• Wendy (8/5): “Overall, the apartment had a great location and plenty of space, but several maintenance issues and - I had a very pleasant stay at the Three Bedroom Apartment. The location was excellent, very central and close to transport links, which made getting around easy. The person who handed over the keys was friendly and welcoming, and took the time to give us a tour of the apartment. The apartment itself was spacious, quiet, and well equipped. The kitchen area was a great bonus, and it was helpful to have plenty of cleaning products and toiletries available. The apartment overlooks a peaceful central courtyard area. While the apartment was spacious, quiet, and in a great central location, there were several issues that affected our stay. Unfortunately, when these concerns were raised with the agent, there was no response and the problems were not resolved. One of the bathrooms did not have a lock on the door, and there was an issue with the safe which meant we were unable to use it during our stay. The kitchen equipment also requires attention, as there were insufficient glasses and some items, such as the bottle opener, did not work properly. There was also some unnecessary furniture in the rooms, including a large glass cabinet in one of the bedrooms, which felt more of a nuisance than useful. An updated TV with the ability to log into streaming apps would also improve the apartment considerably. In addition, the handrails in the communal hallway require attention, as some of them were extremely loose and could present a safety concern.

W pobliżu metro, tramwaj i autobusy. W okolicy mnóstwo knajpek, kawiarni, restauracji i sklepów.

• Madalina (8/5): - The location is at a walking distance from various interest places: city center, Sagrada Familia, North bus station, tram and bus stations. The building is quiet, easy to find, the apartment was clean enough, included all facilities and everything was thoroughly explained at arrival by a kind lady. One of the beds in the bedrooms couldn’t be used because it was creaking at any move. I saw this mentioned in other reviews. That bed really needs to be replaced. Fortunately there's a sofa in the living room, that we used instead. The bathrooms are noisy, so during the night I suggest avoiding using the one which has a common wall with one of the bedrooms.

Barcelona jest miastem ze wspaniałą sztuką, kulturą, historią, kuchnią i te piękne widoki!!! - Super apartament, czysty, komfortowy, wyposażony we wszystko co niezbędne, świetna lokalizacja - 5 min spacerkiem od Sagrada Familia. Idealne miejsce na zwiedzanie Barcelony. Poza tym okna są od ogrodu i dziedzińca co zapewnia ciszę wieczorem. Powitała nas przemiła Pani Esperanza, która przekazała klucze i wyjaśniła wszystkie zasady dotyczące pobytu w apartamencie. Szczerze polecam!!!

• Susan (10/5): Beautiful apartment and in a great location. - The location of this property was amazing and very close to the Sagrada Familia. You don't even realize it is around the corner. It is hard to see until you go around the tall buildings. The host was so nice and went over all the information of the apartment and how to use everything- very helpful! The little deck faces into a back area. Not a deck you would sit on and hang out. The view from the living was looking at a more open/pretty courtyard. We did walk to the beach and it was about a 45 min walk. The metro is close by and easy to use. It was the perfect apartment for me and my friends. Nothing

Loved that there were 2 full bathrooms, also loved having large closet spaces in each room. The place heated up quickly and full pressure water. Great for family of 4-6. The coat hanger by the door was very useful. Little moldy smell in the bedroom to the left as you enter into the location. Could be from lots of rain we had while we were there.

• Alexey (9/5): Super quiet place for rest - Surprisingly quiet apartment because all windows facing inner yard, no noise at all from quite busy streets around. Plus fantastic supply of household and bath and shower products, quite unusual for rental properties. And of course location is superb, convenient access to all major attractions.

Beautiful view of the palm trees from the windows! the only thing that was missing for us personally was a high chair for a child, but its a very small thing compared to how great the apartment is!

• Graeme (7/5): Did not meet expectations from pictures and write up on Booking .com. - Location good. Very clean. Kitchen fairly modern. Provision of bathroom products was very good. Furniture clean and in good condition. Layout of the unit. Lift dodgy!! Courtyard overgrown and not pleasant to look at. Balcony very small. All clothes line space was taken up by the maid using them for all the linen wash from the previous occupant. Bathrooms very small.

Moreover it is located near tram station (200 metres) and metro station (400 metres) so you can easily start your trips. Sagrada Familia is in a walking distance. Also there is Mercadona and pizzeria in the same block.

Wish we had more flexibility at check in - like getting the keys somewhere nearby at a shop or something like that. We rushed to get to check in after the activity we were doing before ran long and there was miscommunication about check in time. Despite this, the check in process was still quick and all was well.

