• Jasmina (5/5): Solid 5 from 10 - Close to center and bus station. The nearest beach is far and not for swimming. The first next beach is probably 30min away. The apartment has no TV, no iron, no hair dryer. Weak pressure on tap and shower and it takes a long time to get warm water. And the beds really need to be replaced, the double bed is heard as soon as you turn around, the mattress springs are almost gone, I think it has been the same complaint about the mattresses and pillows for 3 years because it is uncomfortable to sleep. The apartment is not as new as in the pictures. For the price of the apartment, it can be a lot better.

• Margaret (1/5): Worst stay I’ve ever had (& I’ve been to 68 countries) - Zero customer service. Absolute worst place to book do not book here. For years people have been writing that the beds are so uncomfortable -that you can’t even sleep with wires sticking into your back and the double bed is broken and squeaky-yet when I messaged about this and the fact that the pillows are like 50 years old, the owner sent the maid who didn’t do anything. Not to mention the laundry has been washed with 10x as much detergent than needed and your neighbours are one foot away from the balcony so you can’t even use it. A scottish couple got violently mugged down the street inside footloose bar from me my last night so this town is sketch af as well. We helped them and the police didn’t even answer the phone and the bar owner didnt help them I think they were in on it.
• Barbara (8/5): Aiya Napa Apartment - Directions to apartment were clear and entry easy. George was happy to help when I didn't know how to put the hot water on. Bed was very comfortable. No microwave. Building and apartment we're a but tired but adequate.

• Oleg (9/5): Superb - It had almost all necessity you need on that kind of trip Bed is really uncomfortable. You can feel the springs and pillow should be changed it is in really bad shape and could be better

• Eka (10/5): Exceptional - Host was very helpful. Easy check in. Location just in-between center and the best beaches. Calm place though, great for family gateway on a budget. Kitchen equipped with all nessessary utensils. Easy access by bus , 24/7 markets and exchange on a walking distance. Excellent wifi. Great value, highly recommend. Balcony is on the west so it was a bit difficult for bikinis to dry in early April. Volume of water for shower was low, but it is a common problem even in hotels everywhere in Larnaca and Ayia Napa ( this was our fourth visit). Kitchen hood was missing and after cooking smell stayed in a room.
• Valerie (5/5): poor on comfort - kitchen & bathroom items good. Location good - near shops & beach. Broken kettle replaced immediately. took 3/4 of an hour to get hot water for a shower. A.C. on max of 2 hours barely warmed the room. Very cold at night with no thick blankets - slept in our clothes! Mattresses need replacing or a mattress topper - springs dug in our bones - very painful. Didn't sleep well due to uncomfortable and cold beds.

• Tanya (8/5): Very good - The location is perfect for Agia Napa, it is located in the city center almost :), the flat was clean, and a lot of useful stuff was found in there, the host has been good , over all very good experience for the price . The pressure of the water in the toilet and the shower is so low, that it takes to get a shower mission impossible also the toilet takes a very long time before can be flushed once more, the mattress of the bed is so bad, while sleeping the springs inside the bed can be feel it very easy, definitely need to be changed

• Nikola (8/5): Very good - Location is perfect, 2minutes walk to the main street and 5minutes walk from sea and first bus stop. Room is big, comfy. Everything was clean. I feel like air conditioner needs cleaning, it looks very dirty. Beds are very loud, you move a little bit on bed and they start to scream.

• Anna (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent location, good kitchen, quite place, clean, quite neighborhood, bus station near, good place for family of 3-4 persons Bevare that there is problem with hot water, In summer season I think it won't be a big problem, because there's very hot weather, but in the end of march it was a little bit discomfortable
• Elena (10/5): Exceptional - Quiet although right in the center. Apartment is in a small side street. Everything within walking distance. To Nissi bay or Macronissos Bay with 101 bus only 10 minutes. Everything you need is available in the apartment. Stove, fridge, air conditioning, tea maker and a toaster. Washing machine. Balcony was very useful for drying laundry. Two frying pans and pots, plates and cutlery are all there. Key handover smoothly via a box with code, allows entry at any time. We always had hot water, but in order to take a shower you had to let the warm water run for a few minutes beforehand so that the tubes warmed up, then the temperature was very pleasantly warm. Communication with George via Watts Up was seamless. It's four beds. A double bed and two single beds. Very tasty bakery and many shops just around the corner around the clock.
