Guest Reviews
- Chris (9/5): Over all I find this place relaxing and great for its location. Close to restaurants and everything you need. - The location of the property is awesome. The rooftop balcony and sitting area with the views of the city is great. This is my second time staying here and still the floor to ceiling windows and balcony glass are dirty and take away from the views. The apartment is well kept but could use a spring dusting.
- Gloria (10/5): The hosts were amazing. I had a wonderful time. The apartment was lovely and I would definitely go b - It was amazing
- Douglas (8/5): -
- Blaine (8/5): - It was comfortable, and wverythibg worked well. The staff were very professional. They accommodated my needs well. It was close to my convention.
It was well equipped and I had everything I needed. The location is sketchy. Some of the furniture could be updated. But these are minor issues.
- Crystal (7/5): -
- Mercy (10/5): I had a pleasant stay at the property. - Location was great and the condo was clean. Great place to stay. Nothing.
- inderjit (10/5): - Wonderful location and everything is near that place like restaurants and bars
- Derek (8/5): Enjoyable weekend, great condo. - It was clean and quiet perfect for a weekend away An outdated TV that we couldn’t connect to or find anything to watch on.
- Niemi (8/5): -
- Janice (9/5): - Convenient to the downtown and convention centre Nothing. It was a great stay

- Damien (10/5): - Propreté, grandeur de l'appartement, matériel mis à disposition (Lave linge, sèche linge, matériel de cuisine...).
Situation géographique - Vue de l'appartement - Parking
- Cody (2/5): - Didnt get to see it Couldnt even accommodate me
- Sue (9/5): A comfortable self contained unit, in walking distance to most attractions. - Everything we needed for a 5 night stay. The area was not so safe, but that’s not a negative about the apartment.
- Brent (9/5): Very Good Location in Downtown YWG - Great location, easy walkability to The Forks, Canadian Museum of Human Rights, Burton Cummings Theatre, Legislature.
Roof top patio and amenity room was an added bonus especially during the hockey playoff run and just a half block from Canada Life Centre.
Unit was very well equipped, nice to have laundry in the suite.
Good communication with the hosts. Drains in the kitchen and bathroom definitely need work. Fixed a drawer on the night table that was falling apart. A couple of light bulbs burnt out.
- Matthew (10/5): First time in Winnipeg - A great stay for my first time visiting Winnipeg. Building was 15-20 minute walk from places like the Manitoba Museum etc. Nice being able to relax on the balcony. Only negative thing would perhaps the balcony glass needing a clean.
- Corrie (7/5): Very nice people and easy to communicate with - The shower was good The elevators were a bit rough
- Natasha (1/5): Bad -
- Lovepreet (10/5): Exceptional -
- Elspeth (1/5): Bad - never got to occupy
no reply for hours into the evening — forced to find another accommodation
- Lorraine (10/5): Excellent stay! - Very spacious and comfortable- was a phenomenal location. Host was very sweet.
- Roberta (7/5): For 2 nites it was fine.. - the location was greeat we had trouble with the shower, bathroom sink slow to drain and lights in the bedroom
- Caitlin (7/5): Apartment in good location with outdoor parking - Location, good bathroom Heating system, parking was outdoor
- Sangodoyin (10/5): Exceptional! - The unit is close to downtown areas and I was able to do everything I needed easily. The unit is clean and the view is amazing. I’ll probably pass by in summer. N/A
- Daigneault (9/5): Superb - Good location
- Mark (10/5): Always a nice stay - The parking is secure and nice to have. Everything about the condo is perfect. I travel for business and like it better than a hotel. 5 minute walk to watch a Jets Game........can't beat that. I have stayed here a number of times so I understand the entry rules. I would suspect a first time user would struggle with the process. Once you are in everything works extremely well.
- Richard (7/5): Good -
- Jason (8/5): Very good - Ease of access, central location with parking and balcony view was excellent. Cable TV channels didn't work on the Smart TV,
- Michelle (10/5): Exceptional -
- Chris (10/5): I’d stay again if I’m ever in Winnipeg again. The place is right across the street from where the Jets play and an 8-10 - The property was great. The views were amazing and the rooftop terrace was fantastic. My only complaint would the be the cleanliness of the windows and glass on the balcony. During the day the dust could be seen plain as day but at night it couldn’t be seen.
