• Indira (10/5): Just perfect! - The hotel was absolutely amazing — very comfortable, perfectly located near both the beach and the main street. The host was incredibly kind and attentive. No matter what we asked, he was always happy to help and gave us all the information we needed. Whenever we needed assistance, he was right there to support us. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely book the same hotel again on our next visit. Highly recommended!

The building felt poorly maintained, with an unpleasant smell in the staircase. The first apartment had constant electricity issues. Although the owner responded quickly and tried to help, the problem repeated, and we were moved to another apartment. The second apartment also had several issues: a broken bed, clogged sink, leaking shower, worn-out ironing board, and poorly working appliances. Overall, the place lacked cleanliness and clearly needs updates and better maintenance. While the owner was communicative and polite, the apartments did not match the description or high ratings. We would not recommend staying here until improvements are made. Deja, mūsų viešnagė šiuose apartamentuose nepateisino lūkesčių. Rinkomės juos pagal labai gerus ankstesnių svečių įvertinimus, tačiau realybė buvo kitokia. Pats namas labiau primena bendrabučio tipo daugiabutį: laiptinė netvarkinga, juntamas nemalonus kvapas. Ir pirmasis butas, ir antrasis, į kurį buvome perkelti, neatitiko aprašymo bei kitų svečių atsiliepimų. Pirmajame bute dinginėjo elektra. Savininkas reagavo operatyviai, rašė per „WhatsApp“, kvietė meistrus, tačiau problema kartojosi ir kitą dieną. Gavome kitą apartamentą aukšte aukščiau, tačiau situacija nebuvo geresnė: sulūžusi lova (kurią susitvarkėme patys), prastai veikiantis lygintuvas ir plaukų džiovintuvas, suplyšusi ir apdegusi lyginimo lenta, užsikimšusi kriauklė, santechnikos problemos duše. Apskritai apartamentams trūko švaros ir akivaizdžiai reikalinga savininko investicija į inventorių, kad svečiai atvykę atostogų rastų kokybiškus, o ne nusidėvėjusius ar nebenaudotinus daiktus. Nors savininko komunikacija buvo greita ir mandagi, deja, tai neišsprendė pagrindinių problemų. Šių apartamentų nerekomenduotume, kol nebus atlikti rimtesni atnaujinimai ir užtikrinta kokybė, atitinkanti aprašymą ir svečių lūkesčius.

The building is dirty and the neighbors look a bit suspicious, but we didn't have any problems with them.

• Barbara (7/5): Good - comfortable appartment, clean, near parking The location is on the end the party street in a not nice part of Ayia Napa, the blockhouse has thin walls and you can hear all neighbours, so the sleeping was not very pleasant.
• Jovana (5/5): Good hoast, not so clean place - Hoast is very responsive, he let us in before check in and flat is well equiped. If you are young and looking for fun, this is good option. It is not clean, neighborhood is awful, it is some kind of ghetto so close to clubs that you hear noise from music and cars outside until 3 o'clock. Building is also old. Flat needs more attacion to cleaness and investing in furniture.

It was equipped with all necessary tools: stove, microwave, fridge, hairdryer, iron, hangers, towels etc. It is better to take taxi from the airport to get there as if you take bus you should know there is the closest bus stop, in our case we had to walk a bit long way as we got off the bus earlier.

Netflix, good wifi, sweet surprise water and wine gift in check in time. In balcony you can see a sea. Free parking next to apartment. Was clean and comfortable enough. Too noisy at night as apartment is in front of the street. Noisy neighbours very liked parties. In our arrival time it wasn’t cold water only very hot, owner reacted quickly and it was fixed very quickly.

There is a nicely-sized kitchen with everything you might need and a cute balcony to have breakfast on. The location is fantastic, super close to the centre and a 20-min walk to the harbour. The host was very welcoming and helpful - we spoke via WhatsApp and he answered any question we had. The neighbourhood is a little scary. Not very well lit and the building is a tad bit creepy (the apartment in front of ours had a broken door fixed with cardboard).

Only minus (wouldn’t even call minus, but not the plus for sure) was that it wasn’t looking at the sunny side. Also the plugs weren’t enough.

Great size apartment with AC, a balcony, shower and kitchen facilities. Could have a bit more signage/directions for the apartment, we arrived late in the evening and struggled to find the exact apartment building, but the apartment manager was very helpful in directing us to the correct apartment.

Overall, the apartment was comfortable, we had Netflix, and AC's worked great. Additionally, the owner was super friendly, hospitable, and offered to help us out if we needed any help. Overall, I have nothing to complain about. The outskirts and appearance of the building of from the outside may be a shock as you arrive, however, the inside of the apartment is great, and definitely makes up for it. The bathroom had a bit of hairs there and here, but nothing to be fussy about.

• Adrian (8/5): MyNapa Apartments - The apartment is great, perfect for 4-6 People. You have microwave, oven and lots of other usefull stuff. You can park your car just by your apartament. Neighborhood is not the best, People in the building sometimes behave so loudly that you can't sleep. There is also problem with humidity in apartment. However, it is a good place to spend time.
• Yehya (7/5): Good - was not far from the center of the city. walkable distance to the bus station and the beach (1,5km to the nearest beach). Elad was very helpful every time we had a question. There's big noise in the building from the other apartments. the sound is going through walls in the whole building. the hot water was working only few minutes every day and it depend on your luck if you make shower at that time.
