• bartto (2/5): Nie polecam tego apartamentu !!! - Lokalizacja Kompletnie nie polecam. Zdjęcia i opis w ofercie w bardzo duży sposób różnią się od rzeczywistości. Zdjęcia na booking zrobione pod ofertę a nie przedstawiają stanu faktycznego. Apartament ciemny, zaniedbany, dużo rzeczy poniszczonych (gniazdka elektryczne, drzwi), brak okien – co sprawia, że mieszka się jak w celi (tam, gdzie łóżko piętrowe) lub w szafie (sypialnia) Słabe oświetlenie, brak okien w kuchni, łazience i obu sypialniach, słabe ciśnienie ciepłej wody, np. brak deklarowanych zestawu kosmetyków, dwie rolki papieru toaletowego na tydzień czasu dla 4 osobowej rodziny, uszkodzenia drzwi, deszczownica nie działa, mocowanie pod uchwyt słuchawki prysznica uszkodzone, porozpinane kable od lamp, poniszczone drzwi straszą, wyposażenie kuchni marne, stare patelnie, lodówka rdzewiejącą bez światła, brudne ściany... Widok z balkonu z salonu na wewnętrzny zagracony dziedziniec. To tylko kilka przykładów na minus. Może kiedyś było to ciekawe i przyjemne miejsce, ale teraz wymaga sporego remontu, porządnego odświeżenia i większego zadbania Przekazywanie kaucji 300 EUR to bardzo duże wyzwanie i obawa dla najemcy (gościa) przez pryzmat zaniedbań, uszkodzeń jakie „są tam normalnie” bo aż strach czy później zaniedbania i uszkodzenia te nie wpłyną na jej zwrot w pełnej kwocie. Jesteśmy zniesmaczeni, bo nie kosztowało to mało a jednocześnie psuje przyjemność z pobytu i na starcie, zaraz po przyjeździe psuje humor. Plusem jest lokalizacja. Poza lokalizacją – kompletnie nie polecam.
• Avni (5/5): - L'emplacement Nous avons perdu 2 heures dans notre séjour a notre arrivée pour pouvoir parquer notre voiture alors que j avais demandé et posé la question avant de partir de savoir et on nous a répondu que c etait un parking privé sans nous spécifié qu en Espagne un parking privée c est comme un parking publique en Suisse donc quand nous sommes arrivés il n y avait plus de place dans ce parking et la personne qui nous a remis les clés nous a fait aller dans un autre parking ou ou pouvez pas payer pour plus de 3 heures donc ce n etait pas interessant pour nous âpres cette proposition l personne et parti et j ai dû trouver un parking seul.

• Korinna (8/5): Nice - The location was perfect, minutes from the Sagrada. It’s a great size and in a nice building. Clean, all the amenities you need. The bunk bed room isn’t really suitable for 2 adults. Definitely bunk beds for children- not comfortable or the right size for adults. Also, having to pay a €300 cash deposit on arrival needs to be changed- you get a WhatsApp the day before telling you about this (it isn’t mentioned anywhere on the booking) it’s really annoying because 1) most people don’t have cash and 2) it’s a significant amount of money the day before a holiday. There needs to be some type of credit card charge for deposit that can be held then returned.
• Tianna (7/5): Nice - A group of 3 ladies stay here for 4 nights and we thought it was worth the money. They did ask us for a $300 cash deposit and they returned it afterwards. What we did not like is that they were a bit stingy with certain amenities such as toilet paper. The place does not have heating and the elevator was completely useless therefore expect to use stairs only.
• Kocsis (9/5): - Ideális helyszín családi nyaraláshoz vagy nagyobb baráti társaság számára. Remek elhelyezkedés, segítőkész szállásadók, jól felszerelt konyha. Innen minden könnyen megközelíthető, az ár-érték arány is kiváló! Volt azonban néhány apróság, ami hiányérzetet hagyhat a vendégekben. Például a fürdőszoba felszereltsége: nem volt wc-papír, sem fürdőszobai kilépő, így zuhanyzásnál folyamatosan vizes marad az egész padló. Azt gondolom, hogy a takarítás is lehetett volna alaposabb, néhány helyen állt a por a szálláson...

• Denis (6/5): A localização era boa.proxo a Sagrada Familia. Sala confortável e colchão de casal também, mas o quarto do beliche muit - A cama de casal era confortável e a sala espaçosa. O banheiro atendia as expectativas Quartos pequenos, principalmente o quarto de solteiro. O beliche era barulhento e não havia espaço para se mexer no quarto

• Sanja (6/5): Pleasant - The appartment location was very good. The host was nice enough to do the check in at 12:30 am, but we've paid an extra cost of 50€ for that. The living room was specious and nice. The 50€ late check in and the deposit of 300€ (which is returned at check out) was not shown in the details when booking. I found eye contacts in the table next to the bed.
