• Maria (7/5): Clean & Sleek, noisy neighbours. - The room was exceptionally clean and the bedroom was extremely comfortable to sleep in. It had all the amenities that you can use if you stay longer and want to cook/wash clothes yourselves. Close to train station around 5 minute walk and 4 stops away from the city centre, easy to get around to. The noise from the outside is clearly auditable. We could hear foot stomps from the upstairs and there’s an odd window which has been covered but the light still comes through the room and can wake you up when people are walking up the stairs at night time.

Spacious balcony with seating. Washing machine in unit with large drying rack as well. Lots of shops and restaurants near building. Friendly staff upon arrival and when we had an issue with broken blind. Misc things could have been better. Linens were stiff and crunchy. No hooks to hang anything in bathroom and bedrooms. No shelf in shower for shampoo, soap etc. Directions would have been nice to operate air conditioning units. More outlets needed near bedside table for charging devices.
• Jessica (5/5): Put a damper on the whole trip - Location The property is quite expensive, but this was fine for the location and quality. However, the listing is for several units. The photos in the listing were different than the actual appearance of the unit I was in. The bedroom shares a wall with the interior stairwell that everyone in the building uses. There is a window in the bedroom, right next to the bed, overlooking this common space. It is extremely loud all day and night. You hear the street door slamming, the clear conversations of people checking in, the constant clomping up and down the stairs (no elevator), unit doors opening and closing. Further there is a light in the stairwell that goes off and on all night, which comes through the bedroom window. So if bright flashing light or noise make it hard for you to sleep, this is not the place for you. Additional noise issues resulting from cheap finishes, you can hear every word of normal volume conversations from adjacent units, every time someone flushes a toilet in another unit, etc. The Smell. When I arrived the bathroom smelled like an open sewer. I don’t know what else to say about that, it was bad and lasted until the next morning. The last minute deposit of ~13 euros. I don’t know why, I wasn’t told about this in advance, I have no expectation of getting it back. Bed - super hard and uncomfortable, but sort of European standard. ‘Courtyard view’ was a gross utility area, see photo. Check in and check out were stupidly complicated with multiple emails and online steps over several days. They charge you (cash only) you arrive after 9PM, so it was stressful trying to arrive on time. I get that they might have to pay someone to be there later, but that cost should not be distributed to guests at this price point.

The costruction works that were happening every day from 10am till 4pm, owners did not even bother to warm m - The apartment were more or less ok for that price, ai was not expecting anything luxurious foe this price Paper thin walls, and almost no pressure in the shower for hot water, taking in consideration that i was living on the 1st floor.
• Shala (9/5): Great Location!! - We loved this apartment. It was spacious and clean. The hosts were lovely and helpful. It was especially nice that we were able to store our bags at the properly before check in and after check out. The location was amazing. There is a grocery store and restaurants close. We mostly walked to the places we wanted to go but it was close to public transportation as well. I loved the ability to hang clothes outside the kitchen window. The apartment was very comfortable, nicely furnished, well lit, and had lots of mirrors and that made getting ready in the morning easier since there was only one bathroom. I would definitely recommend this apartment and would definitely stay here again. The only negative was there was only 1 bathroom.

• Bojana (9/5): - Good location, 24h supermarket right around the corner. In walking distance to Nord statition (for those coming from Girona Airport, around 20 mins). Really chick, with furniture and kitchen utensils, you can even prepare your own food (we appreciatted olive oil, balsamico, salt and pepper!) Having washing machine is a big plus, we even got some washing pods. On-time communication with host, we could arrange changes in travel plan and finding the building real quick. Noise from staircase as if it is in the room. Some drunk guests running and yelling in staircase until 5am (not fault of appartment, but to be aware it can happen). No windows in bedroom (at least in our appartment), so it got really hot and stuffy during the night

• Shehnaz (9/5): - Everything has been thought about. From kitchen roll and olive oil,I took my own washing pods, but there were some provided should you need to wash your clothes. It was very clean. The appliances were all very clean, so you would be happy to use them . The bathroom and room are spacious.We stayed on the 4th floor apartment so there were a few fleet of stairs ,we were ok with it but for the elderly and children it would be quite difficult. The public transport is a few minute walk away so ideal if you travelling. There is a local Condis opposite the apartment, making it easier should you require milk, etc .I would definitely book again. Should I visit Barcelon next time, definitely on the 1st or 2nd floor 🤣. The smaller bedroom didn't have a window, so it was quite dark and gloomy in the day should you need to rest. The room facing the main road is quite loud and cold. I am fine with noise but my son couldn't sleep in that room,he found it too noisy. The smaller bedroom had a very squeaky bed . But overall they were minor issues .

