• Patrycja (10/5): Znakomity apartament na weekend - Znakomita lokalizacja, możliwość zakwaterowania również w nocy. W kuchni dostępne talerze, sztućce garnki, także spokojnie można gotować. Dostępne ręczniki i środki czystości. Bardzo blisko starego miasta. Piękny widok z okna! Dużo schodów! Ale to nie wina apartamentu, taki już urok Dubrovnika 😊

A huge thank to him for everything.. The apartment had everything we needed, and everything was made with care and comfort in mind. There is a beautiful sea view, and the whole place has such a special and cozy vibe. The view around the apartments was especially impressive. The location is also very convenient — the Old Town, the beach, and shops are all nearby. I hope to return again soon.

• RODRIGO (9/5): Vista hermosa!!! - La vista desde la terraza y la atención de Alen espectacular y especial…siempre estuvo pendiente De nosotros!!!! Las almohadas muy gruesas y las escaleras a la llegada y salida difícil con maletas grandes pero vale la pena.
• Victoria (8/5): Great location with amazing views - The location was great and really close to old town (just a 5 minute walk). It was a large apartment with a big balcony. We loved being out on the balcony to take in the incredible ocean views and old town. There is a good sized kitchen with everything you need to be able to cook some meals within the apartment. Also, a washing machine was available for use which was really appreciated. The owner was very responsive and helpful. We were sent clear instructions how to access the apartment and also recommendations of places to eat. Any questions we had were answered quickly. A great host :) The stairs to get the bedroom on the second floor was quite steep and the ceiling angle makes it tricky to walk around the bed. Not a major issue as we mostly stayed on the first floor and only went upstairs to sleep. There is a second bedroom and bathroom on the first floor which could be used instead if you are older or have mobility issues.
• Cambiaso (10/5): Espectacular - La ubicación, nos encantó. Maravillosas vistas desde el living y el balcón. No necesitas ir a ningún mirador. Para ir a la ciudad se puede llegar a pie bajando escaleras en 5 minutos Por calles agradables. Volvería sin dudarlo! El propietario estuvo siempre atento y cuando llegamos había una caja de chocolates riquísimos además de aguas en el refrigerador. La cocina tenía de todo, por lo cual no tuvimos que preocuparnos en comprar aceite, sal, azúcar, condimentos. Jabón para lavar la ropa. etc todos esos detalles hicieron la estadía más cómoda y fácil! Muchas gracias!!! Sin dudas volverémos! La ducha del baño de abajo muy buena! Para mejorar, algún cesto de basura arriba en el baño, y algún soporte para la ducha de arriba. También es gusto personal, pero quizá agregar algunas almohadas más delgadas.

• Rayco (8/5): Nice stay - The location is amazing, just a short walk to the old town. There are stairs, of course, but all over the city! The views also are the best, and the apartment is served with everything you need.

• Kevin (10/5): Beautiful views of Old Town city center in comfortable flat. - Safe, quiet location with comfortable apartment. Excellent patio overlooking the Old Town and harbor. Short walk to the Old City center. Very responsive host. Easy stay. No concerns for us at all. Those less fit or older may find the climb back up stairs to require a taxi but this is the price for a breathtaking view!

• Petro (9/5): Great city apartment near Old Town. - The host was excellent and kept sure that we had everything we needed. Great location. Overall, it's a really nice apartment. Be prepared to step some stairs, but you can not really avoid those anywhere in Dubrovnik, so not the apartments' fault!

• Elaine (10/5): Perfectly situated apartment with outstanding views. Highly recommend. - We were a family of four staying for two nights. The apartment is perfectly located, under 10 mins walk to old town and the beach. The view from the balcony is absolutely incredible and perfect for alfresco dining. Alen was a great host and sent lots of info on restaurants etc - which was really useful. Highly recommend this place.

Och vattnet! - Vår värd var otroligt hjälpsam, trevlig och serviceinriktad och fanns alltid till hands om man behövde hjälp med något. Vi fick bra tips på aktiviteter, restauranger och badplatser. Utsikten över Gamla Stan och havet från den stora altanen var fantastisk och skymningen därifrån sagolik. Vi ville ha en lägenhet med utsikt och altan och det fick vi. Vi var medvetna om det det skulle finnas många trappor upp för berget för att komma till lägenheten. Vi såg trapporna som en motionsmöjlighet och klagar inte på det, men när det är mycket varmt kan det upplevas som tungt att ta sig upp. AC fanns men bör utökas till det minsta rummet.
• Tomislav (10/5): Exceptional - The location and view were fantastic - can basically park your car and forget about it if your intention is solely focus on the old town (as long as you can walk up and down steep inclines). Accommodation is well appointed and comfortable. The host was very responsive, and on point with food recommendations. Finding the correct street can be a bit challenging (which isn't helped by the narrow and steep roads typical of the area). Street parking is limited, and specific parts of the street are off limits to allow locals to less impeded movement in and out of their properties (this isn't very obvious, and i got yelled at while parking for the first time).

