• Ceyda (5/5): Ok, wont prefer again. Location is super. - The house was mostly fine, it had everything you will need. The host company was easy and nice to contact with, they tried everything to help with my issues. The bathroom was so small and the door was a slide door so it kept openning and the house felt dirty, the couch and pillows had stains like never been cleaned since the day they opened, the kitchen cabinets were dirty, my sheets had black stains, they changed it when i contacted but i was not feeling quite comfortable. And there is a construction going on near the propert which means lots of noice during the day.

• Kerstin (7/5): Barcelona war toll, aber die Wohnung ist für eine Familie nicht geeignet. - Die Lage ist top. Die Informationen bzgl. Schlüssel bzw. Türe aufsperren hat super geklappt. WhatsApp schreiben und sofort eine Antwort bekommen. Sehr guter Service. Leider war die Wohnung nicht sehr sauber. In der Küche waren Flecken in den Laden und die Couch hat ihre besten Jahre auch schon hinter sich. Die Flecken auf der Couch konnten wir nicht definieren. Ein kleiner süßer Balkon, war sehr schön. Das Bad ist für eine 4-köpfige Familie leider zu klein. Die Schlafräume sind in Ordnung. Der Eingang zu der Wohnung ist abenteuerlich und nicht gleich zu finden! • FOTEINI (9/5): - The best possible location for our short stay in Barcelona. 1' on foot from La Ramba and 3' on foot from Plaza de Catalunya and the metro station. The apartment even though it's small had everything we needed plus a really cute patio with a swing! The communication with the host was perfect and they helped us with everything we needed!!! The elevator is available from the 1st floor and the stairs to reach it were very narrow and not very convenient. If we had large luggage it might have been a problem. Also, the apartment is on the top floor. We visited in April and the temperature was around 25oc. It was very hot... I can't imagine how how it will be during summer...

• Dariusz (4/5): Nie polecam - Lokalizacja - pierwsza klasa Jakość obsługi - gdy chcieliśmy przedłużyć pobyt na kolejną dobę, to nie było z kim porozmawiać (komunikacja tylko z AI), co skutkowało odesłanie nas do potralu rezerwacyjnego. Rezerwacja była na 5 nocy dla 3 osób i dostaliśmy: 2 papiery toaletowe a resztę poproszono nas, aby sobie dokupić we własnym zakresie - żenujące, że płacą tyle $ sami musimy kupować papier...
• Donald (10/5): There is no - You simply cannot have a better central location to Experience and explore Barcelona. You can walk everywhere central and it’s a block to the hop on/off bus which takes you all around the city. Also not known to may people is that El Corte Inglés (a department store - insanely nice) is a block away and has an excellent supermercado in the basement. Everything you need. I recommend the Pomel rioja and fuet sausage. Magical. Also the Ola staff were very helpful via text. Everything was great, the only slight issue was the shower door was difficult to keep from leaking but totally manageable. Also Ola requests an additional security deposit which is counter to the Booking “no additional fees” but it was totally fine and was refunded with no issues. Would stay again.

Highl - We were on the 5th floor and loved the natural light, the cute little balcony, the living space. The beds were comfortable. The location of the apt was perfect! Close to the metro and in the heart of the Gothic Quarter! Our only complaint was the safe didn’t work, barely enough toilet paper for 3 people and could have used one extra shower floor mat as the water could leak thru the door if not shut properly while showering, but those are all minor things.

Il box doccia che perde, non poter lasciare il passeggino al piano terra, una tremenda puzza in corridoio gli ultimi giorni (ma sono stati molto veloci ed efficienti nel rispondermi, senza però riuscire a risolvere).

• Eveline (5/5): Niet wat we ervan verwacht hadden. - Het was schoon Aan de overkant wordt een groot pand grondig verbouwd, dus veel overlast qua geluid. Op de foto’s op Booking werd de suggestie gewekt dat je een dakterras had. Dit bleek niet zo te zijn, alleen het bovenste appartement heeft dit. Dit was zeker niet duidelijk bij reservering. Er was een heel klein balkon waar je eigenlijk niet op kon zitten. En direct aan de achterkant is een kerktoren met klokken die ieder kwartier luiden (gelukkig wel stil tussen 21:00-09:00).

• Frances (8/5): good apartment for travelers that like to walk in the city. - The apartment was clean and comfortable for three travelers. The washer and dryer worked well and we got all of our laundry finished by the second day. The apartment was in a great location and we walked almost everywhere. Before we arrived the hosts asked us a number of questions and we needed to give information for each guests. We did not have to do this for any other property on our ten day trip. We were traveling so it became cumbersome to manage doing this on our phones. When we arrived at the apartment we had difficulty with the download for the digital key. The hosts company was not helpful as we called several times. Finally, the last person we talked to gave us the code to use at the door and we got in after an hour of trying. It was so frustrating for tired travelers.

