• David (9/5): City break à Barcelone très agréable - Appartement moderne, très bien équipé (dont cafetière dolce gusto) et bien placé proche des arènes. Le grand lit était très confortable, le salon cosy avec ces jolies pierres, la salle de bain très pratique et la terrasse extérieure bien agréable. Excellent accueil lors de notre arrivée avec de très bons conseils (visite des fontaines de Montjuïc le soir-même) Surtout la porte d'entrée de l'immeuble qui claque bruyamment (groom cassé) et le voisinage bruyant tardivement. Le meuble de salle de bain abimé (tiroir coupant, source d'échardes) et les quelques lumières ne fonctionnant pas (spots à changer).

• lidia (3/5): SCORTESIA E TRASANZATEZZA GARANTITI - L’appartamento è grande con due camere due bagni e ampio soggiorno. La zona è servita bene e ha ristoranti e bar intorno anche se non è centralissima e non si trova e Poble sec (è molto vicino a Plaza de Espana) Comincio dalla pulizia scarsa e dalla trasandatezza dell’appartamento. Non mi dilungo in spiegazioni, parlano le foto che ho allegato (insetti, polvere, lenzuola sporche e molto più grandi del materasso, perdite di acqua dal soffitto etc). Purtroppo ne posso allegare solo 4, ne ho una raccolta infinita! Ma più dei problemi strutturali dell’appartamento c’è la scortesia dello staff che invece di essere comprensivo e proporre soluzioni ti attacca e dice che sei “un tipo di cliente problematico” e che “è ovvio che a Barcellona c’è polvere e che ci sono insetti perché è un primo piano”. Ci è stato detto che siamo stati indisponibili per il check in quando invece ci hanno costretto a farlo alle 17 nonostante fosse indicato entro le 20. Ci hanno detto che abbiamo lasciato sporco perché non abbiamo lavato i piatti (inseriti in lavastoviglie) ne buttato la spazzatura (nessuno ci aveva dato istruzioni in merito). Ci hanno detto infine che abbiamo fatto apposta a non riuscire a chiudere la porta dall’esterno e senza chiavi (quando li abbiamo avvisti immediatamente dell’inconveniente indicando dove avevamo nascosto le chiavi in modo che nessuno potesse trovarle se non chi aveva ricevuto la info). Mi hanno addebitato senza preavviso una cauzione stranamente dopo che mi ero lamentata delle condizioni dell’appartamento il secondo giorno e non al check-in.Mi hanno infine attaccata personalmente dicendo che avevano controllato la mia storia su Booking e che poiché ho cancellato delle prenotazioni “si capisce che tipo di cliente sei”.Il trattamento è stato vergognoso, ci siamo sentiti insalutati oltre che non a casa nostra e a nostro agio. Onestamente sconsiglio davvero vivamente anche perché abbiamo pagato più di 50 euro a persona a notte per niente economico

• Tímea (9/5): Kiváló elhelyezkedés, tiszta, kényelmes 5 fő részére is. Ár-érték arányban pedig kiváló. - A szállás nagyon jó helyen van, közel a metróhoz, buszhoz. Diana várt ránk érkezéskor, tőle kaptuk meg a kulcsokat. A szállásadó kedves, segítőkész, bármilyen kérdéssel fordulhattunk hozzá. Az apartman jól felszerelt, kényelmes, tiszta. Apróságokat lehet csak említeni, ilyen pl., hogy a mosdóban nehezen folyt le a víz, illetve a harmadik nap reggelére a hátsó fürdőben kicsit csatornaszag volt. Illetve a konyhában jól jött volna egy konyharuha vagy papírtörlő.

Jeśli ktoś spędza tam tylko noc, a w ciągu dnia zwiedza piękną Barcelonę to jest to opcja wystarczająca i adekwatna do ceny. Pokój od salonu oddzielony ścianka,ale nie drzwiami w efekcie jest to jedna przestrzeń, a nie dwa osobne pomieszczenia, nieprzyjemny zapach po wejściu do mieszkania, ale po otwarciu okien balkonowych szybko się wierzyło, w łazience wilgoć. Mogłoby być też więcej sztućców i kubków.

Dwie toalety z prysznicem. Przestrzenna kuchnia. Okolica przyjazna. Dużo restauracji i pubów w okolicy serwujących dania regionalne jak i kuchnie śródziemnomorska. Bardzo blisko metra. Po zakupie kart Ola Barcelona przemieszczanie się we wszystkie kierunki turystyczne to nie problem. Dostanie się z lotniska na miejsce to też nie problem. Blisko sklepy - małe markety gdzie można kupić wszystko co potrzebne do codziennego funkcjonowania. Wi-Fi bardzo dobre. Można przyjechać na wczasy jednocześnie pracując zdalnie - daje radę! Serdecznie polecam!!! Zapach na które właściciele nie mają niestety wpływu. Pochodziły od innych użytkowników mieszkań. Papierosy i niefajny zapach z kanalizacji.

• Nathan (7/5): Basic appartement maar voldoende voor een fijn verblijf. Leuke buurt. - Fijne wijk om te verblijven met vele pinco bars in de buurt. Een metro kortbij waardoor alles vlot bereikbaar is. Appartement was niet heel bijzonder maar voldoende voor een fijn verblijf. Inchecken was niet gemakkelijk omdat ik geen exact adres gekregen had. Daardoor stond ik op een verkeerde locatie. Ik vroeg aan de host om een adres via sms door te sturen maar dit was niet mogelijk. Ruimte was koud toen ik er aankwam. De airconditioning doet dienst als verwarming maar meer uitleg hierover was handig geweest. De airco moet continu aanstaan om het enigszins warm te houden. Weinig privacy doordat er geen luiken zijn om het appartement van het straat af te schermen.

• Di Stefano (1/5): Non lo consiglio - La posizione. L'appartamento è vicino la fermata poble sec e parallel in un quartiere dove ci sono tanti locali dove poter mangiare fino a tarda sera. Inoltre nell'appartamento c'è una piccola cucina con forno a microonde e lavabo. Era fornita di tutto il necessario per farsi una colazione veloce ( tazze posate bicchieri e solo un po' di detersivo per lavare piatti) Non mi è piaciuto l'ingresso del palazzo, vecchio e sporco con gradini molto ripidi. Inoltre, dopo una doccia di 5 minuti...l'acqua calda finiva perché l'appartamento aveva uno scaldabagno elettrico. C'è anche un bel terrazzo, ma, essendo dicembre e pioveva, non lo abbiamo utilizzato. L'annuncio parla di più appartamenti, che non sono tutti vicini: il nostro era a Hostafrancs non Poble Sec.

• Paula (1/5): - Rien Il était vraiment très sale et il fallait presque se doucher ensemble pour avoir de l’eau chaude. Le premier jour, nous sommes arrivées et nous avons commencé à nous doucher, quand soudain il n’y avait plus d’eau. Nous avons appelé la personne responsable, qui nous a dit que c’était de notre faute parce que nous prenions des douches trop longues. Elle nous a également expliqué que si elle appelait le technicien et que c’était simplement parce que nous avions utilisé toute l’eau, nous devrions payer l’intervention…
