• Κωνσταντίνα (1/5): - The room obviously had severe mold problems that were pretty obvious from the first moment we entered the room. Apart from that hygiene issue though, in every room we were noticing small flies and insects crawling on our pillowcases. One of the chairs of the table was broken and at the end of our stay they charged us for a broken device that was intentionally placed in a corner we wouldn’t notice, under the table. We never touched, misplaced, unplugged and obviously damaged the device in any way. The dining table was pushed to the wall and the device was also at the corner under it. It was not touched or seen because it was hidden and they blamed us for the damages . The device was definitely broken before we arrived and the purpose of it was to take back the warranty money for our stay.

• Stènia21 (6/5): Carino - La posizione ottima per il punto che interessava noi. Comunque in generale con 20-25 minuti di camminata raggiungi luoghi d interesse. Carina la terrazza, per respirare un po' di aria. Il personale se c'è un problema, cerca di risolvere il prima possibile. Camera e salotto senza finestra. Purtroppo abbiamo avuto un problema con il bagno, che ammetto è stato risolto la mattina seguente al mio "reclamo" (fatto la sera prima) dall'omino Che si occupa di sistemare questioni simili. Quindi con molta celerità comunque ha risolto il nostro problema. La struttura in sé come pulizia lascia un po' a desiderare, più che altro un po' il pavimento con polvere, tavolo, letto erano comunque puliti...

• Shirley (8/5): Intimidad y tranquilidad. - La ubicación es perfecta, la terraza es agradable, y resolvieron nuestras dudas al momento, eso si, tienes que tener internet si o si en el móvil para poder acceder, súper sencillo con llave electrónica, la cama nos encantó, es enorme y cómoda. Que no nos pudimos quedar más días. :(

• Anna (1/5): Apartament nie spełnia oczekiwań - Lokalizacja Brak okna w sypialni,brak dostępu do swiezego powietrza i odpowiedniej wentylacji. Przy tym wszystkim brak czujnikow czadu, popsute okna,trudności z ich otwarciem. Do tego wszystkiego ukryte koszty dodatkowe 150 euro kaucji. Brudno a zdjecia nie pokrywają się ze stanem faktycznym. Okna na zdjeciach to w rzeczywistości szyba miedzy kuchnia a „salonem” ktory jest w przedpokoju. Pod kanapa ogrom kurzu
• Bociąga (9/5): - Ładny apartament, dobrze wyposażone mieszkanie, czysto, blisko do centrum, cena okey, taras. Dwa materace na pojedyńczym łóżku. Nie przytwierdzone, nieosadzone. Ześlizgiwały się w przeciwnych kierunkach. Przez co spadałam pomiędzy materace.
• Gavin (5/5): - The apartment was cold and I caught a head-cold. The balcony door didn't lock properly and there are holes in the kitchen wall for the fan and a pipe nearby. There is constantly cold air coming into the apartment from outside.

• Diogo (9/5): Great location with everything we needed - The location of the appartment was really good. The bed mattress was really confortable. The kitchen and the bathroom also had everything that we needed. The acoustic insulation of the appartment is not the best. Also the shower pressure is not great.

• JUDIT (7/5): Only go to this appartman if it's not a problem for you if something doesn't work - Very well located clean appartman. equipped with everything. The stove didn't work, so we tried to reach the owner by phone. The phone number is fake. We tried to contact you via booking.com. 3. He sent me a video for an exchange of letters on how to use the stove. Of course, that didn't work, so we wrote again, which was finally repaired.

• Chloe (9/5): - Location was great. Kitchen supplies were great The beds were two separate singles. The shower head wasn't powerful but these were minor. No Aircon in the bedroom so it got hot!

• Emily (8/5): Very good - Great location and lovely property! The addition of a floor fan in the bedroom would be nice as there are no windows so it becomes stuffy at night.
• Yevsyutin (9/5): Superb - The suit has everything, what needed, but main issue was for cleaning person. The utensils was not clean and sticki, and even griddle on the stove was installed upsidedown.
• Dilyara (4/5): Disappointing - The location is good and it was clean. The check-in process was awful. The virtual key didn’t work and we were left outside for 1.5 hours while it was heavily raining. The manager wrote me on WA but never helped or answered my calls saying “I’m trying to connect to someone, I’ll do it remotely”. At the end we just asked the neighbour to open the door. We had a museum reservation for 36 euros (72 overall) but because of not being able to get in we were late and our money has just gone and they never contacted us to say sorry and compensate. Also the water wasn’t hot enough in the shower and the sink in the bathroom is clogged thus the water stays really long in the sink. I wish they did better. And they didn’t warn that they’re going to take 150 euros deposit which also change the course of my traveling.

• Kerri (6/5): Pleasant - It was accessible. The bed was fairly comfortable It wasn’t so clean, and some veneers were chipping off. The instructions for entry were confusing and didn’t work at first.
• Julie (10/5): Lovely few days in Barcelona and Sweet BCN with terrace. - The property was in a great location was easy to walk to places (Sagra Familia) and also catch the metro. We had issues with the virtual key not working for us - but a quick message and we were in the apartment and able to use the actual keys !
• Sauliusm. (7/5): Good - Very good location, easy to get to whereever you want. No windows in the apparment, no coffe maker.
• Yana (9/5): Central location, clean and charming - Location - cantered location and well connected with the airport. Supermarkets nearby. It’s an old building and it has its charm Clean apartment. Fully renovated bathroom, small but well equipped kitchen. The host was super responsive during our stay. Luggage storage There is a terrace no view but perfect for having morning coffee or evening drinks there. Overall good value for the money
• Simcea (6/5): Pleasant - Close to Sagrada familia Does not look as good as in the pictures, it's a very small appartment, very old and bathroom door cannot be closed properly. They retain a warranty for 150 euros, which is only written at the very end of all information for the booking. Self check-in can be tricky, read all instructions carefully and try all the links. Only the bathroom seems renovated, but still there is some mold due to poor window isolation. Walls are paper thin, so you might hear your neighbours at night.

• Elena (7/5): Good - Location is great, close to subway, touristic area and shopping. I have read the previous feedbacks before the trip and was expecting the worst. But everything was much better. The bathroom is new, the bed is comfortable, it is clean and no any insects. The kitchen is fully occupied. Netflix is available on TV. The apartment is quite small and internal, with just a few small windows overlooking the inside yard. But this is something that you can not improve. You can put a big mirror instead of the window to add some space in the bedroom.
• Jacqueline (7/5): A quiet place to rest in energetic Barcelona - It's a spare but serviceable apartment. It's useful to be able to wash clothes in the middle of a trip. The best part was how helpful and responsive the hosts were. I felt like they really cared about my stay. It is cute, but coud use a woman's touch.
