• Mafalda (7/5): Nice stay at Barcelons - Nice location, easy check-in/out, apartment with good size and with everything that is need. Sound isolation (some noises from the street, mainly cleaning around 4 am)

• Jason (6/5): Disapppinting, clear lack of attention to detail, could be great with some love and effort! - Location The app to open the door to the apartment didn’t work most of the time, which was really frustrating, they seemed to know of this issue, but haven’t done anything to rectify! Although the apartment was clean, it was incredibly basic. The towels where threadbare, the 2 rolls of toilet paper cheap and rough, the didn’t even provide bin bags in the bins, or a dish cloth or a tea towel. The crockery is all chipped and there were only 3 wine glasses for a 4 person apartment and an odd assortment of other sized glasses. The property also needs a good clean, the skirting boards and corners for example are filthy, there are also holes in the wall there the paint has bubbled and peeling. One of the glass panes in the window has slipped and attempted to be sealed with silicone, leaving a1-2cm gap at the top of the window.
• Julie McC (9/5): - The apartment was so spacious, clean and well appointed. The apartment building has a lift so access to the second floor apartment no problem with luggage. Wifi was great. The location is perfect for exploring both the Gothic Quarter and Eixample. Shopping, restaurants and supermarkets are plentiful. Bedrooms face the street which was a little noisy. Bear in mind we were there on a weekend and over the Christmas holidays. If you're a light sleeper you might want to consider ear plugs. That said, we would definitely stay here again!

• Kazunari (7/5): 金額的には良いが、人が現場にいないので入室が大変。 - 後になってみるとロケーションの良さは感じるし、施設は広く、滞在は快適だった。ただし、階の表示やエレベーターでの表示が何かピッタり来ないところもあった。 Hoomvipというアプリケーションを携帯上で、建物に入るときと部屋に入る時双方で利用が必要で、携帯の電池不足の時は大変。知らないところだから、携帯を使う機会が多く、電池が無くなることにひやひやした。また最初はHoomVipの貸主側でのハンドルがうまくいっていなかったためアプリが作動しないため、電話して解決した。この辺りは最初の説明のところからきちんとアプリ上で何がどう見えるのか？また施設の外側などの写真も載せてくれないと詳細がわからず大変な思いをする。

• Nicola (8/5): Great location - Brilliant location, large and spacious apartment. The extra toilet was really useful for a family of 4. Really easy to get the A2 bus from the airport. Didn’t need to use the metro, everything was easy to walk to (you obvs need to like walking!). Probably the worst pillows I’ve ever had to sleep on and the sofa in the lounge felt a bit tired and dirty. After a long day sightseeing, the apartment just lacked a bit of comfort. Despite asking for early check in, this was ignored and due to the app based nature of the check in process, we literally had to sit in a nearby cafe for over 2 hours with our luggage until the app allowed us to get in. No advice from the host, the list of ‘rules’ were extensive and this just all added to what felt very impersonal and quite unfriendly to be honest. In addition, I advised them that my son was joining us (last minute decision) and I was charged quite a lot more for the 4th person even though there was no change to the booking of the apartment.

• Bénédicte (6/5): Emplacement au top - L'emplacement est top. Grand appartement (même un peu trop grand) traversant. La disposition des meubles de la salle ainsi que la vue donnant sur la cour. Les ouvertures et volets sont difficiles à ouvrir. Meubles et sols abimés. Pas de lumière dans la petite chambre. Le fauteuil est dans un état de délabrement et sale. La télécommande ne fonctionne pas et n'a jamais dû être nettoyée. Je l'ai fait avec mes lingetttes et coton tiges. Vraiment infecte.

