• Olgerts (10/5): Ideal view of Dubrovnik and Sea - Apartament is spacious enough for family of 3 Large additional bed. Full kitchen with appliances, and gorgeous view outside. Very welcoming host, helped us in many ways. Bus stop is in 10 minute walk, but you don’t have to make a huge climb.
• Gregg (9/5): Practical and convenient with a beautiful view - Outstanding location. Peaceful and quiet with an amazing view. The ‘balcony’ with windows opening to the sea view was a real bonus. Walking distance to the old town. Supermarket and bakery around the corner. Host went out of her way to welcome us despite our three hour delay, thank you so much! The curtains let through quite a lot of light, which woke us up early. On the plus side, this meant we had more time to see Dubrovnik.
• Bruno (10/5): - Apartman nas je dočekao besprijekorno čist, uredan i moderno uređen s mnoštvom pažljivo odabranih detalja koji stvaraju osjećaj potpune udobnosti. Idealno mjesto za opuštanje i uživanje. Lokacija je izvrsna jer se do centra lako stiže šetnjom, a postoji i mogućnost javnog prijevoza. Plaža je također vrlo blizu, svega nekoliko minuta hoda, što boravak čini još ugodnijim. Također, domaćini su bili jako ljubazni!

• ARTHUR (10/5): Superbe séjour, idéal pour visiter la ville. - L’accueil de la propriétaire, la vue fantastique sur la baie et les prestations de l’appartement. L’emplacement évite d’être dans le flux continu des touristes tout en étant à proximité du centre historique (10 min en bus, 20/30 min à pied).
• Matthew (9/5): Great place to stay in Dubrovnik! - Property was a 20 minute walk to the old town. It was large , comfortable and clean! Host was super helpful with information. Great views from the balcony. Washing machine was awesome! Small point. Would have preferred a coffee pod machine rather than a coffee brew machine.
• Catalin (10/5): - The view was amazing! The apartment was equipped with everything you could want. The host was very nice and helpful. It’s a 20 minute beautiful walk around the sea to the Old Town. Definitely will come back again!

• Sergei (10/5): Exceptional - Liked everything. The owner met us in front of the house, showed us where the parking lot was and guided us to the apartments. The apartments were very comfortable and had a great view of the sea and the old town of Dubrovnik. The beach is nearby, as well as shops and restaurants. The owner gave us useful tips on where to go, he was very very friendly! Nothing.
• Leeann (9/5): Lovely appartment well equipped. - Clean, quiet and well maintained. Communication was great with the host. We were allowed to store our luggage before and after check in/out. Shop close by, Rocky beach 10 mins away. Old town is a bit of a walk but it was easy enough or catch a bus. The hot water ran out during the 2nd shower. Only a small water heater.

• Bradley (10/5): Great apartment, clean, nice view. Free parking. - Clean, great place, had parking (sometimes hard to get a spot in front of the apartment, but could still find one fairly close). Location to the walled city wasn’t close if you had to walk, we had a car so it was great. Not many restaurants near by. Minor-coffee pot needed replacing.
• Bryan (10/5): Exceptional - Josipa was amazing. She will answer you right away if you have any questions. The apt has everything that you need for your stay. The hot water doesn't last to long. Within 5 minutes the hot water is gone and the internet has poor reception. The walking distance to the old town is about 20 to 30 minutes. So if you don't like to walk then you need a car.

• Dmitry (9/5): Very nice stay near Old Town! - Amazing host! Great communication before and during the stay. Apartment is located 35 minute walk from the Old Town. Very walkable, and plenty of reasonably priced Ubers. Great view from the apartment! Beach is 10 mins walk. Our family with two kids had a very nice stay! Apartment has dishwasher and washing machine, which seems not to be that common in similar type of accommodations in Croatia. There is a small grocery store 3 min walk away, which made it very convenient. The host organized both transfers to/from the airport, which helped make our stay easy. We appreciate very much the care which Josipa (host) extended to our family during our stay at her unit!

Beautiful views, spacious and comfortable enough for a family of 4. fully equipped with everything and more! Good WiFi, strong AC, private and safe. Host was friendly, helpful and responsive. Near a beautiful beach, small grocery store. Free street parking. About a 10 minute Uber ride to the old town. Also a bus station about a 5 min walk away. Overall great stay! Would definitely recommend it! Nothing. Everything was great and exceeded our expectations.

Hostess even met us to show us exactly where to park, gave us recommendations for restaurants and where to catch the bus. A bit of a hike to city center but bus nearby and not a bad trade off for the price.

• Olga (9/5): Enjoyable stay in Dubrovnik - A cozy apartment with the sea view. You’ve got everything you need in the apt and the host Josipa is totally nice caring and helpful. Josipa makes everything to make your stay pleasant and enjoyable. The property is just half an hour walking distance from the Old City. It’s in a private houses area, which is quiet. It’s not about the property, but it’s about the sea vacation in general: Dubrovnik is a place where one shall be ready for walking stairs to get to the sea.

Relaxing seating area with great views of sea and Old Town. Parking easy on street when we were there early May. Owner very helpful with instructions on entry and parking. Recommend taking the short walk to Academia - a student run restaurant in great setting with exceptional food at an incredible price. Walk may be a bit long for some, but plenty of bakeries along route and pass by a wonderful public beach beside main hotel in area
• Ingrid (9/5): Quiet, residential and very centrally located with a lovely view! - the host was in touch with us and accommodated our need for a later check in without hesitation. she also checked in whether we were ok. the location is quiet and still very cebtral that was amazing. the balcony was our favorite spot! it would have been good to have a separating door or curtain or sth between the bedroom and kitchen.
• Lena (8/5): Wonderful stay and wonderful hosts! - The view from the apartment and the hospitality of the hosts was exceptional. They had reserved a space in the public parking area and were waiting for us when we arrived. We requested print outs during our stay and it was handled within minutes. The apartment was comfy and clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well furnished. The apartment is a bit compact for a family of three.