• Sophie (8/5): great stay - Location was great, 2 min walk to the Sagrada Familia and plenty of shops and restaurants. The apartment block is situated on a VERY busy and noisy road but the minute you walk through the apartment garden entrance, it is lovely and tranquil. The apartment is modern, in good condition and was very clean. It is spacious and the kitchen is well kitted out. A home away from home. Better wifi speed than we have at home, teens were pleased to discover! The lady checking us in was lovely and helpful. It is not something that can be helped but lots of siren noise at night from the back rooms. Take ear plugs! Main issue though was people above - we stayed 3 nights, 2 of which were fine with noise as expected of people living above you. But the last night there was obviously a changeover of guests and they were up most of the night banging, shouting, showering etc until 4am. Quite a few of the apartments seemed to be short stay so I would imagine this is a frequent problem. Small niggle the shower tray/ seal leaked so water spread across the bathroom floor and the big monsoon shower head needs replacing, just sprays water out. This is just for feedback to the agency.

Host that met us with the key was great with lots of useful info to help us with our stay. Apartment itself is great. Right on Diagonal (the road) so easy to get out and about in the city and close to a hop on/off bus route. The communal area/ access to building isn’t great. Loose handrail, limited light on stairwell (but this isn’t apartments fault and seemed typical standard in Barca).

The owners were a little hard to contact when we had to ask a question about the apartment once we settled in and they called us several times to check in our exact time of arrival which was a little frustrating as they didn't seem pleased that we were running a little behind however, this was beyond our control as we were relying on public transport.
• Vishakha (9/5): Beautiful apartment. - The apartment was very nice and well situated. We were able to reach main attractions by walking much of the time. The place was very comfortable, and it was nice that my children had their own room. There were two bathrooms, which was fantastic. It was a very safe apartment as well. The only thing that could’ve been better, is if we could store the luggage rather than going to a public storage place. That cost about an extra hundred dollars.

It was just another level of comfort and care about guests, so everything was just perfect If I need to choose one issue - it would be a lock in the bathrooms. But it’s definitely not a problem if you travel with family or close friends

• Audrey (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is large and has all the amenities in the kitchen for cooking. The two bathrooms were filled with shampoo, shower gel, conditioner and facial products. There is a small balcony looking onto garden. Esperanza who greeted us was fantastic showed all the amenities in the apartment and how they work. She showed how the house alarm worked and was also available to give advice on tourist attraction and said to call her if we required any further information. She was fantastic. The apartment is about a five minute walk from the Sagrada familia and has a few options of supermarket nearby. It is about half hour walk to Las Ramblas but there is metro station nearby easy to use Nothing
• Angelis (9/5): Superb - Perfect location, near Sagrada Famiglia, near Metro station Monumental (have to change metro line to go to the center but is only 2 stops). Has markets and a bakery near and a lot of tapas bars or restaurants (near the church).
• Larisa (10/5): Excellent apartment with great access to everything - The apartment was very cozy and had every facility we needed. The layout is excellent for 3 couples to have their own intimacy, with 2 bathrooms equipped with their own showers. Plenty of towels and hygiene items for at least a week. Washing machine, dishwasher, hairdryer, toaster (which i think i didn't know how to use or was broken), microwave, oven, spacy fridge, TV with HDMI (we found an extension cord and was able to plug in a ChromeCast too), a very safe alarm system equipped with cameras on the hallway and in the living room (no cameras in the bathroom and bedrooms, for privacy reasons ofc). The balcony is near the entrance of the apartment, giving view to the interior garden, and it was very quiet, no road noise at all, very quiet in the night. Also all bedrooms and the living room had airconditioning which was working wonders in the hot days. The apartment is very close to Sagrada Familia and has in the vicinity 2 metro stations (Sagrada and Monumental), a Mercadona on the other side of the block and tons of good restaurants nearby (best options given by tripadvisor and google maps, sorting by reviews). The host was very friendly and had good english, very clearly explaining us how to use everything and even gave some good tips about the neighbourhood. All in all we really had no issues with this apartment and we hope to revisit soon, we won't consider really any other location, it had everything we needed at a fair price. The only small complaints are about the toaster which wasn't working and the outlet near the TV was not working properly, the plug was loosely staying there, with a chance of being spit out, but it did its job if you find the correct place.

The building exterior could need a renovation as it does not look as good as the apartment does, but nothing to affect our wonderfull stay

• Dana (7/5): Helpful host, a little bit overrated flat - The host has been very welcoming and responsive, we had some minor issues with the city tax amount and Esperanza was kind enough to solve the matter in a short amount of time. We really appreciated her welcoming manner and her prompt replies whenever we needed advice on anything related to the property. The apartment was not exactly as shown in pictures and, even though I can understand that there are several flats that are being rented in the same building and that we just did not get the one from the photos on booking.com, I still think that the shots are somewhat misleading in the sense that the flat is just not quite as luxurious as it seems when you make the booking online. I am not saying it is bad, it is a more than ok place to stay, but not quite living up to the price that is being asked from customers.
