Ambrosia Maria (5/5): Apesar dos vários pontos a melhorar nossa estadia foi satisfatória. - A acomodação é próxima das praias podendo ir a pé se gostar de caminhar A tv não tinha opções de canais disponíveis. O quarto tinha uma escada que dava acesso ao banheiro e a cozinha que era um pouco perigoso se for precisar usar o banheiro a noite. Pelo menos no quê estávamos era bem complicado. Não disponham de toalhas de banho e nem de rosto ( precisa levar de casa.)

Los dueños muy amables y serviciales La ubicación es en un lugar tranquilo pero bastante cerca de las playas, creo que algo de 600/700 mts de 4ilhas , que fue la playa que más nos gustó! Recomendamos este lugar, había parejas familias, perritos y era muy tranquilo, todos los huéspedes fueron muy respetuosos. Lo único a decir es la señal de wifi adentro del departamento era muy inestable

Muy recomendable . - La amabilidad de los dueños , llegamos bastante antes de la hora del check in y nos dejaron pasar al predio, veníamos cansados del viaje y nos aprobaron una cama en la zona de la piscina para poder descansar hasta que estuviera pronta la habitación. Todo muy bien desde la limpieza hasta la ubicación y la disponibilidad de los dueños excelente.

Welly Kubijan (5/5): The property had potential but I dont recommend at this point. - Rating: 5/10 The property itself is nice, clean, and in a good location. However, a pleasant stay is about more than just the physical space. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing due to poor communication, unexpected extra fees, and a sense of disorganization. The host requested payment at the property, only to later demand additional fees in cash or Pix, including a charge for body towels, which they claimed were not included in the price. On top of that, on our third night our room was double booked, almost leaving us stranded. This kind of mismanagement creates uncertainty and makes guests feel uneasy. Overall, while the property has potential, the way it is run feels unprofessional and somewhat exploitative. I hope their ambitions for expanding the place will leave room for less greed and more focus on making guests feel welcome and safe, rather than taken advantage of. At this point, I would not recommend staying here.
Joaquim Alves (10/5): - Fomos recepcionados pelo proprietário, Chico, e sua esposa. Eles nos trataram muito bem, sempre com muita educação e cordialidade. A pousada fica muito próxima a dois pontos turísticos: o Centro e a Praia de Quatro Ilhas, ambos acessíveis a pé. O custo-benefício é excelente. Recomendo! Em relação à pousada, está tudo excelente. No entanto, não é a primeira vez que me hospedo em praias de Santa Catarina. As praias são lindas, mas a infraestrutura de esgoto é muito precária, e as ruas frequentemente apresentam um forte cheiro de esgoto. Por exemplo, quando fiquei em um hotel próximo ao Beto Carrero, percebi que, ao tomar banho, o cheiro de esgoto subia intensamente. Infelizmente, tive a mesma experiência na pousada.

Os anfitriões nos auxiliaram por diversas vezes, nos dando dicas de locais para visitarmos e comermos. Suuuuuuper recomendo à todos.

Quiroga (5/5): Invertí para vivir y experimentar con nuestros cuerpos Diversas Incomodidades. - No incluye desayuno. La Ubicación excelente No me gustó que cobren otro importe al que publica Booking en el buscador. Oferta era R 1.620 + 150 otros cargos. Me querían cobrar R 360 más. Gracias a todos los inconvenientes surgidos en mi estadía en Sun Shinne lo descontaron. 1- Primer día , me Quedé sin gas en el anafe. 2- de 3 camas sólo uno está equipada con sábanas y mantas, las otras 2 camas no tienen Mantas , te cobran aparte. 3- Nos Quedamos sin agua durante 1 día entero, los elementos utilizados en cocina sucios, Baño Sucio, No higiene personal , se solucionó llegada la Noche. 4- se cayó la bomba de Luz de ventilador de Techo, al día siguiente Interrumpieron nuestra privacidad para dar solución. Tuvimos como cortesía del lugar 3 toallones. Que no llegó a cubrir todos los inconvenientes vividos y experimentado por nuestros cuerpos en el Lugar.

Eliziane Noeli Soares Neis (10/5): Amamos a pousada, voltaremos ! - Os proprietários sao muitos simpáticos e solicitos! Chuveiro, pouca água e não fornecem toalhas.
Ivan (6/5): Simples, bom, mas custo-benefício ruim - Localização boa, da pra ir a pé a 2 praias diferentes (4 ilhas e Bombinhas), ambas ótimas. O quarto é bem simples mas estava limpo, cama boa (apesar de pequena casal padrão), chuveiro bom e ar condicionado funcionando perfeitamente. Custo-Beneficio. Não tem shampoo, condicionador, sabonete, detergente, bucha. Toalha só se você pedir, mas tem que pagar à parte. Papel higiênico não tem, só se tiver sobra do hospede anterior (a vizinha veio pedir emprestado no último dia). As panelas estavam sujas (grude) e são velhas (ja sem antiaderente). Pedimos para trocar e os donos foram muito solícitos. O quarto tinha um pouco de cheiro de mofo e na pousada em geral o cheiro de cachorro/gato é forte pois tem muitos animais (para alérgicos pode ser ruim). Amo cachorro mas realmente o cheiro fica forte. No geral foi bom, sem grandes problemas mas achei muito caro pelo que oferece. Uma hospedagem tão simples e sem amenities, sem café, sem toalha deveria ser bem mais em conta.

Os donos da pousada são muito prestativos e sinóticos e tratam os hóspedes como se já fossem amigos há anos. A localização é excelente perto tanto de 4 ilhas quanto da praia de bombinhas.

Miriam (9/5): Entre lluvias y sol ahí fui muy feliz! - La amabilidad de los dueños, sus rápidas respuestas a lo que necesitábamos; nos facilitaron más sábanas y toallas sin recargo. Me prestaron secador de cabello ; la ubicación es muy tranquila y el lugar también. Nadie te molesta y los exteriores del departamento son muy naturales y agradables. Hay parrilla, mesa larga, pileta con reposeras y sombrillas. Un bar que vende cervezas y refrescos. Cerca conseguis comida y está la playa. Me faltaba el horno y una sarten para cocinar. Está lo justo para las personas que van. Pensa en que solo te encontras con un departamento . Pocos canales de cable, pero te arreglas. Las sombrillas y reposeras hay que alquilarlas, no las facilitan. No hay un pequeño autoservicio o mercadito dentro para comprar.

juliana (5/5): Quarto muito ruim que fomos acomodados - Excelente localização, a anfitriã nos forneceu roupa de cama e toalhas como cortesia. Nos colocaram num quartinho com pé direito de menos de 2 metros onde meu marido não podia nem andar totalmente de pé, não havia sequer papel higiênico no banheiro. Isso deveria constar no descritivo do quarto quando anunciado. As instalações gerais do local parecem boas, mas o quarto que nos colocaram parecia um porão. Quando chegamos nos falaram que deveríamos ter reservado vaga de estacionamento, contudo isso também não estava descrito na reserva e nem foi informado no contato prévio que fizemos. Não ha fotos reais deste quarto que ficamos hospedados no anuncio.
