• Anya (8/5): - The apartment was very spacious and had a homely feel to it. Tony was a wonderful host, always helping us out with umbrellas and delicious home-made snacks. The location was perfect, 3 minutes to the main centre, on a quiet street, wi-fi worked well. Essentials like toilet paper, shampoo and towels were provided, as well as information leaflets and maps. Would recommend this apartment for a stay in Dubrovnik. The only slight improvement could be a new shower head, the spray goes a little bit all over the place.

• Markus (9/5): Perfekte Lage! Super Preisleistung - Ruhige Lage, perfekt in der Nacht schlafen zu können. Preisleistung einfach perfekt. Sehr netter Kontakt zum Vermieter. Kühlschrank ist mit kostenlosen Getränken gefüllt. Kaffee, Tee, Duschgel... alles ist vorhanden. Wir sind mit selber gemachten Gebäck verwöhnt worden. Wenn wir noch mal nach Dubrovnik kommen, dann auf jeden Fall wieder in diese Unterkunft! Nichts!

Tony made amazing pancakes and liquor and left us with everything we could possibly need,he was the most helpful host we’ve come across while travelling. If you’re coming to Dubrovnik look nowhere else. Amazing location and even better host.

• David (10/5): Kindest of receptions in Old Town - Located in Old Town, Tony and his wife are just exceptional hosts. They brought us hot pastries and fresh citrus fruits, on the first day. They left a homemade liquor for us to enjoy, a couple of beers, apple juice, tea, coffee, etc. My wife had a cold and all drugstores were closed, within the walls, as it was a Sunday. They personally helped me find an open pharmacy and genuinely cared about our wellbeing. You can ask them anything and I’m sure they will kindly help. The washing machine was an unexpected surprise for us to do some laundry. There are a lot of steps to get there but it is worth it since it is super quiet and allows you to have a good rest after a whole day of fort exploring. The air conditioning machine is a bit loud but we managed to sleep without it being on. I also recommend not taking long showers, with a lot of pressure because hot water runs out fast. Allow for 30 minutes between showers so nobody is having a cold shower. The hot water tank has a built in water meter, worth checking out to avoid any mid shower surprises. Overall I couldn’t recommend this place more, don’t look for more options and book now.

• I. (10/5): - Moc milé přivítání cuketovym koláčem a drobnými věcmi v lednici (děkujeme), což se díky v neděli uzavřeným obchodům hodilo. Chladnější apartmán vcelku dobře vytopila klimatizace. Vše potřebné bylo přímo v ubytování. Nic nám nechybělo. Jen ty schody k ubytování...ale byl to dobrý trénink na nohy :)

El dueño, Tony, no estaba cuando llegamos pero estuvo pendiente en todo momento y se acercó por la tarde con una botellita de un licor que hacen ellos, nos explicó varias cosas de la ciudad. Al día siguiente por la mañana nos trajo panqueques hechos por su mujer, unos rellenos de mermelada casera y otros con chocolate, además de pan y varios embutidos. Ha sido un placer pasar estos días en su casa. Muchas gracias por todo, Tony y familia. No hemos encontrado nada negativo.

The hairdryer in the apartment broke on day 2 and Tony went out of his way to buy another before we returned to the apartment the same day ! It was in a quiet location away from the crowds and was beautifully presented. Tony was the perfect host with excellent instructions to locate the property, wine and beer in the fridge, pancakes for breakfast on the first morning and helped with our bags on the numerous steps.

Tony was a good host who helped with keeping our luggage, giving us tips and even shared his homemade wine with us. Tony is very considerate host, the pantry has fresh coffee (fresh grounded), there’s sunscreen and aloe, there’s even extra towels for you to use for the beach. Sometimes a bit noisy as it is within the city wall and other people walk past late at night. Its beyond anyone’s control but its just short moment, not for a prolong period.

Swimming under the Dubrovnik walls just few steps from the apartment is unforgettable experience. Excellent value for money especially when you mainly want to sleep there and be in the perfect location, as best things in Dubrovnik are outside the apartment. The fridge had two beers, coffee and other little things all there. Also homemade panna cotta from Tony was a nice finish. Well done Tony. For this price nothing to complain as not 5* hotel.

Provided instructions to access the key from the apartment was easy , we did not have any issue during staying. When we arrive , we had a surprise from Tony and Renata - fresh panacota and juice. Even we got delicious fresh made crepes with jam on the weekend. Location is great. The apartment is very clean and tidy.

La ventana y cristal de la puerta de entrada deberían tener algo para cerrarse y que no pasara luz. Viajábamos con un niño de 2 años y para la siesta era difícil con tanta luz.

