilet is right behind. Air condition (portable) was useless, only made noise like a starting airplane. The unit had a normal AirCon but it seems that the original unit was broken into two units and thus the general AC was disabled. Curtains were too light and the sun made the room extremely hot. Bed was tiny and not very comfortable. Though it has an almost full kitchen, it has no real dining table and the bar stools are too high so that you have to eat bending over too much. I know, lot’s of small negative points but these add up. No lift, we had to carry our heavy luggage up the staircase. It had two doors to the unit, probably due to it being split up into now two units from originally one unit. It’s also a bit outside of the main village, a 5-10 minute drive.
- Thomas (8/5): Very good -
- Jess (10/5): Exceptional -
- Hilary (7/5): Good - Good interior, nicely furnished. Air con kept shorting out, and we had to continue going to fuse box to re connect. As it was over 33 degrees air con was needed. Also placement of the unit in room by window meant it wasn't particularly effective.
- Magalie (9/5): Enjoyable - Clean and washer dryer No functioning spa or pool
- Cj.ray14 (8/5): Great little place, would recommend - Nicely furbished room made for a comfortable few nights. The kitchen was well stocked but it was all a little mismatched. The bed was very comfortable and the wifi was good. Plently of parking and only a few minutes from Whistler village. Couldn't find the ironing facilities anywhere. The washers and dryers require coins ($3.50 per use) which we didn't have so had to ask the restaurant next door as there is no coin dispenser. Not a major thing but entrance has 2 doors which makes it a little awkward if you have suitcases.
- Michelle (9/5): Really enjoyed proximity to Nita Lake through the ‘backyard’. Lots of great trails and restaurants close by. - Location and everything you need to be comfortable is included. No elevator but no problem for us.
- Brown (5/5): I haven't stayed here. Ever. - I didn't stay at this place. I don't know what you are talking about.
- Michael (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful studio, very comfortable and homely, and had everything we needed. Great location in Whistler Creekside. Easy to access, the owner was very helpful and enjoying using the lovely hot tub, too.
- Lygia (8/5): Nice studio in amazing location - Excellent location and great studio for couples. It was very clean and having a hot tub in the building was awesome. The instructions on how to get to and in the apartment were very clear. Fantastic cost/benefit for us considering it’s in Whistler. The structure of the apartment is not really prepared for a kitchen. The hot plate temperature is really low - I believe because there’s no exhaust. If you or the neighbour turn on multiple appliances, everything gets shut down. So just don’t expect to do much cooking.
- Alison (7/5): Nice location with everything needed for a comfortable basic stay - Clean and comfortable room with all the facilities needed. Bed was comfy and complimentary coffee was great. Door locks didn’t work great so a bit awkward to use and entry cramped. Room was on the third floor with no lift so a bit tricky with luggage.
- Joan (10/5): Nice place - lovely stay - Cosy place, well equipped and close to the lift. The heated floor was a nice little treat in the cold weather. Kitchenette worked well and didn't leave us in need of anything. Location is quiet but with easy access to amenities and off-street parking. Secure storage for skis in the building, and even a little nook for waxing. I'd definitely stay here again, thanks!
- Eduardo (7/5): Nice stay in Whistler Creekside - Location, both for skiing and for dog walking. Just beside the building there is a nice pub with pretty decent food and prices. We never had an issue finding a spot to park. We had an issue with the fridge and the host reacted very fast. The room size was OK, comfy bed and lots of pillows. The bathroom was perfect. It is on the top floor, so after skiing it feels really heavy. The ski lockers are a joke, so be prepared to have your gear up the room. We were expecting to have some BBQ but it only works in summer, should have being mentioned.
The kitchenet was very well equipped, but with a trade off, there was no room in the counter to have a proper meal. The sink was also packed, no room for doing the dishes. I would suggest make room below the TV adding or extending the counter.
The dinnerware and cutlery feels to be leftovers gathered from other properties, it definitely needs to be renewed.
