• Arkadiusz (8/5): odświeżone pokoje warto, stare niestety nie nadają się na dłużej niż jedna noc - całkiem spoko lokalizacja i dobra cena, pokój który dostaliśmy na wymianę był okej, dużo lepszy niż pierwszy, właściciel uprzejmy pomocny, wymienił pokój, dał przedłużacze, adaptery do prądu. dostaliśmy pokój, który miał pleśń na suficie, rano przeciekał i leciała z niego woda, więc reklamowaliśmy i wymieniono nam na pokój po remoncie. niestety w całym obiekcie nie ma wentylacji, przez co jest duża wilgoć.

• Justin (10/5): Spacious, Cozy, and Perfectly Located - Exactly What We Wanted - The apartment is very spacious and excellently situated. The big balcony was perfect to enjoy your morning coffee in the sun while taking in the nice view! Parking is available, and all essential amenities are just a short walk away. The area's main attractions are easily accessible by a quick bus ride or an even shorter drive. The heating works efficiently, making the place feel cozy in no time. Water pressure is strong, and even on colder days the boiler delivers hot water. Overall, it was precisely what we were looking for. -

La cuisine manque de nettoyage en profondeur, la bouilloire est très calcifiée, il y avait des fourmi dans la cuisine. La climatisation est en supplément mais le ventilateur nous a suffit.

• Elmar (9/5): Zentral in Ayia Napa - Sehr zentral gelegen, nähe Ayia Napa Square Busse in alle Richtungen, mit Supermärkten und einem Gemüsemarkt in der Nähe. Gastgeber Kostas ist immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Konnte in der Nähe und über die Insel Ausflüge machen, Nicosia in 1,5 Std, Larnaca 1 Std Paphos 3 Std. Die Gegend um Cavo Greco faszinierend zu wandern. Die Sonnenaufgänge auf dem Balkon mit dem Meer am Horizont faszinierend. Manchmal ist es halt laut, die berühmte Taverna Napa gegenüber. die Nachbarn.

• Cornelis (9/5): Basic and perfect - Very good bed, slept like a baby. Nice balcony with seaview. The shower was awesome with very good pressure and hot. The owner was very helpful and responded very quickly. Price/quality perfect Nothing but don't expect a luxury stay. Its a basic studio in a bit old building. The only thing was that i couldn't extend my stay because it was already booked :) The next time when i am around it will be the first place that i will check

Teplá voda byla po celou dobu našeho pobytu. Být by potřeboval pár úprav,zejména v koupelně. Vhodný pro méně náročné klienty. Na přespání dostatečné.

The location is perfect: close to the city center and not far from the sea, everything you need is nearby. The room is spacious, with a very comfortable bed and a lovely balcony where you can relax and enjoy the view. The host is exceptionally kind, polite, and attentive. He was always ready to help with anything and even drove me to the airport, which I truly appreciated. I had such a great experience staying here — warm, pleasant, and unforgettable. I’ll remember this place with a smile and would be happy to come back again!

• Monika (10/5): - Vyborna lokalita blizko centra mesta a zastavok autobusov. Pod apartmanom obchod. Priestranny apartman, plne vybaveny, pekny vyhlad z balkona. Starsi nabytok ale nijako neprekazalo. Vsetko funkcne a za tie peniaze netreba ocakavat luxus.
• Stojkovic (9/5): Great location, sea view apartment - This appartement is located perfectly, across the street there are two great restorants, it is near and walking distance from the city center (Ayia Napa monastery). The furniture is older but the sheets, kitchen and bathroom cleanness were good which was important to us.The hosts were very helpful, we had a late check in and asked for their assistance with baggage keeping which greatly contributed to the quality of our vacation.

I think that in a country where temperatures reach over 40 degrees Celsius, this should be included in the price.

• Giulia (7/5): Tutto sommato buono - Posizione molto centrale, a pochi minuti dalla piazza principale di Aya Napa e al tempo stesso lontana dal caos. L’appartamento ha tutto il necessario (bagno, phon, cucina e utensili), aria condizionata da pagare come supplemento. Consigliata se non si hanno grosse pretese. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo. L’host molto disponibile e cordiale. La struttura è un po’ vecchiotta, soprattutto il bagno che presenta servizi igienici da modernizzare, ma per il resto ripeto tutto ok.

Very close to the square where all the buses to the beaches stops or to the airport. In the neighborhood are so many bars and night clubs just 3 minutes from the accommodation. Great for this value! • Aleksandar (8/5): Nice apartment, good hosts. - Excellent value for money. If you’re not looking for luxury, this apartment is great. It’s spacious and completely quiet – you can sleep very well. There was always plenty of hot water. The owners are very pleasant and friendly. We paid much less for the air conditioning than what was listed, which is another big plus. You can walk to the beach (10–15 minutes). It takes a bit more time for the room to cool down, I assume the air conditioning is old and that’s the reason. We had a misunderstanding about changing the bed linens – we were supposed to inform the owners if we wanted them changed, but we didn’t, so they weren’t replaced. However, they did replace the towels. Overall, the impression is that with just a small investment, the apartment could be much better.

• Tina (10/5): Nice place - The apartment has nice view to the city from above, is right next to the famous tavern napa and the kiosk is just in the downtown floor. Good communication and friendly people. Is one of the low cost housing in Napa, but you get everything you need. Two single beds, full equipment kitchen and bathroom.
• Jasna (7/5): Domaćin veoma ljubazan i sve se može dogovoriti sa njim. - Lokacoija je dosta mirna, malo udaljena od centtra, sa lepim pogfledom na more. Objekat ima sve potrebne sadržaje, ali je dosta stara gradnja i nije skoro renovirano.

W pokoju jest wiatrak, czajnik, kuchenka, toster, suszarka do włosów. Bardzo ladny widok z okna. Pokoj znajduje sie na duzej gorce wiec dotarcie jest troche meczace. Znajduje sie obok ulicy i w nocy czesto jezdzi duzo glosnych quadów. Niedaleko sa kluby wiec w nocy jest glosno.

• József (3/5): Katasztrófa, koszos hely, arrogáns tulaj - Jó elhelyezés Koszos falak, a kád és a kapaszkodó festése málott. Amikor ezt jeleztem a tulajnak, konkrétan LEHÜLYÉZETT (lassan 20 év utazgatás alatt nem tapasztaltam ilyet), és azt akarta, hogy hagyjuk el az apartmant, mert elege van az olyan emberekből, mint mi. Kértem, hogy jöjjön oda, és nézze meg, mi a gond, és kaphassunk másik apartmant. Ezt megtagadta, nem vesztegeti az idejét. Légkondi irányító nem volt, a ventilátor a képen látható koszos állapotban volt. Nem is kapcsoltuk be. Az árban lévő wifit nem tudtuk használni, nem volt sehol a jelszó. Miután lehülyézett, nem is kívántam kommunikálni vele. Soha többet ide. Az összes állítsom a kommunikációról screenshot formájában tudom igazolni.

• Anna (1/5): Mold, insects and terrible smell - Only localization is a plus Beware of this host! He's a scammer. The apartment is moldy, there are insects crawling around, and it smelled terrible. We had booked 3 nights but left after the first one. We reported the poor condition to the host immediately – we received only excuses about no available technician and no money refund. Shocking!
