- Nataliia (10/5): - Мне понравилось все , заселение предложили более раннее, Павлос замечательный , он все делает для вашего комфорта , квартира очень понравилась все продуманно до мелочей для комфорта , я почувствовала себя как дома , очень уютная и просторная , но самое главное для меня что в квартире есть стиральная машинка, для Айа Напы это редкость , в городе в основном пользуются Лаундри, для меня это не удобно, удобная кровать, новые кондиционеры, горячая вода с хорошим напором , большой балкон , чистота как на территории здания так и в квартире , рядом большой супермаркет, а не киоск, это очень удобно, приеду сюда ещё и не раз Все понравилось

- Χριστοφιλακη (10/5): - Η διαμονή μας στο κατάλυμα ήταν απλά εξαιρετική! Ο χώρος ήταν πεντακάθαρος, μοντέρνος και σε ιδανική τοποθεσία στην Αγία Νάπα. Αυτό όμως που έκανε τη διαφορά ήταν ο οικοδεσπότης μας, ο Παύλος. Ήταν ευγενέστατος, εξυπηρετικότατος και πάντα διαθέσιμος να μας βοηθήσει με τις καλύτερες συμβουλές για το νησί. Νιώσαμε σαν στο σπίτι μας από την πρώτη στιγμή. Παύλο, ευχαριστούμε για όλα! Θα επιστρέψουμε σίγουρα!

During our stay we had everything we needed, and Pavlos, the host, was very nice, offered us all information we needed. A little bit noisy during night because of the party people😂

- Jingru (6/5): Nicht so toll. - Der Vermieter ist nett. Check-in und Checkout war reibungslos. Die Wohnung ist sauber. Die Lage ist auch ganz gut. In der Küche befindet sich kaum nutzbares Geschirr. Alle Pfannen sind zerkratzt. Die Klimaanlage stinkt. Es gibt keine richtige Decke. Die Wände sind dünn. Am letzten Tag gegen 9:00 war kein warmes Wasser mehr in der Dusche, obwohl checkout um 11:00 ist.

- Andrija (10/5): It succeeded our expectations. - The property is very spacious, we went as a group of four. It is very clean, the shower is great, there is a big terrace with a nice view. It’s also very close to the centre and the owner, Pavlos, is a great guy.

- Alina (5/5): Unfortunately, despite the excellent location, I do not recommend this apartment. - The location was great and good communication with the host. The apartment is very noisy, the windows are useless, of very poor quality, so you could hear absolutely everything from outside. Keep in mind that if you want peace so that you can rest at night I do not recommend this apartment (I am referring here to apartment 2 where I stayed). There is also a problem with ants, so do not leave food on the table or anywhere else. The walls of the apartment are dirty in every room and in one of the bedrooms there is not even a socket that you can use. I dried my hair in the kitchen, because there was only a socket there. The iron leaks water, so it can only be used without water.

Air conditioners are in every room. Right under the house there is a supermarket with adequate prices. Spacious shower. Good location. It would be nice if there were more shelves or nightstands in the rooms and shelves in the bathroom cabin

- Nikola (9/5): - The apt was just like in the pictures, very nice, clean, and cozy. It had everything you need for a comfortable stay. Pavlos is a wonderful host, cheerful and hospitable, always ready to help! Don’t trust Instagram or vloggers about food, just follow Pavlos’ recommendations and you won’t regret it :D It might be a bit noisy, but that’s to be expected since the apt is in the center.

The place is clean, spacious and it has everything we neeeded, it's fully equipped for long and short stay. Also the host is very friendly, he gave us lots of recommendations, answered all of our questions and gave us very clear check in instructions.

- Rita (9/5): Excellent place to stay! - Excellent location, walking distance from the square and restaurants. Very convenient supermarket in the next building open till 3 am. Clean, spacious & comfy. Everything was excellent, however due to its location close to the square it is noisy at night, but we didn't mind this :-)

- Katarzyna (8/5): Krótki pobyt w Aya Napa - W apartamencie było bardzo czysto i przestronnie. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem obiektu, bezproblemowe odebranie kluczy. Duży i przyjemny balkon, wygodne łóżka i dobrze działająca klimatyzacja. Półki w sypialni są opadnięte i nie można było z nich korzystać. Mały kosz w łazience był uszkodzony (otwieranie stopą) a pod prysznicem było bardzo niskie ciśnienie wody. Sam obiekt znajduje się w centrum, w związku z tym całą noc aż do rana jest głośno (blisko barów, restauracji, zaplecze sklepów).
