Dragging furniture and just really loud which meant no nice sleep ins during our stay

• Paige (1/5): Bad - Apartment was clean. A few days before our arrival we were informed that the pool would not be in use for Monday and Tuesday. Upon arrival, the pool was not in use Sunday through to Wednesday. Asked for a discount on the price we paid as we would only get one day with the pool in use. Was told this was not an option by hosts. Host said we could leave and find somewhere else and get a full refund, or nothing. Shocking customer service. Would rather kick out guests and refund than offer a discounted rate. Will never book through Booking.com again. Didn't realise private units could be rented through here. Other guests were offered 15% discount by the resort, we were offered to leave. Very disappointing.

Very clean comfortable and perfect for our needs. No view or privacy from outdoor area, but that's obviously not the owner's fault.

The heavy security doors leading between the pool and the accommodation continually slammed closed, shaking the entire unit. This happened at all hours late, night, and early morning. A sign near these doors may alleviate the problem.

• Ty (1/5): Worst experience we have ever had - The location was good. The owner is an absolute piece of work. She is disgusted and will contact you and abuse you for leaving a UNO card on the floor. The rest of the unit is absolutely spotless but abusive for not picking up a UNO card. Then accused my 5 month old niece who can not crawl, or walk of pulling a piece of string off a painting. Wanting ridiculous money for a $50 junk shop painting. Would never stay again.

TOTALLY APPROACHABLE & HELPFUL Accommodation Rate....VERY GREAT VALUE FOR MONEY PARKING WAS A BIT OF A CHALLENGE....WE HAD BEEN ADVISED OF THE WAY TO FIND IT BUT AS WE NEEDED TO FIND THE RIGHT GATE & THEN WIND OUR WAY ROUND & AROUND UNDERGROUND TO REACH OUR GOAL WE WERE A LITTLE STRESSED OUT...POSSIBLY BEING OVER 70 DIDNT HELP🙃...BUT THEN THE 2ND TIME GOING ROUND, ROUND & AROUND WAS CERTAINLY A TAD LESS STRESSFUL..😄.. And although there was a DISHWASHER & TEATOWEL & A LOT OF OTHER, MORE THAN EXPECTED KITCHEN SUPPLIES TO HAND, WHICH WAS VERY MUCH APPRECIATED, THERE WAS NO DISHCLOTH OR BATHROOM FLANNELS PROVIDED....TRICKY TRYING TO WIPE SURFACES DOWN & CLEAN UP IN THE SHOWER....BUT HONESTLY THESE WERE MINOR MISSING BITS... ...OVERALL OUR STAY WAS ABSOJOLLYLUTELY FANTASTICALLY FABULOUS.. .CONGRATULATIONS & THANK YOU TO THE OWNERS FOR CREATING & SUCH A WELCOMING, MODERN, SPACIOUS, & COMPLETELY COMFORTABLE HOLIDAY APARTMENT.

• Manuela (8/5): Beautiful apartment in awesome location but lacks of some basics - We liked the location, the apartment, the swimming pool, it was very clean which was really nice. We were there for a beach volleyball tournament so we were out all day and just slept at the apartment. It would have been nice to be able to enjoy it a bit more It's not so much what we didn't like, it's more what was missing: There was no cloth to wipe the kitchen bench, the pillows are all firm and high (even with the 4 pillows on the king bed they were all firm and high... no choice if you can't handle those types of pillows...this was a pain in the neck... literally. We got given just 2 little soap bars for the 4 of us which is not good enough for a place we just paid $800 for 2 nights. I would have expected the little bottles of shower gel/shampoo at that price. Also, we thought there would be a coffee machine with a few capsules.... not instant coffee. Again, if we pay that kind of money for a place I expect some basics. We also had an issue with leaving our suitcases at reception after check out. Apparently it's a no no for that apartment. Lucky in the end they said yes.