• Jackbreyner (10/5): Stylish and comfortable apartment in Barcelona - I had a great stay at Chic & Basic Apartments in Barcelona. The apartment is modern, stylish, and very well equipped, perfect for a few days in the city. The location is excellent, close to public transport, restaurants, and many of Barcelona’s main attractions, so it was very easy to move around the city. I especially liked having a small kitchen and living area, which makes the stay more comfortable than a traditional hotel. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and very functional, and the check-in process was easy and smooth. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Barcelona.

• Victoria (8/5): Nice apartment once inside - getting in wasn’t the best experience - Beautiful apartment- well decorated with nice furnishings. The entrance and stairs to the apartment were dark and dirty. There were two flights of stairs to get to the apartment and one of the stairs had a large chunk of stone missing - we had to be extremely careful walking on the stairs which were worn from age.

• alison (1/5): Terrible, ruined our holiday, wasn't told about building work - The apartment There was renovation work to the apartment 1 floor down from the minute we arrived till we left. Had virtually no sleep on arrival on the Friday night as people were hosting a party till 5am. The builders arrived at 8pm & that continued throughout the whole stay. Saw, drill, banging & constantly chattering the whole time. It was awful, when we complained they didn't want to know! Basically they said tough luck.even although I have videos of whole thing, there is no way to transfer them to booking.com. would I recommend this apartment, absolutely NOT.

Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, łazienka z zestawem kosmetyków, pachnąca świeża pościel. Doskonała lokalizacja do spacerowania po najciekawszych obiektach w mieście. Tekturowe ściany przez które słychać wszystko z sąsiednich mieszkań. Na komfort pobytu duży wpływ będą mieli sąsiedzi - akurat u nas było całkiem spokojnie.

Le logement est conforme à la description, propre, agréable et confortable (mention spéciale pour les matelas !) avec le nécessaire pour une cuisine simple. Il est aussi bien situé, proche de la Sagrada Familia, dans un quartier agréable où il y a une multitude de petits cafés, de restaurants et de supermarchés. Nous recommandons !

Está localizado próximo a restaurantes e supermercados, 10 minutos a pé da Sacrada família, numa região que nos deu bastante segurança para caminhar durante o dia e a noite. A anfitriã foi muito cordial, nos mandou mensagem durante a estadia para verificar se precisávamos de alguma coisa. Já sabíamos que o prédio não conta com elevador e precisamos subir apenas um lance de escadas, o que foi ótimo.

• Agnieszka (10/5): - Apartament czysty, ładnie urządzony, w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji, wyposażony we wszystko co niezbędne. Bardzo wygodne łóżka. Obsługa bardzo pomocna, życzliwa, świetny kontakt przez WhatsApp, możliwość przechowania bagażu na duży plus. Bliziutko fajne restauracje i sklep spożywczy. Do większości atrakcji spokojnie dochodziliśmy spacerkiem.

• Naomi (9/5): Uitstekend verblijf. Volgende x Barcelona kom ik hier graag weer - Super locatie en werkelijk van alle gemakken voorzien. Heerlijke bedden en prima bereikbaar. In trappenhuis wel erg gehorig. Maar dat was alleen bij thuiskomst van andere gasten. En chic is geen woord te veel Gehorig in trappenhuis.

• Susana (7/5): Bien - Buena ubicación,moderno y muy cómodo, el dueño fue muy simpático y comprensible en todo momento. Las paredes son muy finas y se escucha absolutamente todo tanto de dentro como de fuera del piso, lo que dificulta dormir.

• Anton (8/5): - Просторно. Прекрасно расположено. Симпатичный дизайн, хорошая посуда и техника. Отсутствие лифта и довольно узкая и крутая лестница. При очень хорошем состоянии квартиры вываливающаяся ручка двери и провисающая панель потолка ванной комнаты.
