• Илиян (8/5): - В апартамента има всичко необходимо за престой на семейство от четири души. За повече ще е по трудно но има легла. Близко е до метро станции и автобусни спирки. Има много приятна тераса и района е сравнително тих. Има някой неща които може да се подобрят и отремонтират.
• Elizabeth (6/5): I don't think I would stay again - The apartment had three bedrooms - two were single bed size but was okay for each of us to have our own 'dressing room' or a place to store our bags. Good location although out of the city centre but using taxis and walking worked for us. The place needs a bit of work. The shower ran hot and cold - hot so it was burning and when you turned it down, it went cold so you were constantly in boiling hot or cold - quite dangerous especially for little ones. The sofa was split - the stitching had come undone so it was pulling the material apart. The master bed was almost on the floor - not easy for us oldies and there was very little storage in the bathroom for toiletries. It could be wonderful if some work was done.

• Maria Belen (5/5): No estaba horrible, pero no repetiría - La ubicación Los colchones son muy incómodos. Y la cocina esta poco equipada Mi cama no tenía colcha ni edredón y tuve que poner la calefacción para no pasar frío, cosa que supuso un gasto innecesario para el alojamiento.

It was 1 x small double and 2 x single rooms with pull out child beds. The bathrooms were well worn, and the blinds were all broken.

La ubicación está un poco lejos en el centro, 12 mins andando para ir a la estación de metro más cerca. 10 minutos andando para coger un autobús que va al centro de la ciudad. El piso está bien, las habitaciones están cómodas solo que la habitación más grande no tiene ventana sino una puerta para ir a la terraza y desde fuera se ve lo q hay dentro entonces para tener la privacidad tienes que bajar la persiana todo el rato, no dispone cortinas y lo del salón tampoco, tiene aire acondicionado y la cocina bien equipado. La terraza parece que no están bien limpio. Los cristales están sucias. No tienen secador de pelo y el grifo de la ducha rota.. se salta cada rato y se sale agua de grifo abajo. No hay mando para la tele. El cubre sofa está rota y incomoda, la mesa del salón se esta cayendo porque tiene la otra pata rota.. Durante nuestro estancia hemos pagado casi 700€ por 4 adultos, un niño, un bebé y un perro pequeño. También te piden 400€ de fianza. No nos han dicho al reservar que el perro paga aparte 25€/noche. Y al pedir cuna para bebé son 20€ más. Estuvimos 2 noches y un día y no podíamos disfrutar la piscina porque está lleno de hojas y muy sucia.. las tumbonas están en mal estados. Y no hemos visto ningún vecino durante esos 2 días porque parece que nadie quiere estar alli porque no es razonable por el precio. Y no te dicen los extras que podrías pagar después de la reserva.

• Kirill (1/5): Bad - First of all, upon check-in, we were required to pay a deposit of 400 euros, which was not processed through Booking but directly to them. When we entered the apartment, there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke. Initially, we had no other issues. However, two weeks after checking out, I called to inquire about the deposit refund, and they claimed that we had hosted parties (which we did not) and smoked cigarettes, which we only did on the balcony. As a result, they informed us that 400 euros of the deposit would not be returned. We received no prior warning or notification, and they said they reported this to Booking, although the deposit was paid directly to them, not through the platform. Think twice before booking this place

• Thaddé (1/5): To avoid or should be much cheaper - Not a good address Several elements did not live up to the price we paid - TO AVOID 1) We booked a room for 4 people, but there were only 3 beds, 2 sets of sheets and towels. When we informed the manager, at first he didn't believe us, and after insisting that he come and inspect, he recognized what was missing. He then did nothing to fix the problem or relocate us for the short time. Thanks to BOOKING, we were reimbursed 20% of the price of the accommodation, but this does not cover the discomfort. 2) Concerning the parking, by message we were offered to take a space at 20euro by booking in advance via WhatsApp, which we did. But they never got back to us, and once we were there, they charged 25euro per day. It's not much, but it's dishonest. 3) Concerning the deposit, after having paid 400euro before our arrival, I had to fight with BOOKING to receive this deposit back, because MySpaceBarcelona didn't answer (neither email, nor phone). I left on April 26 and we didn't receive our deposit until May 27. 1 month delay and hours spent on the phone to get a deposit, I find this behavior inappropriate and disrespectful. The staff are not at all pleasant, even unpleasant, not accommodating and considering the price they should be doing their utmost.

Windows did not lock- lack of safety Staircase dirty and bad impression on arrival. Not clean when we checked in- we had to wait 2 hours to get in. They did not return the deposit until 5 weeks later and after having to chase them several times.

The furniture has serious problems, faucet ready to fall, water leak from the radiator, broken sofa cushions,... The dishes were not clean, 2 rolls of toilet paper for 5 days, bedroom blinds that no longer open, smoke detector missing, 3 out of 4 kitchen chairs unusable, the bathroom ventilation did not work. Insulation between apartments lousy, you can hear the neighbors talking. You have to give a deposit of €400 even though there is no inventory and it has been 10 days since we left the apartment and we have still not gotten the deposit back. I can only advise against renting an apartment in this company. I resolved the warranty issue by filing a complaint with WorldLine. I got my warranty back almost 3 weeks later :( Booking.com support was lousy and unhelpful

The photos on the Booking.Com website are nothing like what you get. Our apartment overlooked a grotty set of flats to the rear not the front. The balcony doors did not lock, the smoke alarm was out of battery and was shoved in a kitchen draw, the freezer was over flowing with ice and there was a stale, half eaten baguette left in the food cupboard. Our £350 deposit has still not been returned after almost 4 weeks and the staff are ignoring my emails. DO NOT BOOK THIS AWFUL PLACE!

Do yourself a favour, avoid the stress and the hidden excess charges and stay somewhere else. They’re very quick to take your money and not quick to give it back. • Martin (1/5): DO NOT STAY HERE - DO NOT STAY HERE The apartment no.3 suited or needs and was in reasonable condition. However, the company running the apartment "My Space" at 3pm the official check in time said that there was a problem, they didn't say what the problem was and only when we insisted, in a forceful manner, on seeing the apartment did it become apparent that the apartment hadn't been cleaned, no apology was forthcoming. Furthermore, for the first time ever I was asked to pay a €400.00 deposit, which I did and asked when I would be refunded, I was told 7 to 14 days after checkout, this is also stated on Booking.com’s site. It took 25 days and numerous communications on my part to finally get them to refund my deposit in full. These are the lies they told me: Day 16 “They had been too busy with reservations to do the refund”. Day 21 “We will inform the accounting service so they can issue the refund” Day 23 “We had a problem with the credit card machine, that’s why we couldn’t do it last week” Day 24 “We would like to confirm it was refunded today and you should receive it in the next 24 to 72 hours. They will keep your money as long as they can, Booking.com should delist My Space” from their platform. I for one will never stay with a “My Space” operated apartment again and I will relay my experience at every opportunity I get.
• Jason (5/5): the service could be better - it was to expansive for what it is. some switches of the lights are half working. finding parking place is a hell and when I wanted to rent a parking it was not available. they ask a 400€ deposit and when they are not flexible when ask to change for a day later it was not ok but adding a day extra was fine?! there is no logic there and as the customer service said it is a very complicated thing with the owner.
• Faissal (1/5): My hole vacation was bad because of this poor appartement!!! - Nothing at all Bad service, no cleaning, no food, promised pool but havent seen anything.
• Pinto (4/5): it was mid - it had sufficient space and air conditioning there were a lot of small inconveniences like the door was slightly broken and the toilet roof wasn’t a good view either the wifi also didn’t work very well and there was 4 of us
