• CatitaDM (6/5): Piscina genial pero pésima comunicación con el dueño. - Lo que más me gustó fue la piscina. Aún en temporada alta, nunca estuvo llena; teníamos mucho espacio para nadar. Lo que no me gustó del departamento fueron las cortinas. Éstas eran plegables, no de género, y siempre quedaba un buen espacio entre ellas que me hacía sentir en vitrina, pues estábamos en el primer piso. Tenía que ir a cambiarle al baño. Con respecto al dueño del departamento, me molestó mucho llegar al lugar y que mi nombre no figurara en la lista de los guardias, pues aún no les habían informado de mi arribo. Yo ya había pagado el 50%, y lo lógico era pagar el resto una vez que tuviéramos las llaves, pero no...al final hay que pagar el 100% antes de ingresar, con el riesgo que eso significa, pues una no tiene certeza si es una estafa o no...Fue una pésima experiencia en ese sentido: una fila eterna de autos a la entrada, algunos tocándonos la bocina, guardias molestos, yo sin señal para hacer la transferencia y el dueño sin permitir que yo pudiera por lo menos estacionarme para hacer el resto del trámite.

Jätte fin utsikt över poolen och området. Completely Unacceptable – Do Not Book This Apartment The apartment was completely unacceptable, and the host should not be renting it out in this condition. It was a run-down apartment with torn wallpaper, holes in the walls, and broken mattresses on the beds. There was mold on the blinds, the toilets, and the shower rod. The apartment was extremely dirty, as if no proper cleaning had been done for several months. There were grease stains everywhere – on the furniture, dishes, glasses, the balcony sliding doors, and handprints on the windows. The floors were dirty, and the rugs had grease stains. There was sand and leftover trash from previous guests. We did not cook any food or use the glasses in the kitchen because everything felt so filthy and greasy. The final straw was the ants. It was a full-blown ant infestation. They were everywhere and came out of holes in the walls and from the floors. We even found ants by the bed in one of the bedrooms, which forced three people to sleep in the same bed. We slept very poorly during the two nights we stayed there. We informed the host about all of this. The only solution offered was that the cleaning staff could come back and clean again. During the day, a cleaner and a person from reception came by, but the only thing we received was ant spray. What was needed was proper pest control (for example, professional extermination services) and a thorough deep cleaning – not a regular cleaning. It is completely unacceptable to rent out an apartment under these conditions. The host offered us one additional night free of charge as compensation, but who would want to stay in such a filthy apartment where you cannot even sleep without being bitten by ants? We asked for a refund for one night, but the host refused. Please – do not book this apartment.
