• CRYSTEL (9/5): Un appartement très bien situé pour découvrir Barcelone - Un emplacement au top avec des restaurants, des commerces tout autour. Le métro est tout proche également L’appartement est très bien équipé et était très propre à notre arrivée Pas toujours facile de grimper les 4 étages sans ascenseur quand on a parcouru la ville toute la journée mais c’est vraiment un détail ! Tout le reste était parfait !

• Henri (8/5): Great location, I would go again. - Location was good, about 150 meters to nearest bus stop and 300 meters to metro stations. Well equipped kitchen. Small grocery store just across the street. Pillows and beds were surprisingly good. There was some noise from the bars and restaurants nearby. Floor in the aparment was at a tilt. It was impossible to get water at the shower to suitable tempereture, it was hot or cold.

• Eva (8/5): - V docházkové vzdálenosti od centra, pláže, zajímavých míst. Velmi blízko MHD (bus, metro), spousta barů, reastaurací pekáren. Zároveň klidné místo. Dodávky teplé vody asi není možné ovlivnit, souvisí s tím, že dům je v historické zástavbě, de facto v 5.patře, takže večer někdy byl problém se osprchovat tepúlou vodou.
• Kiriakopoulou (7/5): - Μου άρεσε η τοποθεσία, είχε κοντά μετρό, σούπερ μάρκετ, αγορά,tapas bar. Είχε πάρα πολλά σκαλοπάτια για να φτάσεις στο διαμέρισμα. Δεν ήταν ιδιαίτερα καθαρό,βρήκα κάλτσες από προηγούμενους επισκέπτες.
• Katka (9/5): - Výborná lokalita, skvělá komunikace s pronajímateli. Nemůžu říct, že nelíbilo. Pouze malá nevýhoda, že byt je ve 4.patře. Po celodenním chození po městě je pak výšlap do bytu trochu náročnější 😊. Jinak jsme byli moc spokojeni.

• Sońta (10/5): - Apartament w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji. Poruszaliśmy się po Barcelonie raczej na pieszo, dzięki czemu zobaczyliśmy znacznie więcej niż planowaliśmy. W mieszkaniu były wszystkie udogodnienia zgodne z opisem. Bliskość sklepów i restauracji. Godny polecenia

• Šarūnas (8/5): Gera lokacija, butas vidutinės kokybės bet atitinka kainą - Virtuvėje visa reikalinga technika ir įrankiai maistui ar karštiems gėrimams pasigaminti. DVD ir Playstation prie televizoriaus, lankytinų vietų knygos lentynose, patogi lova. Šalia kelios didelės maisto parduotuvės ir daug kavinių Balkonėlių durys neužsidaro, buvome kalėdiniu laikotarpiu, šalta lauke, stipriai pūtė vėjas pro tarpus, visiškai nesustabdo triukšmo iš gatvės. Vonioje nedega viena lempa, ganėtinai tamsi vieta, prie lovos naktiniame šviestuve irgi nėra lempos. Prieš mus turbūt niekas ilgai negyveno, butas nebuvo šildomas, tai prireikė paros laiko max šildymo, kad nebūtų šalta. Vonios kambaryje stovi jacuzi, bet neveikia. Dušo galvutė užkalkėjusi, tai įgalima praustis tik su labai stipria masažine srove, nes sumažinus srovę, išsijungia vandens šildytuvas ir teka šaltas vanduo. Tualetas nebuvo gerai išvalytas, atvykus, ant klozeto krašto buvo juodas klyno plaukas.

• Sébastien (6/5): Bon emplacement pour quelques nuits - La proximité d’un parking, du métro, des ramblas et de place de Catalogne. Le quartier est bruyant, le jacuzzi ne fonctionne pas même si ce n’est pas la priorité pour visiter Barcelone…

• Grace (9/5): Amazing location, great apartment - Everything perfect . It spacious and comfortable. These only one think , there’s a bit of stairs, but I soon you enter the apartment you forget everything .

• anna (6/5): - Posizione abbastanza comoda per raggiungere il centro, anche se un pochino distante a piedi l'appartamento si trova in un piano alto e le scale sono davvero molto scomode La descrizione non è accurata
• Klemens und Elena (8/5): Empfehlenswert - Sauberes, geräumiges Appartement mit allem, was man braucht. Sehr gute Lage. Cafés, Bars und Restaurants umliegend. Gute Verkehrsanbindung. 4. Stock ohne Lift. Sehr kleines Kinderzimmer.
• Nicolai M (6/5): OK lejlighed men mangler vedligeholdelse. - OK lejlighed der ligger i gåafstand til det meste. Lejligheden ligger på en sidegade til en af Barcelonas store tapas gader, så der er rig mulighed for at spise noget nyt hver dag. Indkøbsmuligheder lige om hjørnet. Ingen særlig trafik. Der skal forventes noget nattestøj, fra de nærliggende restauranter og barer fredag og lørdag. Lejligheden ligger på 3 sal uden elevator, gode ben anbefales. Der er flere ting i lejligheden som burde få et check-up. Lamper der sidder løst i væggen, køkken ovn der ikke virker ordentlig, usikker el installation, samt persienner hvor kontakterne ikke virker. Badevandet var enten koldt eller skoldende varmt.
• Buczkowska (10/5): Exceptional - The location was superb, near the metro, or the buses, small cafes, tapas restaurants - all that add to the place. Comfortable beds, nice looking apartment, it was indeed lovely. The only downside was the climb on the 4th floor, but that made us only organise better...
• Maria (1/5): Bad - This property does not have an elevator...I have limited mobility and this was not disclose to me. I won't stay here again.
• Bauerová (10/5): Exceptional - We really liked the appartment...there was everything we needed...it was clean.....and romantic place...near Montjuic.. and we walked to city center...20 min....we would definitely come again

• Martha (8/5): Very good - The flat was clean and had just enough space for us all. It was a pleasure to sit on the little balcony in the morning with a coffee. The area is lively and pinchos are great fun to eat at the different bars. Unfortunately we couldn't use the hot tub which is actually a Jacuzzi style bath, because of the water shortage in Spain which is understandable but no information about this was offered before our arrival. Also we had to pay a checking in fee which I couldn't find reference too on any of the paper work. The oven seemed to have a fault on the timer/clock which we sorted but was annoying when it kept beeping.

• Janusz (9/5): Visca el barca!!! - Location close to metro and bus stations. A great starting point for tourism and beaches. Charming tenement house next to the church. Clean and quiet for this location. No problematic neighbors. Safely (despite the proximity of El Raval)). Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. No parking places (you can forget about the car - but it's normal in the center of Barcelona). Climbing the stairs a bit cumbersome (especially after a whole day of sightseeing - probably 7 half-floor to overcome. Inflexible host (a quarter of an hour late from the declared time - about which he was informed and apologized - was already a problem for him and he wanted to charge an additional fee.)
