Recent renovations look OK, The Hot Water Service only had very Luke warm water , The owner did get the plumber but like most trades probably charged to come out tested the water said it was OK, When l showed the cleaning staff on check out they agreed thr hot water was **Just** Luke warm l had to put 10 jugs of hot water front the kettle to have a 1/4 full bath 🛁 Sadly this ruined my stay.
• Evelyn (9/5): Excellent family stay on the Sunny Coast - The apartment was clean, spacious and in a quiet position within the resort. Location was central to so many attractions on the Sunshine Coast, all a short drive away. Also within Caloundra, extremely convenient being located so close to supermarkets, restaurants and takeaway options. The owner was communicative, friendly and a pleasure to deal with! We had a wonderful stay 🙂

• Simpson (10/5): Excellent communication with host, great location safe to say we will be returning for another visit - Location was great, host was excellent easy to contact she answered all my questions, kids had a great time using the facilities, No elevator, I have bad knees so it was hard getting our luggage up and down the stairs, you cant use the balcony when the air con is going because of the postion of the air-conditioning. There is also a strange rule you can't park out the font in the drive way of your own apartment you could only use the garage and our car didn't fit so we had to park at reception and walk to the room, but these were minor issues as the Host was great and staff friendly.

• Jleesh82 (10/5): Really great value, lots of kids activities - The property was very clean and it was really nice how the basics were provided such as shampoo, conditioner, soap and basic condiments such as vegemite, tea, coffee babe tomato sauce. These little things are a nice touch. The facilities are good, kids loved the waterpark and also the spa. The oaks and vine restaurant food is just ok, can get a much better meal up the road at the Caloundra RSL which had a kids club with a daycare center. $5 spirits happy hour everyday from 4-5pm and they had activities on for the school holidays - mini golf tournament, face painting, magic show, and trivia night. Overall a great stay, nice staff and very good location walking distance to shops and beach. Really only criticism is the restaurant food is not amazing but we ended up eating there a lot of our convenience.

• Skye (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was a breeze, communication, the stay was amazing, hotel was clean, spacious, amazing location and close to everything needed. Price was excellent, best price around! We absolutely enjoyed the amenities, kids had an absolute ball in the play areas! Our host was great, everything from booking, questions and everything between was flawless! That we had to go home!
• Harris (6/5): It was comfortable but for the price we weren't happy - The apartment was spacious and easy to find The kitchen was well stocked and had extras like Salt and Pepper The Tv kept coming up with an error code every time you changed the Chanel No wifi for net flicks - when its raining and nothing to do The apartment was up a flight of stairs with no lift for luggage I might have missed this on the description but would have been good to know when travelling with heavy luggage The Main shower leaked The Main bedroom bed smelt There were no cushions on the couches and they were uncomfortable The Aircon unit on the balcony is having some flooding problems with the heavy rain and it seems like water is coming from upstairs through it There were some issues at the pool area at night with young people drinking and vomiiting and fights, staff need to be more present in the pool area at night and enforce rules around this
• Simmone (7/5): Simmone - Location was great facilities where good but not all facilities where open when we stayed the water park was closed which was disappointing. Water park wasn't open during our stay which was disappointing for the kids
• Kathleen (10/5): Relaxing staycation - The apartment is nice and clean and it has its own garage, too. Sarah, the owner, also provided us a welcome drink which we did not expect and allowed us to check in early at 12nn. Further, on the amenities, we were given an access to waterpark, pool, jacuzzi and other recreational activities which the parents and kids enjoy the most. And if you would not like to cook, the price of the food and drinks in the Oaks and Vine restaurant is reasonable. I can say that the whole family enjoyed the vacation

• Anonymous (8/5): Just what we all needed. - Such great facilities for kids. We literally could have stayed in the resort and they would have been content. The unit itself was spacious with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and had all we needed. The garage space was small. We actually parked out the front because I don’t think our duel cab ute would have fit if we had tried.

• Blake (6/5): Pleasant - Most of the stay was perfect besides the state of the room Room was pretty dirty when we arrived . Leftover crumbs , lollies etc under tables , bedding and on floor. Rear door didn't lock onto balcony and thats not ideal when having 2 kids there under the age of 4

Excellent value, very spacious and we have a washing machine in apartment which was a huge bonus with a young family. Woolworths across the road and many restaurants all around its a perfect holiday spot. N/A

• Greg (8/5): Accommodation was at an acceptable comfortable level, being clean and tidy with all facilites in the resort to support y - Clean, modern and good location During our stay there was pressure washing of the building over a two day period which was an inconvenience with access. Parking was an issue as well.

• Brooke (8/5): We'll be back! - Fantastic location - on the quieter side of the resort. Clean and tidy apartment, with everything you need for your stay. Sarah was easy to reach and responsive, and the bottle of wine was a nice welcoming touch. Would definitely stay again. No complaints from me!

• Tehillah (8/5): Great family holiday! - the central location with full access to the resort facilities. The apartment was clean and well presented. We were able to bring an additional airbed to accomodate our family of 5. The noise from the roads and other residents came right through the master bedroom external door.

The facilities of the Oaks are great and the unit is in a good position on the grounds. Although it looked clean we did find. Peanuts under a bed and an empty chocolate wrapper down beside another.
