Зустрічав сам хазяїн, все розповів, видав адаптери для розетки. Гарне розташування, пішки до моря 15-20 хвилин. Все сподобалося, рекомендуємо.

- martin (9/5): Absolutely fantastic value for money, clean and comfortable and everything working perfectly. - Very clean apartment, everything working fine including WIFI, hot water, electricals etc. It can't be changed but the location is not ideal for those wanting a quiet getaway.. it's virtually round the corner from the many bars and clubs etc... thankfully it was completely out of season, but I can imagine it being noisy around the area in summer.

- Paulina (9/5): Polecam! Bardzo dobra lokalizacja wypadowa. - Mieszkanie jest w dobrej lokalizacji wypadowej. 5 minut samochodem do Mostu Milosci, 8 minut do plazy Nissi Beach. Ogolnie wszedzie jest blisko, rowniez na Sea Caves nie cale 10 minut samochodem. Parking jest pod zadaszeniem, co w upalne dni bedzie napewno duzym plusem. Sklepy spożywcze sa minute drogi od hotelu. W mieszkaniu znajduje sie wszystko co potrzeba. Personel bardzo uprzejmy i pomocny w razie potrzeby. 🤍 Nie bylo nic takiego.

- Mariami (10/5): Best place to stay in Ayia Napa - Location, cleanliness, amenities, soft bed, staff. Our room was super clean, super comfortable, very small but had everything we needed. They welcomed us with coffee, tea, sweets and water. The area around the place was very quiet even tho it was so noisy and crowded only one street down. We could get a good night’s sleep even with balcony door open. They helped us park our scooter safely in their parking area. There was 24/7 mini market 2mins away. I would recommend this place to everyone. Thank you!

- Isidora (10/5): Felt like home the whole time! - Great location, very well connected with the bus route and the center of Ayia Napa, we were staying in October so it was very peaceful and quiet around our apartment, the staff was just perfect, they arranged us with everything we needed, and offered free cleaning room service as well as umbrellas and beach towels, clothing iron, and we even had netflix for our room! They also sent us a list of suggestions where to go to the beach, where to eat etc. It was really the best stay. 🩷 No such thing!

Majitel nás vřele přivítal, dostali jsme mapu města a dokonce i ručníky na pláž. Na pokoji na náš čekala pozornost v podobě snacku, čaje a kávy. Ubytování bych rozhodně zvolila znova. Nic nám nechybělo.

When I texted her, she always respond me and answered all of my questions. The apartment was perfect and there was everything which we needed to enjoy our vocation.

- Олексій Спаських (10/5): - Это были лучшие апартаменты за нашу 10 дневную поездку. В номере все продумано до мелочей. Чистота совершенная. Хазяин просто идеал радушия и гостепреимства. У нас была длинное авто, затруднительно ставить на парковку апартаментов, хозяин нашел нам паркоместо в 3 минутах ходьбы. Была постоянная связь с администрацией апартаментов. Ответы на возникшие вопросы и просьбы были почти моментальные хотя и обращались мы через сообщения. От апартаментов выдавали отдельные полотенца для пляжа, можно было взять, для гостей, приготовленные пляжные аксесуары - маску, круг, зонтик. Продуктовый магазин в 2 минутах ходьбы работал до 2 ночи. До шумных дискотек 3 квартала. До центра проведения местных мероприятий в городе 3 квартала. Шикарные апартаменты.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all utensils for cooking and dining, the mattress is very comfortable, and the apartment has a lovely terrace. Even though it’s close to the city center, it was quiet during our stay. The bathroom was spotless, and the location is great, just a short walk to the center. There’s also a storage section with items you can borrow, such as sun umbrellas, kids’ toys, and floaties. The host and cleaning staff were extremely kind and welcoming. I will definitely come back! Il servizio di pulizia è stato impeccabile e super disponibile: nonostante le difficoltà causate dai nostri orari, ci hanno prontamente consegnato asciugamani e lenzuola quando glieli abbiamo chiesti, per poi venire a pulire il giorno seguente mentre non eravamo in appartamento, nonostante non fosse giorno di pulizie. Le comunicazioni con la struttura sono state veloci ed efficenti, hanno puntualmente risolto ogni nostro problema o dubbio. Anche se il check-out sarebbe stato alle 11, ci è stata data la possibilità di lasciare l'appartamento alle 19, risparmiandoci un bel trambusto. Shampoo e bagnodoccia offerti sono bastati per tutta la vacanza. Abbiamo apprezzato molto gli abbonamenti alle piattaforme di streaming. Comodissimi i numerosi adattatori di cui la responsabile ha controllato il funzionamento al nostro arrivo. Apprezzati il balcone con tavolino, sedie, posacenere e stendino. La posizione è molto comoda ai numerosi locali e bar, agli alimentari, ai ristoranti e alla stazione del bus, un po' meno alla spiaggia, anche se non dispiace passeggiare per il centro per raggiungerla. Se proprio bisogna trovare qualcosa di negativo, avere un solo mazzo di chiavi ha causato qualche problema, averne almeno due sarebbe stato comodo.

