- Luciana (7/5): - A localização do imóvel é muito boa, fomos bem recebidos pelos anfitriões que nos deram suporte durante toda a estadia e o tamanho do imóvel é bom. O imóvel tem vários problemas de manutenção: goteira do teto e o ar condicionado parou de funcionar durante a estadia no quarto principal. Também no banheiro do quarto principal, o disjuntor desligava quando usava o chuveiro. A pia do banheiro geral estava entupida, os suportes de toalhas dos banheiros estavam caindo. Alguns problemas mais simples foram resolvidos durante a estadia, mas ainda ficaram outros problemas para consertar. Sugiro que esses problemas sejam resolvidos sempre antes de locarem o imóvel.