- Darren (8/5): SO enjoyed our stay; would return and recommend. - Host was always available; excellent directions and info. Property was ready at check-in. Sweet decor. Comfortable bed! Clean. Close to great bus service. Wish property had outdoor outlets for our vehicle’s block heater
- Frank (5/5): Passable - Noisy and you can ask any questions but don’t expect any response.
- Liz (8/5): Very good -
- Shkelqim (7/5): Good -
- Paul (10/5): Exceptional -
- Paige (9/5): The apartment was exactly as described. So clean, cozy, comfortable and quiet! Great value! -
- Andy (9/5): Close to - Great location, clean and modern bathroom. Comfortable bed and the pullout couch was functional also. We came to ride mountain bikes and the way the door swings it is awkward to get a big bike inside for safe keeping.
- Kathryn (5/5): Passable - If you have heavy or lots of luggage you need to be aware that there is no lift just stairs. No iron, blankets and bathroom was a little small. Room was above the pool and pub downstairs (noisy)
- David (5/5): Could have been so much better - with proper electrical & plumbing maintenance - Would be a good apartment if the electrical issues were sorted out.
Good location,
Good bathroom. No reception staff. Have to rely on messaging the owners who live abroad.
Repeated power failure due to overload on the circuits shared with neighbouring apartment made it impossible to cook meals. Even boiling kettle for a cup to tea caused a power outage.
Hot tub is in a communal area that was locked out of use.
There is no washing machine in the apartment. There are 3 coin operated machines on the ground floor in a communal room but two were out of order and remaining one very busy. Also room was locked up during the evening when we wanted to use it. Very frustrating.
Also plumbing maintenance issues in apartment needed attention.
- Emma (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jessica (10/5): Great stay! - The place was amazing. Clean comfy and exactly what we needed.
Great location for us and great parking facilities.
The host was quick to reply with any questions I had and super helpful.
The facilities were great and the kitchen area had all the appliances we could have needed. The hot tub was out of order but we weren't so bothered.
- Dennis (10/5): Exceptional -
- Pete (10/5): Exceptional -
- Cooper (8/5): Quiet, comfortable and convenient. - We stayed at this property three separate times over a three week period, so we clearly liked it enough to keep coming back. It was quiet and comfortable and conveniently located for our purposes. The owner (who does not live locally) was very responsive when we had to contact them about an electrical circuit trip and when we asked if we could extend one stay by an extra night. On our first two stays the property’s communal hot tub was closed for maintenance, but it was operational for our last stay which was good. Having to carry our luggage up two floors was only a minor inconvenience to us.
The was a microwave but no microwave safe cooking containers - we were not sure if the plates were microwave safe and didn’t like to take a chance on it.
- Mélanie (8/5): Our stay was excellent! The studio suite had everything we were looking for! - Loved this inviting, cozy and comfortable studio suite! The studio suite had everything you needed. Everything was communicated before arrival. You are steps from nature and Nita Lodge. Easy walk to Creekside, Alpha, Nita and Alta lakes! Hard to get your luggage into the suite given the door configurations
- Carla (10/5): Exceptional - Everything!!! clean, new, and very good location, Georgia was very nice :) Nothing
- Darren (8/5): Good quiet spot for a stay. - Good, quiet spot with a couple of good eateries nearby. Lots of on-site parking.
- Anonymous (7/5): Overall it was good - Very lovely and cozy room. Clean and neat. I arrived at 4pm but the owner replied to my message about checking in at 9pm. It was really late. There’s no air conditioning just to be aware it might be a little hot in the summer
- Jocelyn (10/5): Great value stay - Clean, comfy condo with kitchenette. Bar fridge wasn’t too noisy and worked well. Easy check-in/out - use the same code to lock the door. Everyone respected the noise curfew. No washing machine in room, only coin laundry in building. Couldn’t get streaming service to work on tv, but could be just me. Wifi worked well.
- Chingboon (8/5): Very good - Very clean, well laid out studio despite its small size. Close to good restaurants and village center and other tourist attractions. Quiet neighborhood with easy access to Alpha Lake park trails. Full bed is too small to fit two persons comfortably. Bathroom is narrow, making it difficult to navigate between the toilet and the bath tub.