Brak przedmiotów do utrzymania czystości w kuchni typu płyn do naczyń, ściereczka do wycierania stołu czy blatu. Jako starsza osoba miałam kłopot z wejściem do obiektu. Patrząc na to, wolałabym mieć klucz fizycznie, a nie zaproponowano nam tego. Sprawa związana z wynoszeniem śmieci chyba nie na miejscu !!! Gość hotelowy nie bierze ze sobą śmieci !!!! No chyba, że jestem w hostelu, ale i tam nie nakazuję się tego.

• Sameena (2/5): With regards to the apartment, very stressful. - The property was located in a central area and some landmarks are accessible from there. There are local convenience stores and restaurants. We wanted a rooftop penthouse suite with a terrace/balcony for health reasons, we found Ola Living Barcelona apartments met all our requirements and so we paid additional for the penthouse suite. Once we had completed the booking with Ola Living Barcelona via Booking.com, we received an email to say the building was under maintenance. I emailed the host immediately to ask whether the terrace would be available, they confirmed the building work is only to the façade of the building therefore the terrace is available, we agreed to keep the booking. Upon arrival we noticed the door to the terrace was locked and a sign was put on the door to say due to ongoing maintenance the terrace area was not accessible. I contacted the host who reiterated the message on the sign and further advised due to the recent weather the completion of the works were delayed. This was a different message to the initial email which was the maintenance works do no affect access to the terrace. I advised them I need the fresh air for an autoimmune condition, however, they did not help in any way. The apartment was poorly ventilated I woke up with severe headaches and repeatedly has to wake up in the night to lean out of the window for some oxygen. There was no support from the host. We also has issues with the hot water in the apartment, the first night the shower was hot, it did run extremely hot and cold without any warning and I had burnt my back due to this. The next day there was no hot water, my husband had to shower with cold water. Thereafter, the shower ran from cold to extremely cold, finally scolding my face on the third day. I had to go to the local chemist for medical assistance. I contacted the host and they sent a maintenance person round on the final day when we were leaving in a few hours. The apartment was dusty and the lifts were intermittently not working, so we had to climb 6 floors after a long day of walking in the city.

• Jim (8/5): Great location, helpful and communicative host company - Great location in the heart of the old part of Barcelona, but not too noisy in the evenings and with a lovely church next to the building. Instructions were easy and the digital key system worked really well for us. We also left something behind but the cleaners and Ola Living were great in communicating with us, retrieved them and we were able to pick them up from their main office. The interior decor was a little bit below our expectations, given the price point - kitchen was a bit tired.

I wanted to exend my stay, but could not get timely chat responses. I could not get a person on the phone (I tried the "emergency number" many times, and asked to be called). The "check-in" process is very lengthy and complicated.

• Joseph (1/5): I’m done with Booking.com. - Location We booked this property specifically because it had a terrace. This was an nonrefundable booking. After it was booked, I received an email from the property owner, indicating that the façade of the building was being worked on. Again, this was a nonrefundable booking. Nowhere in that second email after the booking was it explained that the terrace would not be usable. Upon arrival at the apartment we discovered that the door to the terrace was locked and there was a sign on the door to the terrace saying that the terrace was not usable at this time. Had I known this at the time of my booking I would’ve sought another place to stay. I found this to be a misrepresentation of the apartment that was advertised on Booking.com. I reached out to the property owner who then asked me why is it locked? I explained the situation and they never responded. Booking.com only allowed me 48 hours to respond to my complaint which traveling didn’t allow me enough time to respond to their email. I am not happy about this at all. I will never use Booking.com again.

• Jacquie (9/5): - Our stay at Ola Living Santa Anna was fantastic. It was a great location where we could enjoy so much of Barcelona. The apartment was clean, spacious, with all the amenities that we needed. The staff at Ola Living were all very helpful and kind. Vanessa helped us store our bags at the office before we headed to the airport, allowing us to continue to enjoy the city for the remainder of our time there. The only unfortunate thing was the construction, which we were informed about, so we were unable to use the balcony. Nothing that prevented us from having a great stay.