- Chris (10/5): Perfect location, clean and comfortable - Fantastic stay, amazing location, comfy bed, great shower, very clean and well appointed. Nothing
- Michael (9/5): Great room in the heart of Winnipeg - It is a beautiful room that is well kept. My wife couldn't believe how nice the linens smelled. Great view of the city and located in the heart of downtown. Private parking is a huge plus. All appliances are new and work well. Directions on the damage deposit are confusing. In one place it states the deposit must be in cash at the time of arrival. In another spot it says it must be paid electronically the day before arrival. Minor thing...the toilet was very noisy. Sounds like it has a venting problem.
- Brian (7/5): Good -
- Serge (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was great👍. You're right in the city centre, near plenty of eateries, things to do. And other essential services. I would 100% stay and recommend others to do so as well. Nothing
- Chauhan (8/5): Good place for value - Everything was great except some small things The bed is too small for a couple. Hand wash soap was just a water in soap dispenser.
- Elizabeth (5/5): Minimalistic but pleasant - All good Couldn't work tv
- Arno (8/5): Very good -
- Robert (9/5): Superb - The location was great, made my stay all that better
- Katherine (10/5): We were incredibly happy about everything. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again - The apartment was wonderful. Great location. Very well appointed
- Oleh (10/5): Exceptional -
- Tessa (9/5): Cute lil downtown apartment in Winnipeg - Location was perfect for the purpose of our trip! Great value compared to other options in the area. The building is secure which is a huge plus in downtown Winnipeg and the apartment was super cute and very clean! Parking being included was the cherry on top of a great stay. Blinds let in quite a bit of light- make sure you bring a sleep mask! Could use ice cube trays and a water jug but all in all quite minor things that would make this a 10/10
- N.r. (7/5): Good location and amazing view, but with a few issues - Apartment is in a very good location and with a great view. The building is made our of concrete so good sound isolation. It was clear inside the apartment. Very comfortable bed. The layout is really good. It would be amazing if there were no some issues (see below( However, the windows were not cleaned for, most likely, a very long time. You could barely see through them. We were not told anything about it and when we asked, the answer was that the cleaning lady was concerned because it was windy at it was high elevation (12th floor). But this is hardly the answer as it was not cleaned for months. The owner offered to clean the window, but it clashed with our other commitments. Equally, the terrace was not clean - chairs/table were covered in layers of dust. No excuse for that, either.
The A/C is good but it is directly over the bed - and even if you turn it off, there is still ventilation which can still be cold.
The kitchen did not include anything to use in the oven/baking...
When we came, there was also a strong smell from the washing machine (which is in the bedroom). We solve the problem by running it once - it seems it was closed for a while or for some other reason humidity built up.
- Eve (9/5): Great place stay, good value, super clean and quiet. Manager responded quickly when I had enquiry - Location good, need to be careful re safety in downtown Winnipeg. Very quiet, great heat/air conditioning, every convenience, towels etc excellent stay
Very nice condo seemed secure, easy entry with keyf8b & door code. I d8dnt need parking but it's a great feature in downtown where park/limited & expens8ce Extra blanket but not a criticsm
- Padhraic (10/5): Perfect! - Great location, great facilities, cosy and clean.
- Una (9/5): Our stay was good in Winnipeg and apartment was lovely. - Location Although location was good for us, close to train station.
The area is a bit risky to walk around due to high number of homeless people. Didn’t feel safe late afternoon when we were getting home.
- Behrooz (10/5): Very good - Cooking facility with coffee and tea
- Singh (9/5): Superb -
- Carlos (9/5): Great place to stay, I would recommend this condo to others. - Location was great! Condo was bright & clean. The secured parking was a bonus!Communication with the host was very good! Nothing
- Nancy (9/5): It was our first time in Winnipeg. We enjoyed the apartment and the city life! - The apartment was modern and clean. It was reasonably priced and it was close to a venue where we had plans. Security was very good and helpful when we arrived. Owners not available to let us in the building upon arrival. Security had to open the door, and it took some time to verify our stay.
- Daigneault (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jann (10/5): Nice place - Close to the mall and near restaurants Clean and nice condo, I recommend the place
- Gareth (8/5): Very good -
- Gareth (9/5): Superb -
- Elnaz (10/5): Great! - The hosts are amazing! Very responsive and they instructions were very clear. The place is very clean and bed is comfortable. The location is great, you have many amenities around. Certainly will book again!
- Paul (10/5): Exceptional -
- Krysta (10/5): Excellent location! Right across the street from the Canada Life Center, secured and free parking. - Across the street from the Canada Life Center. Nothing
- Jennifer (10/5): Exceptional -
- Alberto (10/5): Exceptional - Easy contactless access.
The unit was very clean and it has a nice and we'll equipped kitchen, including spices.
Great location with all sorts of things available just a few steps away from the building.