• Hhkkg (9/5): Spacious apartment close to Old Town with stunning views - Alen was a great and kind host and met us outside as we were driving in from the airport late in the evening and trying to locate where the apartment was situated. He gave us lots of great restaurant recommendations and checked up on us within a few days. Loved the view of old town from the balcony! Apartment is very spacious, clean and would definitely return to stay at this apartment. We cooked in the apartment every morning so having dish towels in the kitchen would have been nice instead of using paper towels. We used the washing machine which worked but the spin cycle was defective in which I notified Alen. 2 issues that can be easily fixed.
• Sandra (10/5): Exceptional - The owner sent a video of how to get to the property. It was exceptionally welcomed since we came in after dark. The view of old town was magnificent. Parking was at a minimum and quite far. We only stayed 1 night, so we took only what we needed. It would have been hard to drag our baggage that far.

The apartment very clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable and it had everything we needed for our stay. Alen the owner was very helpful giving us advice on places to eat and local day trips. He is quick to reply to any questions. We would definitely recommend this apartment. Everything was excellent
• Mcconnell (7/5): Great living areas and views beds a little uncomfortable - The host was amazing and super helpful I could not fault them. The photos of the living area, balcony and lounge were exactly what you see on the website and really nice. The view of old town was magnificent The bedding was a little uncomfortable and the bathrooms a little tired, there is a loft that the queen bed is in with a bathroom however if you are tall its hard to stand in the loft, and very little light. If you dont like stairs there are alot to get to old town but this is for most properties in this area so no different from anywhere else. We could have done with an extra pillow. Although the beds were a little uncomfortable it did not spoil our stay

Cable car station was less than 10 minute walk from apartment. Please note that there are stairs up from walled city to apartment. There is a nice view from the bedroom window. The apartment is clean, comfortable, quiet, and well equipped. The price for what you get is excellent. Alen is a very helpful host - he helped get us parking for our car!

Just high enough to have an amazing view of the old town and watch the sunsets on the wonderful balcony. The accommodation is clean and comfortable, with parking if needed and Alen is helpful but left us to it which was great. There are steps from the town to the property, which, I guess you have to be a little fit to manage but it’s all in the experience! Dubrovnik old town is magical and this property made it for us as a family of four. Wonderful, would definitely recommend. Nothing. It was perfect.

Very clean and tidy. Seats on terrace were uncomfortable after a short period. A couple of loungers would have been good. There are a lot of steps to gain access to the property.

• Mart (10/5): Good apartment with excellent location near the old city. - Really good location to see Dubrovnik old town. Just a few minutes away from the gates. The apartment is pretty big and free parking is available. The host had good recommendations for restaurants. All in all a really good apartment, we would definitely recommend it. You might need some parking skills to park in Dubrovnik, but that is almost everywhere.

• Anonymous (10/5): This apartment has the best view you will ever have! - The View is exceptional! Overlooking Old Town Dubrovnik and the surrounding bay. Very close to the city. Easy walk to all the sites and restaurants. Parking in Dubrovnik can be a challenge, there is a paid parking lot very close by though.

The apartment was spacious, clean, well fitted out and the host Alen was very helpful and responsive. He even left a welcome bowl of fruit and a bottle of wine and arranged taxis to / from the airport. The mezzanine floor felt a bit cramped because of low ceiling.

• Anne-claire (9/5): Fantastic time staying just above the town centre in a lovely spacious flat! - The location was great with a great view from the balcony and close to the Old Town, the flat itself had everything we needed, and Alen was a really helpful and accommodating host giving us plenty of recommendations for what to do and where to eat while we were there.
• Wouter (9/5): quiet place and still close enough to the city center - really neat and clean. close to the old town, about ten to fifteen minutes walking, depending upon your pace. Alen is an excellent host, although I haven’t seen him in person, communicating over WhatsApp was very swift and helpful. I had some trouble with warming the water in the shower, but because of the weather, I needed to cool down anyways 😁

• Charlotte (10/5): Lovely views and great host! - Amazing views over the old city and enjoyed having our morning coffee there every morning! The kitchen was lovely and newly renovated. Alen is great and came over the day we arrived to give us loads of toptips and resturant recommendations. He also recommended the 3 island tour with his friend Davor which was a great day, overall a lovely stay!

The place is actually big for me and my h - The view will totally set your mood up in the morning! we also watch the sunset from our balcony. Basically you get the view of the sea and the old town in this spot!!! Such a great value especially if you want a spacious place to relax as well. The stairs was a challenge but of course it’s understandable that if you want the best view, you have to walk up a little. I promise you the view is totally worth it! Best for couple like us so it wasnt really a problem. but maybe for couple with children or visitors with old people who have problems walking, then it may be hard.

• Irina (10/5): A 5 minute walk from old Dubrovnik - The property is well equipped and recently renovated. The bed is comfortable. It’s only a 5 minute walk from old Dubrovnik and the beach (mind you there’s some stairs). Alen is kind and attentive host. His tips were greatly appreciated as we loved both Castro and Konoba Pjatnica as well as the viewpoint. Thank you! We’ll come back. There is no place to put the shower handle so one needs to hold it while bathing.
