• Anna (6/5): I would not recommend staying in this apartment - The self check-in, there are ACs in two of the rooms. There were kitchen paper towels The kitchen was poorly equipped(there is only 1 small pan and 1 small frying pan in terrible condition, neither oil nor salt,sugar was there). There is no shower curtain, the towels and bed linen, are really poor-quality. Communication with the host was extremely poor. We were only able to reach them once during check-in, and afterwards, despite numerous attempts to contact them, we received no response. The windows could not be set to ventilation mode and could only be opened fully

The TV and air conditioning in the living room don't work, a strange and unpleasant smell in the hallway? The linen needs to be changed and the lerps are very worn out!!! There is a lot to be desired for the money they ask for an overnight stay!

• Nadezhda (10/5): - We had to stay in Botevgrad for a night, we really liked our stay here. This apartment is nice and big enough for a family. It was warm inside. Contactless check in, we received instructions via viber. Thank you. Battaries in tv control did not work. But it is not a big deal.

• Caroline (6/5): Decent apartment in a run-down area - It was easy to get free parking. The washing machine was very useful. The flat was on the ground floor, so few steps to navigate. Nobody had remembered to put the heating on for the water / shower. We had to contact the owner to establish what the problem was. This created a wait of maybe 30-40 minutes. The oven knob dropped off so I'm not able to verify if the oven is in working condition. Both sides of the apartment can be seen by people walking past the windows so the curtains needed to be held together by pegs. The beds were really uncomfortable/ springy. Needs some urgent attention. Poor towel condition.

• Andreas (8/5): Very good - Beautiful apartment, nice interior. Easy check-in and parking. Just two minor observations: 1. there's a coffee machine in the pictures, so we expected there to be coffee as well. There wasn't, which was a bit annoying. Ife we had known we would have brought our own 2. the bed was a bit wobbly But it's just minor things, for a stopover of a night it is a good place to stay.
• Levente (7/5): Close to the highway, but very uncomfortable - Just about ok for one night, close to the main highway. Spacious. Good instructions on how to get in. But if you want to sleep well, don’t choose this. Beds are extremely uncomfortable, the mattresses needs to be changed! Shame, because as a transit apartment, you would expect a good night sleep. We booked for four persons, but it was made up for three. So we had to find a spare “bed” thingy which is also a joke. It was in a dusty cupboard. Kitchen is not very well equipped. Freezer and fridge quite dirty too. Overall the cleaning is not very thorough. Hot water wasn’t turned on, so we had to figure out how it works, because I couldn’t get hold of the owner in time. We were very surprised how could’ve this property had a 9.4 review score.
• Lucjan (8/5): Ok apartament for a night stay - Very affordable place for a night. Spacious. Playground for children right next door, as well as small soccer field. The apartment is on a half - first floor. In summer times you can expect bugs coming in the apartment, and this what we experienced. The doors are very noisy, bathroom small but acceptable. You could feel the springs in the matrimonial bed, so the mattress definitely needs to be changed. Overall for one night is OK

• Catalin (8/5): Overall nice - The host was very nice and helpful. I wanted a private parking, since we came with a big car, and she arranged a parking spot in a nearby truck parking. The appartment was very nice and comfortable, freshly renovated, with any appliance anybody might want. The only problem of the appartment, that unfortunately I didn't forsee, is that it's not located in something that I might consider a nice neighbourhood. Yet maybe it was just my impression, I had no real problems there.

• Ciprian (9/5): Clean and comfy - Instructions to get in were very clear and easy to follow. The apartment is very good and comfortable. Clean. Landlord is very helpful. Neighborhood is a bit tricky though, it is located 300 meters from a sector inhabited by a.... specific group of people.

• Max (5/5): Passable - Excellent appartment, very good host who responded very quick and followed up very fast on an additional query we had. It's 10 stars for the appartment. The problem: We only stayed 2 nights, but someone scratch our rental car (small Citroen C3) at the last night on both sides. In total all 4 doors and the back wing affected. We suspect some youngsters from a small football pitch just beside where we parked the car (at the front of the appartment entrance). Not the fault of the host, but a big problem anyway.