Ogrzewanie nie działało !!!!!!! zgłaszając to o 21.00 dostaliśmy zapytanie\odpowiedź dopiero rano następnego dnia jak już zmieniliśmy hotel, że proszą o dodatkowe informacje, po wymianie kilku wiadomości dostałem informację że technicy byli i działa... po 13.00 następnego dnia 2. Gospodarz dał nadzieję, że uda się wpuścić wcześniej niż 15 a my staliśmy pod drzwiami z walizkami przez 2 godziny bo dopiero równo o 15 nas wpuścił - były tylko komunikaty że jeszcze chwila, jeszcze trochę, jeszcze nie gotowe 3. Drzwi do łazienki nie miały zamka i same się otwierały. 4. Kurek od prysznica odpadał. 5 Zapach nieprzyjemny ale czyste mieszkanie Moje niedopatrzenie w opisie pokoju ale po raz pierwszy przy rezerwacji bookingu musiałem opłacać opłatę środowiskową (turystyczną) w zewnętrznym systemie, potem 200euro "kaucji" też w zewnętrznym systemie a proces zameldowania w tym zewnętrznym systemie bardzo niewygodny długi i ma kilka wadliwie oprogramowanych pól... Recepcja odległa o kilka km więc pozostawienie bagaży utrudnione. Nauczka aby wybierać tylko lokalizacje z recepcją na miejscu
• Daniel (5/5): Céntrico y bien de precio, pero dependiendo NO es recomendable - Localización muy buena, al lado de las Ramblas y Plaza Cataluña con sus paradas de bus y metro. Cama cómoda, mobiliario moderno. Hay ascensor pero desde el primer piso, por lo que hay que subir un piso para llegar a él (aunque lo avisan en la descripción). Al lado mismo del edificio (desde la ventana apenas unos 40 metros de distancia) hay una iglesia la cual toca la campana cada QUINCE minutos desde las 09:00 entre semana y desde las 10:00 los fines de semana. Un incordio para los que tienen sueño ligero. No tiene persianas, solo estores, por lo que si te molesta la luz va a ser un problema. Y lo peor: reservé el ático con terraza, y después de reservar me avisan que hay trabajos en la fachada pero que mi estancia "interior" no se verá perjudicada y que no aceptan reducción de precio ni quejas. ¿Qué significó esto? Que no podía acceder a la terraza, la tenían cerrada. En mi caso no pienso volver.

• Katarina (10/5): Najbolji! - Nalazi se u centru grada, poprecna ulica pored La Ramble. Iznad je trg i trzni centar! Sve je blizu. Sa aerodroma se dolazi blizu apartmana sa A1autobus. Veliki aparman sa preudobnim krevetima. Izuzetno cisto! Lokacija savrsena! Kuhinja kompletna i 2 spavace sobe. Moze za 4 osobe! Za ovaj novac bolje ovde rezervisati nego dalje posto ne treba prevoz za glavne lokacije. Sve je blizu.

• ELENA (3/5): Buena situación/ no confortable - Su ubicacion El apartamento no es nada confortable, hacia bastante frio. Solo tienen un aparato de aire acondicionado en el salón pero da muy poco calor y a las habitaciones y baño no llega, cuando te duchas te quedas helado. Solicité un calefactor portátil pero ni me contestaron. El secador estaba en las últimas, su sonido parecía que iba a explotar. Acusticamente es muy malo, se oye todo de la calle, de otros apartamentos, del patio interior. El frigorífico tambien hace bastante ruido. El acceso hasta el ascensor es por unas escaleras muy estrechas y tienes que subir un piso entero con las maletas hasta el ascensor. Para familias con niños pequeños no lo recomiendo.

First rate service from Ola Living who allowed me early access as the apartment was ready. Full marks to the chap on the desk at the Ola Living office. Nothing particularly. The bathroom is on the small side and there doesn't appear to be a freezer unit for ice etc. But minor gripes really.

We were happy to have a washing machine. The Ola Living staff is quick to reply and ver courteous We were on the 6th floor with narrow stairs and the elevator started at the second floor which was hard on my husband The first few nights were cold and there was only heat in the front of the apartment with the bedroom at the back. If you want a rest in the afternoon know that the church bells ring every 15 minutes
• Mohammed (6/5): افضل ما في المكان تعامل الموظف فقط - كان المكان عباره عن شقه و كانت جيدا الي حد ماء المصعد يبدا من الدول الاول يعني تمشي دور بعدين تحصله و الدرج صغير جدا و سيىء السكن صغير من الداخل و لا يوجد تكيف في غرف النوم الموقع لا يصلح للعوايل و إجراءات تسجيل الدخول كثيره اكثر من اي سكن قد مر علي طلب اشياء خارج البرنامج