• Jinhee (7/5): - 위치가 너무 좋았다. 카탈루냐 광장 근처라서 공항버스 타고 내리기도 편리했다. 주변 교통시설과 쇼핑시설이 갖춰저 있어서 생활하는데 불편은 없었다. 도로변에 위치해서 밤에 차 소리와 소음이 너무 심해서 소리에 예민하신분은 잠을 자기에 너무 어려울거같다. 층수가2층이고 창문이 방음이 잘 안되어 소음에 바로 노출되어있다.
• Lynne (5/5): Great Location. Noise excessive and comfort limited. - Location was really good. Easy access to most of the landmarks and good travel links. Large space/roomy and adequately equipped, although mismatched. The noise is terrible. You can hear every word spoken and any kind of noise from outside. The bedrooms are extremely hot as the air conditioning is only in the living areas. There was a fan provided, however it was thick with dust and therefore unusable. If you want sleep and cannot sleep through excessive noise of people talking, shouting, singing, music playing bin lorries and traffic noise including car horns sounding every 5 mins, its probably not the place for you. It literally does not stop all day and night.
• Alida (7/5): Nella media di Barcellona - Appartamento molto spazioso, bagno molto grande e doppio servizio utile anche se di ridotte dimensioni. Posizione eccellente a due passi da La Rambla e da Plaça de Catalunya. Appartamento con zero insetti, importante sottolinearlo visto lo standard di certe strutture ricettive di Barcellona. La pecca più importante dell'appartamento sono gli infissi datati con zero insonorizzazione. Abbiamo dovuto comprare e mettere i tappi nelle orecchie per il rumore del traffico stradale che arrivava in entrambe le camere da letto. Nonostante ciò i rumori risultavano comunque fortissimi. Altra pecca è la presenza del condizionatore esclusivamente nel soggiorno, le camere da letto sono dotate di ventilatore che non risulta particolarmente efficace nel periodo in cui abbiamo soggiornato noi in quanto le temperature esterne erano di circa 40 gradi.

• Sharon (2/5): Horrible experience, DO NOT BOOK! - We liked the location a bit but that was about it as it was very noisy as walls thin and windows not well insulated - We arrived at the apparment building and managed to open main gate with code through the app but when we got to the appartment it did not work. We called them and it was an agent who talked to us and said they will contact the proprietor of the appartment and they will call us back - we waited outside of appartment in small corridor for more than 1hr with all our bags in small corridor and did not receive any call so I had to call them again - after 3hrs at 10pm they got into contact with us and unblock the door but we missed our dinner reservation due to this - a lot of stress caused as we thought we would need to look for another appartment/hotel last minute - they were not apologetic about situation - A lot of noise at night unable to sleep properly as lorries coming and going every 10min at night and even in morning so no peaceful sleep at all - Also at 1am we hear very weird noises from the neighbours and it was a bit scary so we did not feel safe in the building we were in! - water leaking from the fridge as well - customer service they were quite slow and did not seem to feel the urgency of our situation

• Sally (8/5): Great location - Loved the location, the decor and the comfy bed. Loved the facilities, it was really great The air condoning was wonderful and quickly cooled the whole place down. The communication with the host was great. The noise at night was bad. We didnt get much sleep as the street noise woke us up. Garbage bins and noisy people most nights.
• Eleni (8/5): Very good - Great location and accommodation The mattresses could be more comfortable as we could feel the wood underneath sometimes. Also the doorknob from the WC seemed to be broken.

• Sheryl (7/5): Good - Whilst the apartment was good, it had everything we needed. It's in a good location for getting around, walking distance to many. Good little supermarkets nearby for anything to need to stay in and cook. Though the kitchen could do with a few more utensils and bigger pots if 4 people are staying here. Access to the apartment is an issue as it runs through an app. I was travelling with roaming on my phone but this app ran very slowly, meaning access to open doors was an issue, nothing timed very well. Support was available and was good but we still struggled with the app. We got lucky, and a kindly tenant in the building let us in, then another one when we were attempting the street door again took pity on us and loaned us a key for a stay. Technology is great when it works, but for older travellers it can be quite an issue.

• Gaile (5/5): Location good but lots of small things could be improved as previous reviews have noted. - Location was very good. Street noise, single bed mattresses too soft, bath slippery when showering. Access to building and room relied on wifi/internet. We stayed during the Spain blackout and did not have access to room for sometime and only by luck did we get in to our room but we could not leave then so had a night without food. We realise this was not the fault of the company overseeing the apartment, however a key would still be preferred given these situations. Also no one once phone/power restored contacted us to see if we were ok. Communication & instructions to access the building were poor in general.
• Danielle (8/5): Super, centrally located apartment which is fab if you don’t need a little bit of quiet during the night to help you sle - Very centrally located. Very spacious property. The noise at night-time due to the central location, coupled with the beautiful (not double glazed) original windows meant that we got very little sleep. Recycling bins on the street below the two bedrooms are emptied at 4am!!

• Jack (8/5): Great place. Would use again if visiting Barcelona. Close to the centre and the Metro systems across town are fantastic - Great central location. Spacious apartment with more than enough room. Clean and tidy. Maybe add a photo of the main entrance door. Or a ‘Weflating’ label on the intercom. When I arrived at 2am I got lucky stumbled across it and figured out how to get in but others may not find it so easily.
• Rachel (6/5): The stay was average mainly due to the noise. - The location of the property was excellent for sightseeing and getting about and very clean. The area was very noisy, the single bed mattresses were quite uncomfortable and the no key app entry was difficult as no data roaming on phone.

