• Krzysztof (8/5): - Location was great. Most of the main attractions were within walking distance. A terrace is a great addition to an apartment, especially during the warmer months. There were a lot of forms to fill out, and the customer service had a very corporate feel to it. The instructions they sent had a lot of errors and gaps in the translation, so you have to figure a lot of things out on your own or message the chatbot or support team about everything. It was good that the apartment’s support team responded fairly quickly.
• Hyun-Joo (9/5): 한국가족 관광객 리뷰! 기대 이상의 좋은 시설과 난방 그리고 샤워시설까지. 완벽한 숙소 - 마지막 날 엘리베이터가 고장이 나 23kg짜리 캐리어 4개를 계단으로 옮겨야했습니다. 이 부분에 대해 대처가 상당히 아쉬웠는데, 이 점만 제외하면 완벽에 가까웠던 숙소였네요

• Nacho (6/5): Pleasant - The location and accommodation was great, near to everything and comfortable. Good place to rent. I couldn't use the terrace because of a problem with the door. No one can enter it was closed, for entire time, that was the bad part.

• Bhaskara (6/5): Pleasant in all aspects except the service at the apartment - Nice size apartment, easy access to metro The agency was not helpful. Lot of miscommunication between the agent who handed over the keys and the agency through whom the apartment was booked. Coffee maker and safe was not working and did not get replaced or fixed. We were only given one towel per person and told they would charge us for an extra. So if you are staying longer take your own. Not any better than Airbnb, I would have preferred an Airbnb’s over this apartment.