- Max (10/5): Exceptional - Location, easy access, cleanliness, contemporary design.
- Travelers (9/5): Seasoned Senior Travelers spent 4 nights- good find in location, apt & free parking. - We are seasoned senior travelers who spent 4 nights & found the location & the free parking great.
the security staff were kind & helpful with info. The location, apt, & parking were secure.
the apt was clean.
the washer & dryer were great w/ laundry detergent; but the design of the washing machine makes it difficult to use.
the bed was firm, and sheets and toweling fine.
The kitchen had more equipment than we needed, but we suggest they add 1 or 2 paring knives
very easy to get access to apt. needs improved lighting. maybe great for someone who only uses electronics but not for other types of reading.
the fob for the parking structure did not work on our rearview mirror. suggest instructions as to how one must drive over a "tube" to activate reader to leave parking garage.
the wi-fi password was not posted in the apt. we could not communicate with anyone including the owner, thank goodness for help from security, The owner said she had given us the password in a prior email but that was not the situation.
the apt is located in an area where they are AB&B's & the ever changing residents were not quiet all the time. one night noise from about 8 pm to 11:30 & than they returned at about 2:30 am-immediately adjacent to us. A few nights noise from across the hall, someone had complained & the security staff attended. We were not told that we were suppose to contact security if a noise problem in building.
If the building management is not going to remove show, as we experienced, in the parking area we recommend the owner advise tenants they might need a shovel.
suggest a stool or bench in front entry of apt to change out footgear to minimize the tracking of ice snow throughout apt.
- Zacharri (8/5): Very good - The room was quite spacious and clean. The owner was easy to coordinate with and helpful in answering questions. The kitchen came with basic tools so you can cook a simple meal rather than eating out your whole stay. The unit could use stronger black-out curtains to block out more light and sound. The kitchen chairs were not the sturdiest, but that was not a big issue.
- Kushnir (10/5): Exceptional -
- Tanya (9/5): Clean and comfortable stay in Winnipeg - The apartment was very clean, comfortable and easy enough to access the apartment. I agree with others that the blinds were a little thin with some light streaming in at night and morning but it wasn't too much of a bother for us.
Within walking distance to the shops and museums.
I would choose to stay back here if I were to visit Winnipeg again.
- Rabia (9/5): In the heart of the city with a huge view, this place is a great stay! - Very comfortable, clean, safe and with a nice view. The parking was a bit complicated but ultimately worked.
- Luc (8/5): 3 night stay and very convenient location. Perfect for a couple. Cozy and modern. - Nice and clean. New look and furniture. Small but functional kitchen with amenities. Convenient location. Host provided information required and answered back promptly when asked. Frying pan a little worn out. So essentially little to complain about.
- Manuel (9/5): Clean, modern suite in downtown Winnipeg with everything you need for a nice stay. - The accommodation was clean, modern, and provided several extras like: a cupboard with the coffee, tea, cutlery and cooking utensils, wine glasses, detergent for laundry, a washer/ dryer, shower gel/shampoo, etc. I was very pleased that the glasses were very clean. That is not always the case in other accommodations that we’ve stayed at. I really liked how cool the air conditioning kept the suite. I need a cool, crisp room to sleep in so it was very good for me. Also, we really liked the balcony! The table and chairs were clean, and the view was awesome. At check-in, the code did not work. Did not open the door for us. Then when we tried phoning – we couldn’t reach the host the first time we called. And that got a little bit disconcerting considering we travelled seven hours to get there. We started wondering whether or not we would get in the apartment. Didn’t need that kind of anxiety when we just arrived. Luckily, the security guard was at the building. So he was there to help us get in if there was a problem – I assume by trying to reach the host. However, the host did answer the phone once we found the number on booking.com Also, we are not sure if we could have changed the level of the air conditioning. We turned it off when things got too cold during the day but were unclear if we could adjust the setting. A note about that would’ve been very helpful.
- Raffy (10/5): Exceptional -
- N (7/5): Good - location good for downtown Needs a fresh coat of paint and the sliding door to balcony wouldn't open
- Judith (9/5): Very pleasant stay - highly recommended. - Very handy location, very well appointed and maintained, extremely clean, all the inclusions that you could ask for, easy to contact hosts. N/A
- Kira (9/5): Excellent - Very nice apartment, nicely equipped, great central location, rooftop views. Neighbourhood is a bit rough, but that's downtown Winnipeg.
- Drew (10/5): A+ - Great space, location and value. Would definitely stay here again. No complaints.