We arrived to homemade pancakes on the table and were pleased that there was air con as we were boiling after navigating the steps up from Pile Gate. • Ted (10/5): We loved our stay and wish we could have stayed longer. - Charming apartment, lots of amenities and extra treats, washer machine, lovely courtyard with clothes line, air conditioning, great location, friendly and helpful hosts. Nothing to complain about. There are lots of steps to get there but that's true of most places in Old Town and we knew it in advance. Lack of windows with an outlook might be an issue for some.
• Lisa (10/5): Fabulous stay in the heart of town, gorgeous hosts - We loved our stay in Studio Tony. Renata and Tony greeted us with the keys and welcomed us. Tony had made home made Liquor and we all had a drink together. They were the most beautiful hosts and catered for all our needs. Tony gave us suggestions for restaurant, tours and beaches to visit. On arriving home one night Tony was cooking a barbecue and invited us to join him and his children which was so lovely. Renata also made us Panacotta. We were so spoilt. You will not be disappointed with this gorgeous stay. There was nothing not to like. Renata and Tony were fabulous hosts

• Paul (10/5): Glad we picked Studio Tony, an amazing town, and an amazing place to stay. - We arrived at Studio Tony and found it to be exceptionally clean and just as the photos ! Later Tony popped in to say Hello, and check that everything was as expected, he even provided a welcome drink. The added bonus was the courtyard garden with table and chairs, which we used for breakfast in the sunshine, and also for a late evening drink while watching the cable car. Perfect location within the old town. Leaving. Should have stayed longer !!

Tony was very responsive to all of our messages, and also allowed us to check in early, which was so helpful. Tony and his wife Renata were both so lovely, with Renata making us delicious homemade pancakes with jam and ice cream on our arrival, and Tony leaving us with his homemade liqueur and a special treat on our last day. The accommodation was very well maintained, had everything we needed, and was in a great location to access all of the sites we wanted. I would highly recommend staying here! There are a lot of stairs to get to the accommodation, so if you have a lot of bags I would be very mindful of this. However, if you are staying in the Old Town of Dubrovnik, there are stairs everywhere, so this is to be expected.

The hosts have so many things there available for you to use - they have thought of everything. They are exceptionally kind and even had dessert in the fridge waiting for our arrival. It was away from the hustle bustle in a quiet lane. The apartment is very well equipped with everything you need from laundry or kitchen. Very spacious. Tony was so lovely and he even made us some panacottas for our arrival. He also checked in on us during our stay to make sure all was going well. Nothing.

We found all the stairs a little difficult, however we knew what to expect in order to have such a great location in the old town.

Best l have ever had! The apartment was perfectly located to explore the city and it was great to feel like we lived there, even for just a few days. What an amazing gem Dubrovnik is! Traveling with my 10year old daughter we found loads to do everyday (the walls, aquarium, cable car, Lokrum and Banje beach) and loved just watching the world go by. It was a very relaxing break and we were sad to leave. I would definitely recommend this apartment as the perfect place to stay. It had everything we needed, location and atmosphere. We look forward to visiting again one day!

Everything was spotless clean. Bed is very comfortable and the heater guaranteed that apartment was pleasantly warm all the time. Kitchen is well equipped so it would be great even for a longer stay. Host is super nice and welcoming. As it was mentioned in reviews we also received home made pancakes. Nothing. But.... if you have mobility problems, you must consider there is quite a lot of steps up to the apartment.

• Tory (10/5): Beautiful clean apartment in a great location. Tony and Renata are lovely hosts!! - Lovely hosts - Tony even made us pancakes when we arrived and gave us some homemade liquor!!! Amazing location - no more than 3-5 mins from everything!! Lovely comfortable apartment which was spotlessly clean. Bed was very comfortable. The apartment had everything g we needed and more, shower gel, cleaning products even down to umbrellas - which we didn’t need luckily!! Tony talked us through a map of the city and gave us some tips on bars - Buza bar for sunset was a hit!! Everything was perfect!

We took the bus from airport (10€ pp) to the city gates then 10 min walk to the apartment. Loved the history and the walls / the fort of Dubrovnik. Location is perfect. Old City has a flat Main Street then both sides are steep up to the walls - only stay in Old City if you can navigate the stairs & your luggage. There are no cars in the old city.

It’s quite a large apartment. Being away from the Main Street the apartment was very quiet. The front door and courtyard area are so pretty that other tourists would regularly stop and take photos of the front door. Tony’s homemade fruit spirit made with fruit from his own courtyard is a treat. Tony also made me delicious pancakes spread with his wife’s fruit preserve. It was great to be able to wash my clothes and I couldn’t believe the location I was hanging them in. Tony very kindly carried my suitcase down the stairs when I left. In short, Studio Tony was a home away from home for me. I thoroughly recommend Studio Tony.

• Yoko (7/5): Overall, it was worth for money. Nice place to stay and we had a great time in Dubrovnik! - Tony was the very nice host and attentive to our needs. He constantly asked us if we need something. Rooms are big for the price we paid for and also it was fairly clean. The only thing we were not happy was the water heater. Hot water was always not enough for two of us to shower (since it was the 1st week of April, nights got cold). so one person had to wait for about 2hrs for hot water to be enough for shower after the other one showered. It was very inconvenient.

• Rob (10/5): Fantastic Dubrovnik Old Town Stay - Studio Tony is the perfect place to stay in the old town. We stayed for 3 nights in April and you couldn't really ask for any more. Tony met us a couple of hours after we arrived and couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. The apartment is clean, the bed is comfy and the room is quiet. He even provided home made liqueur to try made from the fruits from the trees in his courtyard. The day before we left we had home made pancakes left in the kitchen which were lovely and Tony even offered to give us a lift to the airport as he was picking up his daughter a little earlier! A genuinely lovely person and a perfect place to stay. The only thing you might want to consider is the steps if you have a heavy suitcase. 120 steps with a 24kg case can be tricky!

The apartment is spacious and central while still providing privacy from the crowds. We enjoyed the outdoor courtyard across from the apartment. Great facilities.
