• Vladimir (7/5): - The neighborhood was nice, there was a supermarket nearby. The apartment was clean. They returned the 200 euro deposit. They asked us to pay an additional €50 check-in fee simply to hand over the keys because we were arriving on the weekend. This extra charge was never mentioned anywhere on the Booking listing, and the explanation given was “rising costs.” On top of that, the refrigerator was extremely noisy throughout the night, making it difficult to sleep, and the Wi-Fi in the apartment did not work at all.
• López (7/5): - Buena ubicacion y rapidez en la respuesta ya que hubo un problema que quedó resuelto en horas. Las camas algo incómodas y no estaba demasiado limpio.
• Irina (10/5): Все понравилось - Останавливались здесь на 5 дней на новогодние праздники. Специально выбирала этот район для встречи Нового года на площади Испании и оттуда же добраться в Монсеррат. До Рамблы тоже ходили пешком. Для более дальних локаций совсем рядом рядом метро. Понравился персонал, очень отзывчивый. Всегда на связи. На этапе бронирования помогли решить вопрос с оплатой, т.к. были определенные проблемы. Заселили раньше времени. Помогли решить вопрос с доставкой багажа, который не прилетел вместе с нами. За эти хлопоты отдельная благодарность! Сами апартаменты комфортные, есть все необходимое. Рядом много магазинов. Нет лифта, но мы это знали, для нас это не было проблемой. Ну и небольшое пожелание. Обычно в апартаментах всегда есть какие то минимальные запасы чая, сахара, соли и т.д. и если есть стиральная машина, то что-то для стирки. Здесь были вообще пустые апартаменты. Я всегда вожу с собой необходимое на первое время, а лишнее оставляю потом, но сейчас все было в багаже, который прилетел только через 3 дня.

• Patrizia (10/5): Perfetto - L'appartamento pulito, spazioso, comodo con molti accessori tipo tostapane, microonde e bollitore. Antibagno con armadio ampio per lasciare i bagagli. Condizionatore funzionante perfettamente. La posizione perfetta. A pochi mt la fermata della metro L3 che ti porta in centro dove si trovano la maggior parte delle cose da visitare e i locali. Unica pecca non c'è uno specchio grande...con 2 adolescenti è un problema....dicono ahahahah

• Boguslaw (7/5): The apparent was in good location, close to metro station. We did not spent too much time in it, practically only used f - Location was good, bed was comfortable. It was standard quality, nothing extra. The property needs new kitchen’s utensils.

• Olga (8/5): Was nice place, very pleasant and responsive hosts. Location was good as well. - Marina came a few hours earlier to do check in, as we arrived a bit earlier. That was very nice, as we were very tired after the flight. The need to leave the deposit, as we never been asked to leave deposit to stay in accommodation just for a week. The deposit was returned next day, there was no problems, but it was a bit too much on holiday,,,
