• Sheen (5/5): Passable - It was close to Kings Beach. There was no aircondition, no linen and very old fashion inside. The curtains were terrible.
• Les (6/5): Great locality, was fairly well kitted out. Security needs upgrading and cleaners need to clean. - There were no screens on main bedroom. No insect screens, No security screens. Had to close windows and use the provided pieces of wood to get security, with the windows open we got insects in the main bedroom. Second bedroom had security screens! It was a hot time of year and with no air-con and having to secure the main bedroom windows it was hot. Ceiling fans circulated hot air. Front door and rear door were not able to be locked securely. Was advised that garage was 2m high. Unfortunately, it was 2m on the downside and less height on the upside. Our car 1.75m could not get in. Glasses were murky and crockery was greasy. Put all through the dishwasher and they were ok, we brought dishwashing tablets as none were provided.

• Maureen (5/5): Passable - the apartment had dishes on the kitchen sink draining. There was dirty and food under the cushions on the couch. All the locks in the apartment were corroded and hard to operate.
• Sarah (8/5): Very good - Great for kids- close to the beach and the main waterfront attractions including the playgrounds and the cafes. Kids only have to cross one road which is a zebra crossing to get to the park. The place was large and well designed for a family. There is two foam single mattresses and two standard single beds with mattresses also. There was wifi and a smart tv. Bring: Toilet paper Sheets Towels - beach and shower The adult bed was super uncomfortable. We ended up sleeping on the floor on two foam single mattresses and it was better than the bed provided.
• Fabio (4/5): Hot days sweating at night with no aircon, asked to help, no help given - Location NO AIRCON and no way to rectify the inconvenience if not losing your money. Make sure you are someone who likes to sweat before booking
• Jasper (10/5): Lovely apartment in a great location with only a few very small issues. - Lovely little apartment in an amazing location, with a pool right outside and only a two minute walk from the scenic Kings Beach, and all the restaurants and shops on it. Double bed and couch were very comfortable, and the kitchen appliances all worked perfectly. Temperature was manageable in the main loungeroom, but the bedrooms were very hot, even with the fans. Air con of some kind would be appreciated. The two single beds were a little uncomfortable, but otherwise fine.
