• Eduard (9/5): - Ubytování vynikají , poloha blízko centra ,metro do 200 m , restaurace , kavárny v okolí . Klíče nám předal pan Ján velmi milý , ochotný vše vysvětlil. Byli jsme 4 noci . Doporučil bych toto ubytování každému .

• Alistair (9/5): - Great hosts, easy to contact and made us feel very welcome. Fantastic location, easy to access all areas of Barcelona and local public transport. Felt very safe in the apartment, several layers of security and locks on the building and the apartment door. A little noisy outside as it's a busy area, but with windows closed the nights were absolutely fine. Would have been good to be provided with larger shower soaps.

• Carina (9/5): Amazing cozy getaway - We loved everything, convenient, nice area, close to transportations and quite a few gems in the area. Private and cozy. It is very spacious and could likely have more than 2. I would strongly recommend for families. The only small issue for us is the noise isolation, we can hear workers gathering the trash all the time.

• Bronwyn (8/5): Convenient Barcelona neighbourhood stay with helpful, responsive hosts - The apartment is large and spacious and we felt very safe here. Having a lift was great with all our luggage! Prior to our stay, the host was particularly helpful with parking advice and researching limited emissions zone requirements for me. Check-in was easy and Jessica was punctual, very friendly and helpful. Jan (host) provided a very quick response and very acceptable solution when we had an issue with the washing machine. Ample towels were provided for our 5 day stay, which was most appreciated. The location is brilliant - quiet of an evening and plenty of great restaurants and cafes nearby as well as being convenient to public transport to see all the sights of beautiful Barcelona. The apartment offers a clean, simple setup, though some furnishings are perhaps showing their age. During our stay, there was consistent construction noise heard during daylight hours, which may be worth noting for future guests.

Im Sommer sicher kühl, da Nordseite. Am Abreisetag konntei ich mein Gepäck bis zum Nachmittag in der Wohnung lassen. Sehr freundlich.. In der kalten Jahreszeit nicht zu heizen.

Inizialmente ci era stato dato un appartamento diverso da quello visionato su booking, solo dopo aver mostrato le foto dell'appartamento che avevamo scelto siamo stati spostati. • Tiffany (10/5): A cozy, fun home away from home. - The space is ample and a luxury compared to so many spots I’ve stayed at in my travels. It had everything I needed plus food options galore in the neighborhood. I was hoping for a bigger refrigerator but it ended up being plenty for what I needed.

• Valérie (8/5): parfait QG pour la découverte de Barcelone en famille - Très bon emplacement, proche du métro, avec tous les commerces nécessaires à proximité et un parking sécurisé à un prix raisonnable. La superficie de l'appartement convient tout à fait à une famille de 4 personnes. Les couchages sont très confortables et la chambre parentale spacieuse. Le linge de toilette est fourni et les lits faits à l'arrivée. La cuisine est bien équipée avec un frigo doté d'un petit congélateur. La présence d'un four est très appréciable ainsi que la machine à café gentiment accompagnée d'une boite de capsules ! le réseau wifi est performant. Accueil chaleureux de l'hôte. Seuls bémols, la rue est assez bruyante et les fenêtres sont peu isolantes. Certains murs seraient à rafraichir (problèmes d'humidité).
• María (9/5): Apartamento tranquilo en el centro de Barcelona - La ubicación en el barrio de Sant Antoni es ideal para disfrutar de la ciudad sin tener que soportar el bullicio de la zona centro. El apartamento era espacioso, luminoso y tranquilo (con una habitación extra totalmente inesperada pero muy agradecidos por ella). El anfitrión muy atento. Nada. Lo único reseñable es que las escaleras del edificio son especialmente estrechas pero dispone de un ascensor con capacidad para dos personas muy práctico.

Jan, ktory nas privital, bol prijemny a vsetko nam vysvetlil. Je to na dost rusnej ulici, a preto treba ratat s hlukom v hlavnej spalni od piatku vecera do nedele rana. Ine dni sme problem nemali. Poloha je skvela. V blizkosti mnozstvo restauracii a podnikov. Vytah je malicky, zmestia sa tam iba dvaja ludia, ale posluzil, kedze sme mali aj kociar. Citili sme sa uzasne, dakujeme 😊 hluk vo vecernych hodinach z ulice v hlavnej spalni (piatok-sobota), v kuchyni nieje doska na krajanie - trebalo by zaobstarat :)

• Lubos (10/5): - Priestranný čistý apartmán, výborná poloha, v pešej dostupnosti na pláž aj k nejakým pamiatkam. Plne vybavená kuchynka, veľké množstvo reštaurácií v okolí. Jedinou nevýhodou je, ak máte spálňu do ulice, kde sú bary a reštaurácie, tie sú otvorené hlavne cez víkend dlho do noci a počuť silný hluk. Ja som bol z celodenného chodenia unavený a spal som dobre, ale niekomu to môže vadiť.

• Tamás (9/5): - A szállás rendkívül jó elhelyezkedéssel rendelkezik. Több tömegközlekedési vonal, Egy Lidl és rengeteg kis bolt van a környéken. A felszereltséggel elégedettek voltunk a leírtaknak megfelelően megtaláltunk mindent. A falak a vékonyabb fajták így minden irányban lévő szomszédok beszélgetésér bútor tologatását hallhattuk, ami kifejezetten megnehezítette a dolgot hogy az apartmanunk feletti szomszéd szintén túrista szállás ennek következtében az érkezések és távozások kissé hangosra sikeredtek.

• Lisa (9/5): - L'appartement était très propre, ce qui compensait le fait que certains meubles étaient un peu usés. Il y a largement la place pour 4 personnes. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le quartier, à 15 minutes de métro de la plupart des sites touristiques. Il semble plus authentique que le Barri Gòtic. On a l'impression que c'est un endroit où les gens vivent vraiment. Nous aurions apprécié avoir plus de couverts (il n'y avait que 2 petites cuillères) et plus d'ustensiles pour pouvoir faire la cuisine nous-mêmes (ex: une planche à découper, un plat pour le four).

• Françoise (8/5): Très bon séjour tout près du métro - Très bon confort de l'appartement, avec accès facile en métro depuis les gares et pour les différents sites touristiques. Remise des clés par une personne parfaitement à l'heure (nous détestons les boîtes à clé à codes plus ou moins fonctionnels et où l'on doit attendre le dépannage lors des bugs ...). Bon équipement pour se faire un repas certains jours. La présence du marché Sant Antoni est très agréable. Seulement une suggestion : ajouter un dessous de plat et une planche à découper.

• RAFA (7/5): Con algun detalle hubiera estado mejor - La ubicación del lugar Se agradecería que el anfitrión, dejase algo en la casa, como detalles de bienvenida, algunas capsulas de cafe, algun detalle para el primer desayuno al menos. En otras estancias siempre te dejan algo de comida que siempre se agradece. Incluso tuvimos que comprar rollos de papel del water, no nos llegaron para tres días. Creo que en este sentido tiene mucho que mejorar, esos detalles cuestan muy poco y se agradecen.