The unit was very central and easy to walk to many shops and attractions. There was some traffic noise but this did not continue all night. Would have appreciated a couple of tea towels and some paper hand towels.

Sofa also extremely uncomfortable as were the hard wooden dining chairs. Also had problems with the door locks and the elevator didn't work.

• Mandy (2/5): Accommodatie is verder goed en locatie is perfect. - Quick respons, also via whatsapp. During our stay the app also did not work on the appartment door, after our call they came quickly with the key and the lady mentioned the app system was new. The Hoomvip App system was new, we were the first that commissioning the system. They did not know the front door was not installed on that system. They left us on the street for 2,5 hour saying that the Hoomvip app should open the front door which it didn’t. They solved nothing but promised from call number 1 that there was somebody on its way which was a lie, nobody was on its way. Call number 2 they told us he was hold up in traffic it took him/her a bit longer. How can they say that if nobody came? We called like 8 times and they keep telling us that it should work via the app. It was a horrifying, stressful, start of our vacation which I also mentioned via phone and WhatsApp. And even shocking to me was the fact that nobody had the decency to check in with me the next day to see how we are doing and apology for what you did to us? I heard absolutely nothing and I find that unbelievable. After my complained I received an apology via email with one sentence which settled our complained from there side. And that you were sorry and solved the issue as fast as you could. You did not solve anything, we have seen nobody from your company at the day of our arrival. So how can you say you have solved the issue as fast as you could? You did not even had the decency to reply on my last email. So we sneaked in via somebody that came out of the building and the door of the appartment we opened via the app.

• Elise (10/5): Brilliant stay in Barcelona - Beautiful apartment in a great location. Was just perfect. More than we needed for the length of stay, even the hairdryer was better than expected! Only one large wine glass, plenty of other glasses.
• Stefani (7/5): Good for a short stay - The apartment is spacious and has two toilets (one with shower), which is very convenient. The hosts were really helpful and made arrangements for our individual requests. The location is very central- it is close to many restaurants and also close to the airport bus station. There was also a nice hair dryer - not the typical hotel type (a diffuser was also available). The windows of the apartment are poorly isolated - both noise(very loud) and cold wind come through. I would have been nice to have a few more shower gel/shampoo bottles - we had 3 for 3 people and 2 nights which was not enough for us.

• Christian (10/5): Amazing vacation in Barcelona - Weflating Ramblas place was amazing! We will be back very soon, Barcelona is awesome and Weflating Ramblas place made this visit perfect. The A/C works amazing, the water pressure is really good, plenty of hot water. WiFi is great, the Rambla is literally a 5 min walk. Restaurants and bars within walking distance. Nothing to note negatively
• Hansook (9/5): Superb - It is located at the center of the city and everythhing is near-by, and a big supermarket is right next. Also subways are within 2~3 minutes by walk. The only thing I did not like is the noise from the street, but one cannot avoid it for any facility at the downtown city and it is not that bad.
• Andrew (8/5): Centrally located comfy apartment, if not a little noisy at night. - Was really central to everything in Barcelona. you couldn't have chosen a better location. Close to Gothic quarter, las Ramblas, and 30min walk or so from Sagrada Familia, and if you didn't want to walk, 2mins away is Placa de Catalunya with all the transport options you could want. Felt a little enclosed, and due to it's central Location, and lack of Double glazing, was pretty noisy at night - especially the bedrooms, which were positioned at the front of the property. overlooking a busy street. A couple of nights in our stay the 'bin lorries' (we assume) came to empty the glass bins outside our window at 3am. Which was very noisy in the middle of the night.

• Merve (8/5): Excellent location and house, we would love to stay again - The house was very useful for 3 people. 4 people can stay comfortably. The double bed was comfortable, we used the kitchen utensils, it was quite clean. Having two toilets is also very good. And excellent location, right next to placa de catalunya. The single beds were uncomfortable, like a sponge. Apart from that, it is noisy at night since it is located on a very busy street, it was not a problem for us, but you should be prepared for that.

• Phetole (5/5): The stay was "Okay" - The location was perfect. The host telling me how it is a holiday in Barcelona therefore I had to make sure I am at the apartment to get the keys at 16:00pm as agreed I told her I am going on a booked tour as I couldn't check in earlier so expected her to understand when there is a bit of a delay. I expected the host to give at me least from 15:00 - 18:00 pm to collect the keys and not be upset and tell me how it is a holiday in barcelona like it is my problem she is working on a holiday. otherwise all was good.
