• Rita (9/5): L'appartamento è in ottima posizione , pulito e spazioso, non è economico - Ottima posizione, l'appartamento era molto pulito e non abbiamo avuto problemi a fare il check in ma siamo arrivati e partititi nel pomeriggio, ho visto che per altri orari ci sono dei supplementi da pagare
• Patricia (10/5): - Le quartier Gracia est super, très vivant, plein de petites places animées, de magnifiques immeubles, des tas de commerces, de bons restaurants ... et bien desservi par les transports en commun (métro, bus). L'appartement est très bien aussi ; nous avons bien profité de la terrasse pour nos petits déjeuners et moments de détente.
• giulia (8/5): Vacanze a Barcellona - Posizione molto comoda in quartiere tranquillo da cui ci si muove con facilità, anche a piedi. Si notte abbastanza silenzioso, aspetto fondamentale. In zona è ricco di locali e ristoranti di tutte le varietà, molto comodo se la sera si vuole rimanere in zona. L’appartamento in sé va benissimo per due persone, l’abbiamo trovato pulito e accogliente. Proprietario simpatico e disponibile.

• Karine (8/5): Un très bel appartement spacieux lumineux dans un quartier charmant - J’ai aimé l’emplacement. Vue sur une charmante petite place. Le quartier familial. Possibilité de poser la voiture quelques minutes pour décharger les valises. Alors ça c’est précieux !L’appartement est spacieux, propre, très bien équipé en électroménager, ça sent bon. Petit balcon d’un côté. Grande terrasse de l’autre . Des rangements pour les vêtements. Noureddine est très réactif et très gentil. Il nous a bien aidé . Merci à lui Il manque juste une petite bouteille d’eau « d’accueil ». Mais vraiment c’est le seul détail à améliorer. ( et facile à réaliser )

Lo único pequeño es la cocina, la verdad no había mucho espacio si quisieras cocinar. Una terraza amplia que nos permitió tender la ropa que lavamos. • Panja (10/5): - Der Vermieter war immer ansprechbar und sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Ich habe mich gleich Zuhause gefühlt. Die Wohnungen war sauber, sehr groß und super ausgestattet. Es war alles vorhanden was man brauchte und super zentral gelegen. Wenn ich das nächste Mal nach Barcelona fliegen, dann werde ich diese Wohnung wieder buchen. Also auf diesem Weg noch Mal vielen Dank für diesen schönen Urlaub. Es war alles wunderbar bar.

• Eric (8/5): Un séjour très agréable dans une résidence très bien tenue. A retenir pour la prochaine fois. - Les appartements sont très bien situés, sur une petite place dans le quartier de Vila de Gracia à équidistance de deux stations de métro, Diagonal et Gracia. De nombreux restaurants à proximité; un quartier à la fois résidentiel et vivant. L'appartement était spacieux, très propre et très bien équipé. Si vous venez en voiture, le parking Nepu est situé juste derrière et vous pouvez y laisser votre voiture pour environ 12€ les 24h. Un vieux bar à tapas de quartier et sa clientèle d'habitués est situé juste à côté des logements. Il vous propose un menu pour 15€ environ. Immersion garantie. Situé entre deux écoles, la rue est très animée le matin, le midi et en fin d'après midi. A la sortie des cours, la place se transforme en aire de jeu. Il faut aussi faire avec le mode de vie des habitants et à Barcelone, les week-ends, la place est animée jusqu'à tard dans la nuit. Si votre chambre est située sur rue et si vous êtes sensible au bruit, ne comptez pas être au calme avant 3 voire 5 heures du matin. (minuit à 1 heure en semaine). Il faut l'accepter et prévoir en conséquence. Attention aux bagages lourds et encombrants, l'escalier est étroit et très raide. (pas d'ascenseur)

Et le lave-vaisselle n a jamais fonctionné et le personnel n a rien fait pour réparer ! Et l espace etait agencé de manière d avoir un grand couloir mais pas d espace pour manger! Mal pensé dommage !

