Espaço completo com tudo necessário. Duas vagas de garagem. Boa localização, prox a praia do forte. Não se pode contar com o elevador do prédio. Durante o tempo de estadia, ele ficou inoperante diversas vezes. Na maior parte do tempo foi necessário utilizar as escadas.