- Anonymous (10/5): Exceptional -
- Harpreet (9/5): Superb -
- Pradeep (10/5): Exceptional -
- Richard (10/5): A wonderful base from which to explore Winnipeg. - This was an excellent location for exploring Winnipeg. The free parking, in a parking garage next to the building, was a bonus. We parked the car and left it for our stay. The one-bedroom condo was well appointed, clean and we availed ourselves of the washer / dryer (laundry soap was provided). We were able to sit outside on little balcony and take in the sights from the 12th floor. We felt very secure.
- Crescence (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mike (10/5): Exceptional - Free parking, free-weights in the gym, clean and comfortable. Close to dining in the Skywalk. Parking was a little confusing at first. The parkade does connect to the building through the skywalk. The door is unmarked and needs a fob. The ability to park required a few extra trips up and down.
- Jill (8/5): Very good - Like the location, unit and host allowed us to get in earlier than checkin time. It was clean and comfortable. The parking instructions could have been clearer and tv instructions are needed. Last, need more standardized damage deposit process to ensure better timeliness for guest’s refund - could add to booking.com process.
- Kerrie (8/5): Very good - Excellent location. Great facilities such as washing machine and dryer. Television available but we could not get service. When we inquired, we were informed it was Netflix only. We were not given a Netflix account.
We were also asked to put towels into washing machine and turn it on and put garbage out. Only small jobs but I paid a cleaning fee and I'm on holidays.
- Teresa (8/5): Very good -
- Chang (10/5): Exceptional -
- Urban (10/5): Exceptional - Definitely the view on the balcony and especially the 21st floor Wasn't easy to figure out where you had to go to get in and park
- Catherine (8/5): I would stay at this place again. Anytime I needed to contact the owner, they were always available - It was very clean and comfortable. The view from the balcony showed where are rental car was parked in a very secure parking lot that was included in the rental agreement.
The bed was very comfortable with nice bed linens. The window were North East facing and covered with floor to ceiling blinds. The decor is pleasant and minimal.
The bathroom is very modern and nice towels provided. Very clean.
Kitchen is fully stocked for cooking, and coffee/tea provided. Full size refrigerator,Oven,Microwave, etc.Stackable washer/Dryer,Iron and board and detergent provided.
More than what we needed, but so handy.
The balcony had 2 chairs and table. All looked new. I realize that where this place is located presents it’s challenges but the security detail at the front desk made it very comfortable.
- Brad (10/5): Exceptional - If you are going to see an event at the Canadian life Centre this place is perfect
- Braddles10 (7/5): Great location and value but a rather uncomfortable bed - Literally across the road from the Air Canada Centre, so it's a great place to stay if you're there for a game. It's really spacious and well equipped and had a great view out across Winnipeg from the balcony. Didn't need to use it but it has parking available which is needed in the area. Nice bathroom with a hot shower and great water pressure. It's really quite a nice apartment and was quite a comfortable stay with an easy check-in process. Two thing that may influence your booking. First is that the blinds shut out very little light, it's very bright, even at night time a lot of light comes through as it's so bright in the area. The other is the bed frame creaks every time you move, its as if it hasn't been tightened up properly and is very annoying when trying to sleep. The mattress isn't great either unfortunately.
- Navi (10/5): Exceptional -
- Josephine (9/5): Convenient. Good location. -
- Nantha (10/5): it was really awesome - Everything was way above expectation. Great place. great host. Awesome place. Nothing
- Terry (8/5): Very good - the location was great and the room was very private. Everything you need and more. Ended paying for parking for both days. It was unclear how to access the free parking. Probably just user error
- Devon (8/5): Very good -
- Ashwani (10/5): Exceptional -
- Carolina (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mark (10/5): Home away from Home for a Business Traveller - Great central location with private parking. The condo was comfortable and all amenities were perfect. I even located a gym on the second floor that looked pretty decent.
- Mr.d85 (10/5): Amazing for the price and location! - This is our second stay and the location and value are amazing. We were across the street from the Canada Life Center to take in a Jets game and minutes away from some of our favorite dining experiences. We really appreciated the parking space that is included with the unit and enjoyed the view from our unit looking out at North Winnipeg. The bed was surprisingly comfortable and the couch had a really nice feature as it was able to be pulled out and extended to create a more comfortable atmosphere. There was a clog in the bathroom sink that was unexpected but dealt with immediately which was appreciated. My wife went to make coffee in the morning and had some difficulty with the coffee pot reaching the water release on the maker which led to a bit of a mess. The TV provided would have been better if cable was included. I attempted to search for channels but came up with nothing. The unit does include a Netflix subscription which sufficed for the time we spent in the unit.