• Diana (7/5): Overall, the apartment has great potential. - On the positive side, the location is great — almost in the city center, with the metro only about 10 minutes away. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, and it’s easy to get around. The apartment has a nice terrace where you can relax, and the host was incredibly kind and welcoming — they met us right away upon arrival, helped with our luggage, and always responded quickly to messages. The air conditioning worked well and made the stay comfortable. I also appreciated that each bedroom had its own TV, coffee machine, and refrigerator. The apartment is equipped with two fridges, a toaster, and a microwave, which was convenient. The cleanliness definitely needs improvement. The bathroom was not clean — there was visible dust, stains, and hair. The bed sheets and pillowcases didn’t feel fresh, and the blanket had an unpleasant smell. There were also hairs on the bedding and some dirty dishes and glasses in the kitchen. Towels didn’t smell very clean either. It would also be helpful to have paper towels or basic kitchen towels available. Noise was another issue — the apartment is located right next to a bar and a busy square, so it was very noisy at night (especially on weekends) and even early in the morning. The person who met us spoke very little English, which made communication a bit difficult at check-in. The Wi-Fi signal was also not very strong and sometimes unstable.

• A-William (10/5): An excellent apartment in an excellent location in an excellent city. - The apartment is one of the best short-term rental properties I have experienced. It has spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, a small balcony overlooking a small, active park and a private dine-out terrace. The gentleman who provided our keys was helpful around the building. I'm old school and I don't like meeting my host only remotely by phone and email. The stairs to the third floor (2o piso) are a little narrow and twisty and might be an obstacle for some (but not us).

Other than that, a few things could be mentioned although none of them really were a big deal at all for us: Bathtubs/showers could use a little attention. Not a lot of counter space in the bathrooms. Towels smelled a bit. Also, there is an elementary school almost next door and noise on weekday mornings from the room in the back can be bothering (we had no issues with it but I can how this can bother someone else).

• Marco (10/5): Alos apartaments - Abbiamo soggiornato presso Alos Apartments e ci siamo trovati benissimo. L’appartamento è molto carino, accogliente e dotato di tutti gli accessori indispensabili per un soggiorno confortevole. La posizione è ottima, a pochi passi dalla metro, che permette di spostarsi ovunque con facilità. Il quartiere è tranquillo, ma allo stesso tempo ben servito con tutto ciò che può servire nelle vicinanze. Consigliatissimo!

• mmserena (9/5): Lo recomiendo - El apartamento es bastante grande, perfecto para dos parejas. Nos ha ha salvado el aire acondicionado para poder dormir. La terraza genial una pena no poderla usar más por el calor. Tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días y sentirte como en casa. Mucha decoración no apta para niños y la limpieza podría estár mejor. No estába sucio pero tampoco impecable.

It is situated in a very convenient location with local restaurants and shops nearby and it has a beautiful terrace. Good position near a little square, quiet neighbourhood, walking distance to the Casa Mila. The host was really polite and allowed us to check in earlier, so he made our stay great! Highly recommended!
• Sotirios (7/5): A big relaxing apartment at a very good location - It is a nice apartment at an excellent location, at a small beautiful park near to main roads. It is a big apartment with all the necessary amenities, a small kitchen and a big hydromassage-spa for relaxing nights. The cleanliness wan not so good. The towels had a really bad smell of moisture and the kitchen was a little bit dirty (microwave oven). Also the bed was not so comfortable although it was big. Last but not least, for me, the ceiling both to the bedroom area and the bathroom was low and every time i was standing upright i hit my head.

The apartment has enough space for two for a few days in Barcelona. The apartment could need a renovation. The bathroom ceiling is really low and there were quite some dirty spots in the apartment. If things would get cleaner and renewed, this would be perfect.

No elevator, the apartment was on the 2nd floor, for americans would be the third floor. The bathtub walls needed a little repair. The bathroom sink needed a little maintenance because the water would not flow normally.

And the manager of the property was very accessible and responsive to any questions/issues. There were a lot of stairs to get in, which wasn't a problem for us but could be for others.

