• Rosario (9/5): Tiring stairs but worth it. - Very clean; well equipped. Host was very nice and had cold juice to welcome us.location was perfect. The stairs! To bring luggage up to 5th fl. Also, I could never get hot water from faucet in sink in one bathroom.

• David (9/5): Fantastic host and lovely property. We really enjoyed our stay. - Fantastic location and lovely quirky property with great decor- perfect for a stay in Dubrovnik. The property was lovely. The hot water for showers didn’t last for all 5 of us but it heated up within an hour.
• Chris (9/5): A friendly host and lovely characterful apartment in a great location. - The apartment is beautiful and right in the centre of the old town, with bakeries, cafes and small supermarkets nearby. The apartment was very well stocked and we were given a bottle of very nice local wine, cereal and biscuits as a gift on arrival. Marijana gave us excellent directions and great advice about local sights. There is a busy restaurant next door but it quietens down after midnight and the area is pretty quiet considering the very central location. It’s a few flights of stairs up to the apartment so it might not suit everyone. The WiFi was a bit spotty too.

• Colin (8/5): Lovely 3 nights with Family - Great location centre of old town. Apartment large enough for comfort. Met by Mariyana with ice drinks, biscuits, who explained how to explore the town. Bit of a struggle carrying cases up stairs to second floor, but worth the effort.

• Katharine (9/5): Absolutely delightful stay in the historic district. - The location was PERFECT. Couldn't pick a better location. Great restaurant right underneath and a beautiful view. The bedrooms worked very well for our family of 5. Air conditioning cooled us in all the bedrooms. The property manager was incredibly kind and helpful and left us some snacks when we arrived that we so appreciated! My kids thought the unit was quaint. We would stay again for sure. The hot water in the bathooms was not hot. The water drained out a bit too.

Beds were comfortable, air conditioning worked great, 2 bathrooms were enough for this family of 5. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful! The refrigerator is small for a family of 5 but not a big deal.

• Carol (9/5): Exceptional find in Dubrovnik - Perfect location in Dubrovnik. Easy walk from the Pile gate. Owner is exceptionally helpful. Terrace on the second floor is very pleasant. Washer was a bonus after traveling for 2 weeks. Owner provided an excellent tour for our group. She was born in the city, knows it well, knows the history and clearly loves living there. It is a lot of stairs to the top floor 3 bedroom apartment we stayed in, although the owner helped us carry everything up and down.

She made excellent suggestions for all sights and restaurants. The apartment is on the 2nd/3rd floor with steps. The second bathroom is a bit pokey but it was fine for us. Overall we were very hapy with our stay

• Sophia (9/5): Great location with amazing host! - Our host Marijana was amazing and had apple juice and apples for us on arrival. She gave us great reccos as well :) The location was great and super close to everything and we really enjoyed the stay. Five of us stayed comfortably and it could definitely accommodate 6 people if needed. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. It also has an outdoor patio you can sit on - not private but it was great.

• Barbara (9/5): Quiet Apartment in Central Dubrovnik - We were greated by our host Marijana on arrival with cold juice and really helpful information. The apartment is spacious with air conditioning in each room. The kitchen has everything you would need if you wanted to cook. Coffee tea also provided. This is Old Town Dubrovnik so you have to be able to climb stairs. it is one the top floor.

• Kim (8/5): Great apartment full of character and host added lots of little extras like wine to make it lovely stay. - Lovely, quirky 3 bedroom apartment in old town. Clean, central, well equipped. Good terrace shared with other apartments - and a couple of cats :) Host included some pantry basics which was great plus shampoo and body wash and laundry detergent 👍🏻👍🏻 If you can’t manage stairs - beware - this was on top floor - 4 floors. The showers were good and lots of hot water but easy flood - tricky in one bathroom if you’re tall

• Pranav (10/5): Exceptional - Marijana is a very warm and super host. Apartment is right in the centre and has a Dubrovnik vibe - old and rustic. It is well equipped and huge - 3 bedrooms with lots of space. The bathrooms are a bit outdated. It's on the top floor, so be ready to climb a lot of stairs - would be difficult for people with big bags.
• Susan (9/5): Wonderful stay in a very convenient and comfortable apartment - Very clean rooms with charming decor. Plenty of room for four adults, with 3 bedrooms, a small sitting area, full kitchen with table for six persons and two full bathrooms. Excellent location in the old town. Excellent instructions on how to find the apartment, and easy communication with the owner, Marijana. She gave us very helpful information about the town and nearby restaurants, grocery and bakeries. Both showers were small and it was difficult to keep water from getting beyond the curtains and all over the floor (but they both worked well for getting clean). No stoppers for any of the sinks. 50+ stairs to reach the apartment on the top floor of the building.
• Kim (10/5): We’d return most definitely!! - The host was above and beyond! We loved her! So helpful, kind, thoughtful and accommodating!! The location, the quaintness, the extras, being able to drop off bags ahead of check in / all of these things were great!! And she was able to arrange transportation to the airport at the end of our stay. Thank you for everything!! 💕 Only issue is if you’re somewhat tall you have to duck your head and watch your head a bit in the bathrooms, especially one of them. But that comes with historical places… 😊

Marijana was a lovely host. met us at the property with cool drinks and have us lots of great recommendations of places to eat and things to do during our stay we’re all very tall so some areas , especially the bathroom was a little bit tiny!
• Natasha (8/5): Cute & Authentic Dubrovnik surprisingly spacious - we were warmly welcomed by Marijana with delicious cold drinks and from that moment forward it was a wonderful experience. the place has 3 spacious rooms and 2 bathrooms. if you want to stay in an authentic Dubrovnik apartment this is the one. we loved it here. The only thing I didn’t like was the small shower with curtains. it was difficult to spread out to wash hair shave legs etc.

She provides suggestions for restaurants, sites and anything you need. We will definitely stay there again. 4th floor is a hike so be prepared BUT it's totally worth it !!!

We were met by Marijana who gave us maps and restaurant suggestions, greeted us with drinks and snacks, and immediately felt like family. If this apartment is an option I’d look no further.