- Chiara (9/5): è stato piacevole, struttura a due passi dalla via principale con tutti i locali, terrazze intorno a noi piene di italia - è stato tutto perfetto, pulita, accogliente, proprietari gentilissimi e sempre disponibili (avendo il volo la sera tardi ci hanno permesso di fare il check out alle 11 di sera invece che la mattina), in una settimana sono venuti a pulirci la stanza due volte senza che lo chiedessimo, appartamento consigliatissimo!! terrazza un po’ piccola per 4 persone ma ce la siamo fatta bastare, struttura difficile da raggiungere se avete valigie pesanti e il taxi vi lascia da tutt’altra parte… (bisogna fare una bella salita)

The location was great – just a 10-15min walk to the city center, beautiful beaches and all the clubs we wanted to visit. The apartment itself was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. A big thanks to Maria at reception, who was extremely kind and helpful – she made sure we had everything we needed and really made our experience even better. Highly recommend😊!

- paige (10/5): Absolutely amazing. - The property was so comfortable, clean & spacious. It had everything we could possibly need. The host was exceptional. We didn’t arrive till very late. Got to the apartment past 3am and the host stayed up to welcome us even though it was way past check in time. He was the best host me and my family has ever had. He made sure we had everything we needed. On the last day our flight wasn’t till late at night and they allowed us to keep our luggage with them aswell. They are the friendliest people ever. Couldn’t recommend enough. Would definitely book again. Everything was perfect, no complaints

- Sole (10/5): Estremamente consigliato - Abbiamo appena finito il soggiorno qui ad Aya Napa é siamo rimasti estremamente soddisfatti del soggiorno. Ospitalità top con il Sign. Christopher che ci ha ospitato egregiamente accogliendoci con kit di benvenuto tra cui bottigliette di acqua merendine capsule thé netflix kit doccia/shampoo che altro dire! Appartamento pulito e dotato di tutto ciò che occorre per soggiornare. Posizione strategica ad un passo dal centro. Unica pecca di sabato notte c'è un locale proprio affianco e per chi ha il sonno leggero non si chiude occhio fin quando il locale non chiude. Fortunatamente e solo il sabato! Per il resto nulla da dire.

- αλεξανδρος (10/5): Ξεπέρασε τις προσδοκίες μας - Πολύ κεντρική η τοποθεσία του καταλύματος το οποιο είναι πεντακαθαρο και άνετο. Υπήρχαν πετσετες μπάνιου οι οποίες ηταν καινούργιες και προϊόντα μπάνιου. Εχει Netflix δωρεαν .Ο ιδιοκτήτης μας υποδέχτηκε πολύ εγκάρδια. Στο ψυγείο υπήρχαν παγωμένα εμφιαλωμένα νερά και μας προσφέρε μπισκότα και μαφιν. Δωρισε στο παιδί μας μια μπαλα. Θα το επισκεφτούμε σιγουρα ξανά. Ευχαριστούμε .

- Mia (10/5): - Idealna lokacija, blizu svih desavanja, a opet sa izvesnim mirom uvece. Apartman je dobro opremljen, domacini su divni i veoma ljubazni. Odlican odnos cene i kvaliteta, za svaku preporuku. Veoma nam je znacilo i sto smo poslednji dan imale gde da ostavimo kofere, nakon sto smo napustile apartman. Dogovor je tekao glatko. Apartman je imao 2 klime, u obe prostorije, sto je jako znacilo. Susedni gosti su bili bucni. Za kofere je malko nezgodno da se ide uz stepenice, ali nista strasno.

- Ivana (10/5): - Alles in einem eine 10 von 10. Die Unterkunft war sauberer als jede andere Unterkunft in der ich je war. Es wurde ein Föhn, ein Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Besitzer sind super freundlich und super zuvorkommend. Man bekommt eine Landkarte von Zypern und der Vater des Besitzers hat mir gleich gezeigt wo die schönsten Strände und besten Attraktionen sind, wie ich dort hinkomme und mir auch gleich die Seite für die Busse gezeigt.