• Salar (2/5): I wouldn’t recommend anyone trying this place. - The location is okay for purpose of shopping but you won’t feel safe in the neighbourhood. Shady people around the corner all the time. Bed sheets and pillow cases were dirty, the place were not cleaned properly, glasses were dirty, towel smelled bad. One of the Coffee machine were broken, freezer was not working. The worst is the air conditioner which doesn’t work properly and leaks water, we couldn’t sleep well because the air conditioner couldn’t cool down the temperature. The staff does not speak english, they are rude and not responsible.

• Bronwyn (10/5): Fabulous stay in Barcelona. A gorgeous apartment in a great location. Would definitely recommend. - A beautiful apartment located on a pretty square. Very close to all to the action in Barcelona. We walked everywhere and had great restaurant options very close by as well as grocery stores and many other shops. Excellent service by the host and the apartment manager. Two huge private bathrooms both with baths and a cute Juliette balcony overlooking the square off one of the bedrooms. nothing other than if being pedantic one of the bathtubs was so huge it was too big to fill up but it still had a great shower above it.

• 瑞鴻 (9/5): Superb - Location is very good, quiet and close to passage de glacia, 2 big bathtub, have a balcony with no view but have privacy and big sky. Very big apartment for 2 people. Have a steep and narrow stairway but luggage is help by staff so not a very big obstacle.
• Stephen (10/5): 6 days in Barcelona - The apartment was amazing with lots of facilities. The whirlpool bath was fun... And as for the huge terrace, we would have used more if the weather was better or we had been there more.... The location meant we were able to walk to all the sites we wanted to visit but if walking not your thing the buses are very regular and close by.... The next street over had all the shops you need to buy food supplies along with some nice restaurants... The only thing we would have liked was an oven... But that is being very picky...

• Jan (9/5): Two jacuzzis and a private terrace - The apartment was curiously planned, with a large bedroom (incl. bathroom) in one end and an inner courtyard in the other. In them between is a long corridor with a dining/living room and a semi-private bathroom, plus kitchenette. Beds and the bathrooms were great. Coffee maker and kitchen utensils were good. The terrace was nice and private, even though surrounded by neighbouring buildings. Apart from the comfy beds, the furniture was unpractical and unappealing. The cheap uncomfortable couch no one wanted to sit in. The high glass dinner table and low metal chairs didn't match too well, so we usually ate outside, but he terrace furniture in cheap plastic could do with an upgrade, too.

Balcony and terrace were nice and the place was comfortable enough. Nothing much to complain about. Beds were a bit hard and uncomfortable. Sometimes the street was noisy at night. • Eleni (10/5): Great location and very nice appartment! - Great location, at a very nice small square with trees and birds singing, with cafes, restaurants, bars, supermarkets and shops nearby. The appartment is spacious, very appropriate for a family of 4 (our kids are teens and thus adult size!). Beds were very comfortable, and there is parquet all over the appartment. There are two bedrooms, each with a kitcen corner (including fridge!) and a full bathroom (really big, incluing toilet). There is an efficient air condition in both bedrooms. A timy balcony looking at the square is marvelous for 2 people drinking their coffee in the morning. Easy to reach Av. Diagonal by walking, and metro stop is very close. Overall, we felt like home - thank you Juan! There is a veranda, which can be reached by the smaller bedroom. There is shade, but apart from a dining table and chairs there is nothing else and thus it is not an attractive place to dine or to relax. It would be nice to put plants and greenery, and a sofa, to turn this indifferent place into a nice-looking outdoor corner!
• Vaughnabs (8/5): Cute apartment for a short stay get-away, walking distance from most attractions. - Great apartment in a cute building in a lovely area within walking distance from most attractions and the metro! The bed was uncomfortable and only 2 small pillows (1 per person). The lost apartment we were allocated was cute, however, the loft area where the bed was got super hot, and the air-conditioning over flow leaked due to humidity.
• Cynthia (7/5): Good - The location was really good, close to metro and bus stops, and also walk distance to many cool suburbs. Communication with the host was really good and quick - very responsive via messages and phone calls. Small but well-equipped kitchen. Nice little outdoor area. The photos promoted on their post did not match the apartment (only 2 out of the 49 photos were accurate), and I assume we got the apartment below to the one published, as it was similar. We also had one shower with a broken tap, which meant that the shower pressure wasn't good. Not much privacy as one of the rooms is an open plan to the dining room.
