- Karen (3/5): For the money we paid for our 2 week stay we expected much better than what we got . If they were to upgrade the propert - The location was brilliant. The hot water was terrific. It is very outdated. Furniture not very comfortable. It wasn’t very clean, especially the kitchen garbage bin, the trays in oven and some utensils weren’t clean. The swimming pool needs a new liner in it, whole outdoor area was very underwhelming. We were there for 14 days and didn’t use pool at all. No outdoor furniture. Gardens and outside of unit hasn’t been mowed and/or cleaned up at all. Worst unit block in the street. Garage was almost impossible to drive in and out as all the garbage bins were stored at roller door on driveway. Sliding doors to front and rear balconies need new rollers and are very hard to open and close.
- Marina (8/5): We had an enjoyable week. Plenty of room for us to relax and chill inside when we wanted to, and in a great location for - Excellent location - central, close to everything.
Well appointed and comfortable.
Our unit had a dishwasher and laundry facilities, the beds and lounges were comfortable. Everything was neat and tidy and easy to keep that way. Entry and exit of underground carpark is *extremely* tight, even with a medium sized SUV. Large cars would struggle to get in and out of the garage. Once you’re in, there’s plenty of room but getting in and out is quite the challenge!!
It would also be good to see the communal stairwell cleaned more often - it’s quite grubby and dirty. First impressions would improve if it was cleaner. Getting inside the unit was a nice surprise - it was cleaner and fresh by comparison.
