• Ioan (9/5): Apartament bun grup sau familie - Curățenie, dotare, locația și comunicarea cu proprietarul. Nu a funcționat ventilatorul din baie.

• Zsuzsanna (8/5): Ár-érték arányban megfelelő, tiszta, tágas szállás. Az apróságok hiánya ellenére csak ajánlani tudom - Kényelmes ágy, a kanapé is alkalmas 2 felnőttnek a kényelmes pihenésre. A helységek tágasak, teljesen jól elfér a 4 fő. A nappaliban a klímaberendezés 20 perc használat után csöpögött, szerencsére október végén nem kellett annyira használni. A konyhai eszközök kicsit hiányosak voltak: kiskanál nem volt elegendő, nem volt merőkanál, reszelő. A főzőedényekről, 1-2 darab kivételével, le volt kopva a bevonat, az így nemigazán alkalmas főzésre. Egy darab konnektor átalakító volt a lakásban, amiben lötyögött a bedugott töltőnk, így azt kitámasztva tudtuk csak használni. Végül is meg tudtunk oldani mindent, de a jövőre nézve javaslom ezen pár apróság beszerzését, túl sokba nem kerül és jobb érzést kelt az ott tartózkodás alatt.

• Sara Rovan (9/5): - The owners were very nice, allowing us to leave the bags early when check-in and retrieving them late on check-out. The apartment was clean, nice bathroom, good Wi-Fi. The air-conditioning was working great. The location was good, nice restaurants around or in short walking distance. The view from balcony was not great, as it looks on other building, but you cannot help it.
• Virág (8/5): - Nagyon jó az elhelyezkedése, közelben bolt, éttermek, buszmegálló, strand. Jól felszerelt gépekkel, eszközökkel. A szobában lévő ablak, olyan mintha nem is lenne. Éjjelente a bárból behallatszodott a zene, mintha nyitott ablaknál aludtunk volna, viszont a nappaliban elviselhető volt a zaj.

• Gizella (5/5): Decent stay. But there are better options for the same - The sofa and dining table were a decent size. The electronic worked well. The smart TV had Netflix, there was an iron available, the fridge freezer worked well. Bed and pillows were comfty. There was also a convenience store located within 1 min walk of the residence. Parking also available. AC in the bedroom was great. A bit tricky to find in the furst instance. It doesn't look as well maintained as it shows in the picture. It wasn't cleaned very well. Dust and dead insects noted underneath the bed. Was located in a block of flats that also didn't seem very well kept; i.e. dusty, smelly, stained walls, rubbish left out etc. It was also located right next to town so we could hear the parties going on into the early hours of the morning as there was no sound proofing. The AC in the living room kept switching itself off after a short time with an error message showing. No room service as it's a private rental rather than an aparthotel or hotel.
• Kintija (10/5): Best place to stay in Ayia Napa - The apartment was clean and everything looked so nice. Really enjoyed our stay here. Would love to stay longer. Also the location is good. Close to everything but far enough to have a good sleep. Nothing! Everything was great.
• Irene (5/5): Passable - The pictures are old and not updated. The apartment has a lot of damages. The A/C needs service. The neighbor is very noisy and scary. It's not suitable for families and couples. It's near to the clubs so it's recommended only if you want to party all night and sleep in the morning.
• Canezzi (8/5): Very good - Nice apartment, located at the start (or end) of the Bar Street. A bit noisy at night, but not a deal breaker. Kitchen equipped with necessities and a big fridge. Bonus is some beach equipment. Comfortable bed. Market close by. Low water pressure, and dead AC in living room

• Nataša (9/5): Great stay, highly recommended. - Good value for money. Cleaning supplies and some cooking essencials (salt, spices, sugar...) were available in the apartment. Our kids loved the beach toys, they were a cherry on top for us:). Extremely loud next door neighbours. But this can happen anywhere, the location is actually on a quiet side.

The apt. is really good, well-equipped, comfortable. The location is excellent, it is close to the centre, but far enough from the noise. All you need is in a few minutes walk - delis, restaurants, bars, clubs etc. A microvawe oven would have been great, but nothing else :)
