• JIAWEI (5/5): 位置完美，设施陈旧 - 位置太完美了，西班牙广场1号线地铁出来走几分钟就到了。周围大超市也很多，生活出行非常便利。房东很好沟通。 设施太旧了，地板看上去也脏脏的，浴室很小，女生都无法转身。出门就是街道垃圾桶，每次出门和回家都臭臭的。庭院因为下雨阴天也没怎么用，感觉庭院里的桌子和躺椅的维护也不是很好。性价比来说还是偏低，如果第二次我应该不会选择这里了，城市税4个人3晚交了125欧也是很离谱了，比公示价格要贵很多。

• Brian (8/5): Good space, great base to enjoy Barcelona - Everything was just as described and having stayed in apartments in Barcelona in the past we were not anticipating rooms to be large or expansive, so we were pleased when everything was as expected. A modern apartment with decent amenities, close to shops and Metro links making it an ideal base for exploring the city. Some of our neighbours were not very considerate coming home in the early hours of the morning, the apartment is above a series of recycling bins and theses were often emptied (good) early (6am) in the morning which detracted from good nights sleep.

• Melissa (9/5): Perfect for our family. Definitely recommend. - Everything was as described. Location was great - near the metro and lots of great restaurants nearby. Not too touristy but not too remote. Communication was excellent despite no in-person contact. App was easy to use. The apartment was clean and spacious for our family. Wish there was a place to store luggage if arriving before check in. There was a nearby location using the Bounce app, but still would have preferred to leave it in a safe place in the building.
• Anita M (8/5): We enjoyed the location of this apartment which is quite central and close to metro and bus options. - There were no keys, The app provided by the hosts provided a code or electronic unlocking capability. It was easy to use to unlock the building and apartment doors. It also had all the information needed to stay comfortably in the apartment. The apartment was spacious and clean. It's very walkable to groceries, pharmacies, cafe's and public transportation. Unlocking via the app, rather than the code, functioned a bit slowly.
• Sue (9/5): Very enjoyable. - Loved the location, facilities and terrace. Lots of nice eating places in walking distance. The bull ring shopping centre had fabulous restaurants and a panoramic view. Cigarette butts thrown from the above apartments.
• Maaaaarja (9/5): - Perfect for two couples – two separate bedrooms and bathrooms, plus a kitchen equipped with all necessary appliances and dishes, a living room with a dining table, and a balcony. The location is great: a large grocery store is just across the street, along with plenty of places to eat. It’s about a 30-minute walk to the city center, which is very convenient, and there’s also a metro stop just a couple of minutes away on foot. We requested an earlier check-in and were able to get in 2 hours ahead of time. The doors open conveniently with a code, allowing for self check-in without needing to meet anyone. Communication before arrival was excellent—I received answers to all my questions. Thank you - I highly recommend it to everyone! If there’s anything to add, perhaps for four people staying four days there could be more toilet paper, dishwasher capsules, and coffee/tea, as well as basics like salt, pepper, and cooking oil in the kitchen. Upon arrival, there was a very strong smell of cleaning products in the apartment, but that’s a minor issue and airing it out for an hour improved the situation.

They wanted from me photos of passport/id from both sides of all guests (5 persons, including kids). That is definitely something ridiculous. Because of safety reasons I told them that I can write down the infos they need, but I will not send any photo. Till the last hour before arrival I wasn't sure if I will be able to get in. I got the codes to open the door at 8pm on the day of our arrival.

• Jacopo (10/5): - Soggiorno perfetto. Appartamento molto pulito in ogni stanza. A due passi dal centro commerciale "l'arena" e alla fermata della metro. Proprietaria molto gentile e molto premurosa. Indicazioni per arrivare all'appartamento precise e ben dettagliate, non abbiamo avuto nemmeno bisogno di scaricare la app. Praticamente non si può chiedere di meglio.

Excellente communication du propriétaire ! ATTENTION ! La sortie d’urgence donne sur une porte barrée, SVP régler ce problème rapidement car très très dangereux !!!

• Tomáš (10/5): - Všechno bylo perfektní. Nemáme nic, co bychom vytkli. Před příjezdem nám byl zaslán odkaz na aplikaci, kde bylo vše uvedeno. Byl zde i elektronický klíč jak ke vstupním dveřím domu, tak ke dveřím apartmánu. Po nachystání ubytování nám přišla zpráva, že se můžeme ubytovat, což bylo o dvě hodiny dříve, což jsme opravdu uvítali. Ubytování bylo čisté, kuchyň plně vybavená na dovolenou, postele super, dvě koupelny jedna s vanou, druhá se sprchovým koutem, dva balkony. Umístění apartmánu super - náměstí křižují snad tři trasy metra, potraviny u domu, všude samé kavárny, restaurace a dětmi oblíbené fast foody, téměř u domu nádherná procházka k Národnímu muzeu, do jednoho kilometru vlakové nádraží. Není nic, co bychom ubytování mohli vytknout, i přesto, že byl dům na relativně rušném místě, apartmán byl tichý.

