• Volen (8/5): We had a great time. - I liked the location of the propery. The place is spacious and it is exceptionally good if you travel with group of friends. The neighbourhood is super nice. There are a lot bars, clubs, restaurants, cafes. The main sights are up to 30 minutes walking away from the property. We needed to collect the keys at another address that is 25 minutes walking away from the property. This was a bit inconvenient.
• Marije (8/5): Prachtige plek, mooi appartement met af en toe wat overlast - De ligging is perfect. Dichtbij het strand, park en andere leuke plekjes. Af en toe kwam er een rioolgeur voorbij. Dit was gelukkig niet de hele tijd zo, maar sommige momenten stonk het hele appartement. Bij de slaapkamers aan de zijkant was af en toe veel lawaai, maar dat heb je snel bij een accommodatie in Borne.
• Stefania (4/5): - Posizione ottima L’acqua calda è sufficiente per la doccia di 2 persone (veloci) Essendo un’appartamento da 7 persone è un grosso problema!!! All’arrivo bisogna ritirare le chiavi in un’altro edificio situato a 10 minuti di auto, molto scomodo! Dovrebbero far trovare le chiavi nel luogo dell’appartamento stesso. Pur avendo prenotato con booking trattengono solo una parte. Il restante pagamento è da fare a loro direttamente ma NON ACCETTANO AMEX!!! NO BONIFICO!! Solo visa.
• walker (8/5): Excellent venue with a great restaurant opposite. Thank you. - The location is excellent 👌 The only thing we found was it was very noisy in the outer bedrooms. Also unfortunately on the last day I saw 1 cockroach 🪳 running from my bedroom into the adjoining bedroom manging to get under the sliding door.
• Jana (9/5): Jedina nevyhoda je hlucnost v okolo co je ale na ukor toho ze lokalita je naozaj super. Tym ze je to v centre , vsade bl - Poloha, velkost apartmanu, cistota. Vsade blízko Vstup - uz trosku stary a taky nevludny

• Marcos Mulcahy (8/5): Great stay in the Borne area - Great location. Good restaurants and shopping in the area. A few blocks away from beach. Distribution of the bedrooms is a bit strange. Would have loved better pillows.

• Naheed (10/5): Clean and spacious, great location. - Clean, spacious apartment. Location was great, close enough to Ramblas, but not too close. Lots of tourist sites within walking distance. Host was very responsive and helpful. The apartment has pretty much everything you could need. We couldn't fault it and would happily recommend and return. Apartment is in the first floor and can be noisy especially on a Saturday night as there are bars and restaurants nearby. Safety deposit box to collect keys could have been closer. Had to go to the office in person to pay the security deposit which was a bit of an inconvenience as we were only there a few days and and the office hours were limited ovet the weekend.

• Lubna (9/5): Hope you improve your communication and keys pick up method - Location close to everything. Busy area. Spaciuos. Fully equipped The pick up of the keys were far, we had difficulty in transportation for the keys. I don’t know why in the rules that we should be quiet and not make noise though the area is so noisy all night and we couldn’t sleep well. Check out tike isn’t appropriate and we asked to keep our luggage for 2 hours but to no use and we paid for a locker in the area to keep them. Communication with staff wasn’t good

• Karin (9/5): FABULOUS LOCATION-close to EVERYTHING! Walkable to amazing restaurants, tourist sites, beach! - GREAT LOCATION! The apartment was a good size to fit our large family. It was in a fun, lively part of town-close to almost everything! Could walk to the beach as well as the park and the many beautiful architectural sites to see in Barcelona. The process for obtaining the apartment keys was a bit cumbersome with having to go to a separate location before then going to the apartment for our stay. Can be a challenging if you are arriving as a group with luggage and then have to manage transportation to a separate location before you can arrive at the apartment.
• Vanessa (9/5): Huge comfortable apartment in the gothic area of Barcelona - Huge property almost self contained as two bedroom bathroom areas so a perfect pick for 2 travelling couples One of the bedrooms faces on to a late night bar so there is some degree of noise

• Jan (9/5): Superb - The apartment is modern, spacious, air-conditioned in an excellent location near the center and the beach. The place is slightly noisier. Absolute satisfaction. Chaotic handover of keys. According to the email, they were supposed to be picked up from a safe deposit box in another apartment building about 2.5 km from our accommodation. But the keys were not there. After the phone call, we had to pick them up at the office at another address, again about 2 km from our apartment.

• Christian (9/5): Superb - The location was really good. You get everywhere very quick. The apartment is big and you have a lot of space.
• Orly (6/5): best location but it ends there - The location is great. Super noisy, not enough hot water for a shower. there is a problem with the plumbing, and because of it the apartment gets smelly. no dishwasher.
