• Zoran (9/5): - Апартамента е на топ място. В самият център на Барселона. На 5 мин пеша от метро станциите и от площад Каталуния. Огромен апартамент дори и за 11 човека Неудобство с комуникацията при настаняването. Всичко друго е ОК.

• Anna (10/5): Było super - Apartament zlokalizowany blisko Placu Katalońskiego skąd wszędzie było blisko czy do metra, czy do sklepu lub restauracji. Lokum pomieściło naszą 13 osobową paczkę znajomych każda para miała swój osobny pokój oraz łazienkę.

• LAURA (9/5): Fantástica! - Nos gustó todo, sitio amplio, limpio y se puede descansar muy bien. Está muy bien comunicado y a pie puedes recorrer todo el centro de Bcn. A lo mejor, al ser un sitio tan grande, podría aumentar el número de sillas en el comedor. El sitio es excelente y tiene mucha capacidad para un grupo, pero se podrian poner más sillas así facilitas comer todos los huéspedes juntos.

• Ho (1/5): Run down apartment with poor customer service - Location was central, close to transit - will STILL not recommend this place. This was one of the worst stays I’ve ever had. The unit had cockroaches, the shower drain flooded, and people entered the room without my notice. Management was extremely slow to respond and eventually stopped communicating altogether. They showed no concern for safety or cleanliness and took no responsibility. I felt unsafe the entire time. Avoid this property at all costs — they do not care about their guests.

• Ji (8/5): - Location was great. Room leaked due to some extremely bad weather. We were missing blankets but staff were very quick to remediate.
• Auni (9/5): Stay at Flatelli apartment H5 - Spacious, all amenities available, great location in the centre of the city. Anything you need from bread to socks available at a stone's throw. Honestly, I can't think of anything we didn't like or enjoy.
• Michele (8/5): Very good - Location was perfect, apt fit perfectly for a large group of friends. Heat water was perfect. We receive only 3 keys. You should install on the street door some device to enter without keys, like a codelock.
• Hannah (10/5): Amazing apartment for a group, brilliant location - The apartment was huge, with plenty of space and facilities for a group of 11 of us! The lounge and dining rooms were great to gather together and the apartment was equipped with everything we needed. There was a QR code for the house manual, but when we tried to scan the code it just tried to open up Canva. We were therefore unable to check where we should take the bins etc at the end of our stay.

• Linda (6/5): A break with friends - The apartment was centrally located and quite large. Would suit a family gathering or group of friends. The beds were very comfy and the apartment has a fair few bathrooms so no waiting. The apartment would benefit from a good clean as the floors were dirty. It would also be handy if their was more information on the appliances in the kitchen. Also we were told that a person would be there to hand over keys. After nearly an hour and a few telephone calls to their office a person arrived to hand over the keys. A text from them to let us know what was going on would of helped. Overall their communications were lax.

• Jessica (8/5): Great - location was fab - spacious - It was so spacious - only 11 of us attended in the end so there was so much space One of the showers kept flooding into the hall way..i did report it an they said someone would come an look the day after at 11am an no one turned up.. last thing you want to do it mop a flooded hallway an bathroom.
• Chi (9/5): Excellent place to stay for large group - This is a large apartment in a prime location of Barcelona. It was very comfortable, well equipped for our group of 14. Slow showers and sinks drainage
• Barukh (2/5): Not recommend - Location The water heater can't work for all showers at the same time, only two showers had hot water. When trying to turn on water heater for other showers all electricity shutdown and it took us 20 min to get it back. I don't recommend this apartment for large family.

• Vrinda (3/5): Building was big , bed was nice , kitchen facilities was good , staff should be more welcoming - The location and space area in the accommodation No hot water in most of the shower room , temperature setting in rooms , two night without AC. Response of the staff , there was incident happened on metro station on 25th , was confusion on travelling, no staff was present at metro station to guide , so it took long time to reach in accommodation, staff from the agency keep calling and keep warning saying we have to pay extra 25 euro if we are late ( after 20:00 ) hrs , i said we know that , trying over best to reach the accommodation but this is the problem, staff said there is no problem with metro , at tithe end staff said we have to pay , (that’s all the staff was thinking about , the payment) we managed to come in hotel 10 minutes before 20:00 hrs , we were expecting some reception, there is no reception , so we looking for the staff to report , we managed to call the staff who spoken earlier, that was 20:00hrs , instead of trying to help us , staff said you have to pay, waited at main door inside the building for half an hour to get the key , when we complaint about AC , staff said if you are not happy you can find another accommodation, this was really shocking , no light in the lounge area, always electricity is tripping
• Jf (5/5): Passable - Location is great. Apartment is spacious and clean. Close to La Rambla, very good access to transportation. We never talked to the same person. The first problem we faced was that our cruise forded us to leave the ship by 9 am. The apartment doesn’t have any space for luggage storage, so we had to pay for a storage/ delivery service. After receiving the keys there was no explanations or walk through. We called to report a clogged sink and were told to contact bookings.com and attach a photo of the problem. We unclogged it ourselves. The dryer didn’t dry at all until we found out that the lint filter was completely full. For sure had never been cleaned. In the master bedroom there was no hot water. Found the water heater but hot water was available only in the kitchen and 2 bedrooms. After showering with cold water, we finally found that the apartment has 2 water heaters. One was off and after turning it on had to wait until water warmed up. We never complained directly since the ’report it to bookings.com’ incident.
• Kristina (9/5): Very spacious and nice apartment in a good location. - Very spacious and nicely designed. A bit worn down lamps, also there were cockroaches in two bathrooms. There were lacking of electric lights in the living room, not all of them working. The hosts did not respond before coming and during the stay.
