• Nathalie Arlet (9/5): - Hôtes chaleureux, réactifs et très sympathiques. Charmant petit village avec des villageois accueillants. Le gîte possède tout ce qui est utile à un petit séjour, le tout d'une propreté exemplaire. Hâte d'y retourner en août...week-end deja réservé 😀

• Goran (10/5): Te kort (4nachten). - Wij hebben van de rust genoten. Super als vertrekpunt naar Bouillon of verschillende dorpen in de buurt. Semois ziet er prachtig uit, even als de natuur of de bergwegen die hebben mjn hart veroverd. Eigenlijk hebben we geen enkele klacht.

• Safir (7/5): Bel endroit pour une nuit ... - Calme et joli cadre Le prix est très abordable mais malheureusement rien n'est compris dedans, pas bien visible à la réservation, nous nous sommes rendu compte par la suite que les draps et essuies étaient payants ou à prendre soi-même. Par contre une machine senseo super mais même pas un pad de café offert, sachant que nous ne restions qu'une nuit, impossible de boire un café là le matin. Matériel de sécurité (trousse de secours et extincteur) présents mais non indiqués, important à savoir avec un enfant. Feu au pelé imposant et pas très sécuritaire avec un tout petit. Pas de réseau et wifi extrêmement faible et lent. Pas mauvais dans l'ensemble pour passer une nuit mais difficile d'imaginer un plus long séjour au vu de ces caractéristiques.

We’re ok to pay for them anyways but owners did show up one hour before check out to make sure we did 😉 No harm done even if we prefer getting towels and pay in booking price. It was a convenient one night stay anyways

• Andreas (8/5): Schöne, kleine Wohnung in ruhiger Lage. - Schöne, kleine Wohnung in ruhiger Lage. Der kleine Ort Cornimont liegt abgeschieden. Aber genau das wollte ich. Sehr nette Gastgeber. Eine kleine Schale Pflaumen stand auf dem Tisch. Selbstgemachte Marmelade konnten man auch bekommen. Schöne Natur.

• Rick (8/5): Fijn huisje - Locatie, bed en douche waren top De pelletkachel maakte herrie en stond zo insteled dat ie automatisch aan ging om 7.30 en niet meer uitging tot 21.30. Daardoor werd het soms echt een sauna. Ik heb met behulp van chatgpt de schema's uitgezet en ingesteld met de aan/uitknop. Toen was het een stuk beter.

• Alexandre (8/5): Petit endroit cosy accueillant dans une belle région! - L'accueil, la disponibilité des hôtes, le cadre et la région. Petit endroit cosy. Le lit, confortable d’un côté un peu moins de l'autre, matelas à changer peut-être. Même si je les ai donné de bon cœur les 5 € demandé pour le lit non spécifié dans l'annonce sauf erreur de ma part.
• Christian (10/5): Un séjour calme et serein dans un petit village pittoresque - Le Fenil est un petit gîte coquet à l'entrée de Cornimont. Tout est mis à disposition pour un séjour parfait !!! Propreté irréprochable, très bien équipé... Freddy et Yvette sont des hôtes adorables...

• Menager (10/5): Agréable. - Petit logement agréable pour maximum 3 personnes ds une chambre. Couple avec un enfant. Belle cuisine ds une pièce avec table et divan. C'est un endroit pour faire de grandes promenades. Attention période de chasse à cette période de l'année. Amélioration de mettre un répétiteur WiFi. Les taques électriques anciennes et demandant beaucoup d'entretien, pourraient être remplacer par des taques vitrocéramiques, plus facile à nettoyer. Ceci dit tout est fonctionnel.

• Gema (5/5): Nice house but poorly equipped - The surrounding area is very beautiful and quiet, there's parking place. Even if it's said in the web, we felt very uncomfortable when owners came to collect money for the linen. No way we could bring them in the flight. It was a bit cold when we arrived in the evening and the heating was programmed and we couldn't use it. Bedroom is upstairs and bathroom downstairs. Nothing is provided, no soap, no shower gel or shampoo, there's a washing machine, but no washing powder.

• Tabitha (9/5): Cute cottage. - Great price for a house with all the facilities. The family who owned it was very sweet and it was a nice village. It's was located close enough to drive to sites but nothing within walking distance. Paid extra for sheets and towels.

• Tanausu (3/5): Sobrecostos inesperados. - La casita es bonita y la zona nos ha encantado. Pero hasta ahi Hemos estado en muchísimos alojamientos y este es el primero donde no hay ropa de cama incluida en el precio. Luego aparece el propietario a pedirte 5 € por cada sábana usada porque claro, tiene que lavarlas. Tampoco entendemos que no se dejen toallas incluidas en el precio y que si las quieres tienes que pagar 3€ por uso de las mismas. Este alojamientos no costó 187€ y nos dicen eso de verdad?. Es como si en un hotel me cobran 5 euros por hacerme la habitación. De vergüenza. Y lo peor es que, ya que cobra ese dinero debería de usarlo para cambiar el colchón porque estaba que parecía que se habían orinado en él.

• Andrew (5/5): Basic Gite - Has the all bare necessities you could ask for. Good value for money. €5 cash for bed linen & €3 for a towel. Why not just add them to the cost for the night & avoid handing over cash on arrival? No written instructions in English - only French & Dutch. I don’t speak either unfortunately. The older female who handed over the key did not speak any English, but still continued to provide verbal instructions in French. No mobile signal, so tried to decipher the WiFi instructions in French to use Google translate. Got there in the end…
• Sara (6/5): Pleasant - The host was very nice, and the location of the property is close to several interesting villages that we wanted to visit. The house is cute and alright for a weekend. They also provide information about nearby restaurants, activities or places to hike. Overall it's very good quality for the price that is asked. Unfortunately we went during hot days, and no air conditioning or fan was available so we had some trouble sleeping. This is more related to the weather than to the property itself, but of course it pollutes the experience. The bedsheets are not included, a supplement of 5 euros was requested (it's reasonable, I am just not very sure that it was clearly stated in the add, so this would be more a comment for booking)
• Cmlopez (10/5): Exceptional - The house is really nice and the surrounded areas are very nice. A good place to do some hikings. the kitchen is well equipped with all you need : coffee machines, knife, cutlery , pots, etc. The internet is slow.

• Svea (8/5): Very good - Check-in was super easy with a key box. The location is great to explore more of the region and you have your own parking space. The villagers were all friendly as well. You've got nearly everything in the kitchen and there's 4 chairs to sit on to eat your meal (and a sofa). The shower head is massive and the water is hot! Can also really recommend getting a sandwich at the bakery in Rochehaut. Be aware there's an extra fee for towels and bedding. The heating is very good but not very quiet. The toilet is a bit small, but it's great that it's separate from the bathroom.

• Dimosthenis (8/5): Cozy, romantic and comfortable stay in a small village in the Belgian Ardennes! - Great cozy and comfortable stay in a small village in the woods for a couple! The small fireplace (electric with pelet) was a nice addition to the cozynesz of the house! The hosts were extremely nice and helpful and welcomed us with a big smile. There were not enough extra amenities (like extra toilet paper or kitchen paper). The shower had hot water for 10-15 minutes, but then it needed some more time to reheat again.
