• Kristina (9/5): Dovolená v zimě - Hezký byt. Bylo tam snad vše, co jsme mohli potřebovat. Parkování přímo u domu. Byli jsme tam v zimě - možnost si zatopit klimatizací.

• Timea (7/5): - The apartment is nicely decorated and well equipped, as shown in the photos, and is conveniently located close to the city centre and the beach. The property had an oven, but no oven tray, so it could not be used. Payment was only accepted in cash at the property. The surrounding area felt uncomfortable at times, and we did not always feel safe.

• Monika (7/5): - Apartment was clean and quite near to city center. Host was nice and helpful. It was nice stay. Really thin walls that you can hear everything also other people living next to you or above you.
• Denis (7/5): - Апартаменты в хорошем состоянии и всё очень чистое. Самостоятельный заезд, не нужно лично забирать ключи. Очень жесткие и высокие подушки, совершенно неудобно на таких спать. К сожалению отметка на карте не соответствует действительности и боюсь владельцы об этом знают и не меняют намеренно. Квартира находится на 200м дальше от центра и во всяком случае мы бы за эту цену её не рассматривали. В этих домах в основном живёт обслуживающий персонал, таксисты, доставщики и тд. Подольше поспать тут скорее всего невозможно, нас всегда кто-то будил и мы всегда просыпались раньше 9 утра. Один раз когда мы вернулись у нашей двери стояло 2 мужчин и стучали в дверь, я спросил что им нужно и они молча ушли. Мы парковали во дворе дома квадроцикл и я не закрыл багажник на ключ (там были только пляжные полотенца), когда я вышел на балкон то увидел как соседский мальчик копается в нашем багажнике.

Has all the facilities and amenities that you need - washing machine, hot water, air conditioner, and a functioning kitchen if you wish to cook your own meals! Maria provided great communication and thoroughly explained how to enter the apartment complex. With this, we had no issues locating or accessing the apartment. There is also available parking if you are driving your own car. Location is 15 minute walk from the Ayia Napa promenade.

• Katarína (9/5): - Nice apartment with private parking near the centre . Very good communication with the owner. She prepared also bottle of wine and nuts for us. Near this place is very good restaurant Hungry Horse with delicious meals and very kind owners and staff. We really enjoyed our holidays there.

• Aipate (10/5): Great apartment; very clean - This apartment is very nice and clean; we had everything we needed and the host is very kind and helpful. It's far enough from the city center so you don't hear the noise form the parties. The beds and pillows are very comfortable.
• Olivia (10/5): Perfect! - Everything was perfect! Maria is a good host ! The apartament was very clean ( the reason why I booked it being with a small child) , very close to a supermarket and restaurants, and in a more quiet area not on the busy side. It has everything that you need , fully equipped kitchen, an iron , a blow drier, towels etc ! Bonus , a bottle of wine that unfortunately we didn’t have time to enjoy being with our 1year old.

Very clean, in addition to the basic things it has (towels, microwave, hair dryer) there are also beach towels, washing machine, toaster,... The host is very kind and willing to provide all the necessary information. If I were to stay in Ayia Napa again, I would definitely choose the same accommodation.

• Una (10/5): Perfection - It was perfect, everything was perfect and Maria the owner is the best. She helped us with everything we asked. The apartment is really clean and is a good place in the center so everything is close, but also you are isolated so you can't here the music from nightlife and you can sleep in peace. I recommend this apartment to everyone. Thank you Maria, it was great.

Not only was it spotless, but Maria was also kind enough to provide us with some basic amenities (including soap and toilet paper), as well as an assortment of coffees and tees to choose from and a bottle of white Cypriot wine as well, which is very thoughtful of her! Honestly, couldn’t recommend it more! The location is very convenient too, it being less than a five minute walk from the centre! Don’t hesitate for a second to book this apartment for your next vacation! There isn’t a single thing I disliked.

• Stanojevic (10/5): Recomendation - The apartment and the host Maria exceeded all our expectations. Very comfortable, extremely clean. You can find anything you would need during your stay in it, from beach umbrella to laundry detergent, safe box, lock box, wifi, even power adapters, iron, towels, kitchen fully equiped, private parking space. Location is perfect, quiet neiborhood, few minutes walk to city centre, bus stops, near to supermarkets, water refill machine. We really enjoy, recomendation. :)