• Dalibor (10/5): - Inside Barcelona Princep is a great place to unwind. The apartment was spacious, clean, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped with all the essentials ( just some species like salt, oil was missing - not big problem for us ). We stayed on the 1st floor. Even though our apartment didn't have a view or a large terrace, it didn't bother us at all since we were out exploring most of the time. The location is perfect – central, close to the metro, and easy to reach from the airport. Most major sights are within a 30-minute walk. The staff was very helpful, and the process was seamless. We especially loved the door-opening app – it was our first time using one and it worked perfectly. A great stay overall!
• Renata (9/5): Dwupoziomowy apartament z tarasem przy Placu Hiszpańskim. - Lokalizacja była idealna blisko Placu Hiszpańskiego. Świetna komunikacja z Centrum, lotniskiem, Camp Nou. Bardzo wygodny system otwierania drzwi zarówno do budynku jak i do samego apartamentu. Dwa poziomy dawały komfort przebywania tym, którzy cheli odpocząć i tym którzy mieli ochotę na oglądanie TV lub wspólne posiłki. Bardzo fajny taras, niestety byliśmy zimą więc nie mogliśmy skorzystać. Trzy tolaety były wygodne jeśli grupa jest większa. Mieliśmy trudność, aby ustawić klimatyzację tak, aby działała tak samo na górze i na dole. Bardzo grzało na górze a na dole było dość chłodno. Powodem mogły być bardzo duże okna na dole, które nie były bardzo szczelne. Na wyposażeniu kuchni jest 6 kubków i taką grupą byliśmy. Przydałoby się ze 2 dodatkowe aby móc skorzystać, jak się chce zrobić dwa ciepłe napoje dla jednej osoby w tym samym czasie. Podczas rezerwacji nie ma żadnej informacji, że już po zapłąceniu ale przed otrzymaniem danych o kodzie wejściowym trzeba przesłać skany wszystkich dowodów lub paszportów osób mieszkających i to dwie strony dowodu osobistego, nie wystarczyła jedna. To mi się zdarzyło po raz pierwszy w życiu, a rezerwuję apartamenty/hotele przez booking dość często. Udostęnianie swoich danych w ten sposób jest bardzo niepokojące a niestety jest to warunek otrzymania kodu wejściowego. Więc jeśli zapłąciłam całą kwotę to nie chcąc stracić pieniędzy przekazuje się skany swoich dokumentów tożsamości. To nie jest powszechna praktyka i budzi mój ogromny niepokój. Gdyby jeszcze wystarczył dowód osoby rezerwującej, to byłoby to ok, ale musiałam przekazać dane wszystkich, co jest bardzo, bardzo niekomfortowe. Nikt nigdy nie żadał tego ode mnie i nie stawiał takich warunków nawet jeśli to był apartament z przekazaniem danych o wejściu online.
• Marisol (8/5): Apartamento bien equipado y con buena ubicación - El apartamento era el bajo 3 que no se correspondía con las fotos pero está muy bien equipado, incluso facilitan un kit nuevo de limpieza con cápsulas para lavadora y lavavajillas, cápsulas de café y una botella grande agua, lo cual se agradece. La ubicación es muy buena, a dos minutos del metro Tarragona y Plaza España, y del CComercial Arena El acceso a la casa es entorpecido por una mesa y cuatro sillas que te encuentras nada más entrar y si vas con un carrito de bebé o una silla de ruedas lo complica. Además existe una empinada escalera que sube a la habitación de arriba y que termina justo en dicha mesa, con lo que en caso de caída resulta peligroso (en mi caso bajando dicha escalera tuve una caída e impacté con una de las robustas sillas, un gran golpe que se habría quedado en nada, de no estar en ese lugar o de estar al menos fueran unas sillas más livianas).

• MANUELA (7/5): Agradable - La ubicación y la calle muy tranquila. El apartamento olia mucho a tabaco, aunque abrimos ventanas el olor continuò.