Third floor location of the studio means that carrying luggage up three flights of steps would be challenging for older and less athletic folks.
- Vicki (8/5): Lovely locale - Convenient location. Very clean. Comfortable bed and lovely bathroom. Great communication from owners whenever we needed to contact them. Unable to open any windows for fresh air and air-conditioning too noisy to run when trying to sleep so room was very stuffy of a night.
Not owners fault but people staying in Apartment A would often go out and leave dog inside apartment and it barked the entire time they were gone. Suggest owners discourage pets.
- Allanie (8/5): Comfy, clean and conveniently located. - Very clean and conveniently located.
- Emma (10/5): Exceptional - Location is fantastic! Right across from the creekside gondola. The layout & appliances make it feel a lot more spacious, has everything you'd need. Would definitely stay again
- Catherine (9/5): Superb -
- Andrew (9/5): Superb -
- Stephen (8/5): A very comfortable studio apartment, a short walk to the Creekside shops and Gondola. -
- Christine (6/5): Place was small but adequate, location was perfect for us, the wedding we attended was next door. - Location perfect. The next door people were very loud, the way the room is set up we enter a small hallway which is shared with the noisy kids who came in very late and night. It was a funky set up.
- O'reilly (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kevin (8/5): decent alternative stay location in whistler. but not as convenient as the village so I would pick that location instead - the location was convenient to walk to Creekside gondola and also to walk to the lost lake. supermarket was good and there are some cafes and restaurants nearby. kitchen was basic but almost everything you need. ski storage room was very small, difficult to walk in to and crammed with bikes. laundry facilities had a few non-functional coin hoppers. according to the lady in the liquor shop next door this has been the case for a while. apartment on 3rd floor without lift makes luggage a chore.
- Stefany (9/5): Superb -
- Rosemary (10/5): Really lovely stay - This studio was absolutely lovely with everything you need packed into a cute space. I am really fussy about cleanliness and attention to detail and can't fault the place. Ideally located for skiing. We loved the hot tub and nice touches like coffee. Our host was super communicative and went out of her way to help us.
- Sushil (9/5): Superb -
- Shannon (10/5): Exceptional - super cute and convenient, nice amenities, self check in was really easy. loved it!
- Minji (10/5): Very responsive host, free parking, pet- friendly, great location - Directions were provided in advance and when the keypad didnt work, instructions to manually use the keys were provided as well. It was easy and seamless and I appreciate the responsiveness of the host There is no elevator so if you have a lot of stuff be mindful of having to take the stairs
- Cindy (7/5): Good -
- Steve_9 (8/5): Very good - The building is quite and clean and the suite has everything you need and full kitchen. The building has a pool and hot tub. The location is 7 minutes away from downtown Whistler. TV has Netflix and Disney+. The mini fridge is noisy and a bit loud at night for light sleepers like me it could be an issue.
- Andrzej (9/5): Superb - nice, cozy clean place for couple’s short stay.., convenient location
- Michael (7/5): Good -
- Amanda (10/5): Realy nice and cosy - It has got character, it's cosy and well taken care of. The shower is awesome! It would be good if the window could be opened.....also the spa was closed during our stay but the pool was open and that was quite a treat after a hard day hiking!!
- Maggie (7/5): Good - Location was great. Close to a beautiful lake. Quiet location
Apartment was clean. 3rd floor no elevator so carrying luggage was a challenge. Inability to open a window. Window is shut closed as there is an air conditioning unit connected to it.
- Anonymous (10/5): Outstanding accommodations! If someone is Disabled this property would not work unless they were on the first floor. - Accommodations were excellent! Georgia had everything you could possibly need in a kitchen! The bathroom was well stocked with towels, washcloths, toilet paper, hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner body wash. Everything was fresh, new, and very clean! The bed was so comfortable, we appreciated having AC and black out curtains. We didn’t want to leave! No elevator.