• Dasa (10/5): Super lokalita - blízko k metru, obchodnému centru aj fontáne Montjuic. Byt je veľký a priestranný. - Vybavenie ubytovania nás milo prekvapilo a nič nám nechýbalo. Gauč v obývačke bol pohodlný, kuchyňa dostatočne vybavená, mali sme 2 spálne a byt bol priestranný. Lokalita je úplne super, v blízkosti je veľké nákupné centrum, metro, tržnica, vlaková stanica aj fontána. Nemohli sme si vybrať lepšie :) Každú noc medzi 1.00 a 2.00 smetiari vynášali smeti a osvetlili celú izbu, na čo sme sa vždy zobudili. Okná sme mali priamo na prízemí ulice, takže sme počuli všetky zvuky.

• Shannon (10/5): Great location with plenty of space and a responsive host - We loved the location and the space that this property offered our family. We had four people who were trying to adjust to the time zone difference and having separate rooms and a kitchen/family room to go to when we couldn't sleep (without waking others up) was very nice. We also appreciated how close the Metro was to the hotel and that a grocery store and many restaurants were also close. We appreciated having a kitchen and two bathrooms. The wifi worked great and my daughter was able to have a job interview online while on vacation. The host responded quickly when we had issues with the hairdryer. We had a new one by the end of the day. It would have been nice to have a way to dry our clothes. There is only a clothes washer and a drying rack. I know this is common in Spain, but when it is the rainy season leaving clothes outside to dry is not possible. We tried to take the clothes to a laundromat close by but all the locals were there as well. We ended up taking an uber to a laundromat further away that wasn't busy.

• Vanessa (10/5): Estadía familiar en Barcelona - El departamento se encontraba muy bien ubicado,a unas dos cuadras de línea de metro y cercano a Montjuic, había supermercado cerca y además muy cerca de Barcelona Santa, en las instalaciones perfecto, muy limpio, bien distribuido y con todo lo necesario para una estadía, el sillón del living muy cómodo. La comunicación con los anfitriones perfecta, ayuda en todo momento y muy fluido el check in ya que además te envían un link con toda la información, check in autónomo muy fluido. A nosotros nos tocó el departamento subsuelo, sin bien es cierto afuera estaban los contenedores de basura y pasaba gente no existía ruido molesto para descansar de manera correcta, sin duda volvería a elegir. Todo perfecto

Pulito, nuovo, moderno, dotato di tutto. Posizione a 5 mn a piedi dalla metropolitana di PLACA ESPANYA. Quartiere bello e tranquillo anche la sera. di fronte al grande centro commerciale di Las Arenas dove fare le spese cuscini un po' molli, poco luminoso

• SANGHYEOK (3/5): 전기/시설 상태가 너무 아쉬웠던 숙소 - 위치/접근성 좋고 체크인 간단한 숙소 1. 위치/접근성 좋습니다. 에스파냐 광장 근처에 있어 카탈루냐 미술관, 쇼핑센터 걸어서 구경 가능합니다. 2. 문의 사항 있을 경우 답변이 매우 빠릅니다. 3. 셀프 체크인 절차 명확하고 간단합니다. 시설이 너무 아쉬워 불만이 많았습니다.. 1. 보일러 용량 한계인지 하루는 두 사람이 샤워를 하고나면 세번째 사람은 찬물로 씻었습니다. 이때부터는 식세기/세탁기/싱크대 전부 찬물만 나옵니다.. (적당히 따뜻해질때까지 한시간 대기 필요함) 2. 전기 관련 문제가 진짜 심각합니다. 이유 없는 정전이 한번 있었고 특히 인덕션 화구 4개 전부 사용할 경우 무조건 차단기 내려갑니다. 중앙 난방도 되니마니 하는 수준인데 이미 숙소측에서 인지하고 있는건지 전기 히터 2개가 비치되어있었고 이마저도 한개는 지속 사용시 차단기가 계속 내려갔습니다 (이후 전기 히터 2개는 숙소측에서 교체해줬습니다) 4. TV 리모컨 상하좌우 버튼이 잘 작동하지 않습니다 5. 옆집과 방음 상태가 썩 좋지 않습니다 6. 바닥 청결 상태가 좋지 않아 직접 바닥 청소했습니다.. (청소전에는 양말 바닥이 금방 까매졌음)

Great service/ communication with/ from staff Too much noise due to poor construction standards, inside: thin doors with loud locks and outside: close to entrance and poor isolation from neighbours activities, toilets, door slamming/ closing, etc
• Andrea (10/5): - Tökéletes helyszínen: metró és bevásárlóközpont közelében. Teljesen felszerelt apartman, nagyon kényelmes a két fürdőszoba. Kényelmes ágy, tiszta ágynemű. A szállásadó segítőkész. Csak ajánlani tudom. Lehet, van olcsóbb, de nem érdemes máshova menni. A falak a háló ál elég vékonyak, szomszédok hangoskodtak, de ez nem a szállásadó hibája.
