• rogulski (5/5): - Szybka reakcja że strony operatora na zastrzeżenia i prośby o poprawienie komfortu Mieszkanie zaniedbane, potrzebuje remontu , pralka jest ale chodzi tak jakby miała się za chwilę rozpaść i jest bardzo głośna , strach jej używać . Prysznic raz ciepły raz zimny , urwany okap w kuchni , popsute krzesła w jadalni, ( uważajcie na kilka sztuk , mają urwane jeden element mocowania) , brudna pościel ( na prośbę o wymianę dostarczono nowa o 23 za to duży plus) ,jednak same kołdry żółte i aż się proszą o wymianę. Napuchnięte futryny , ruszająca się podłoga w korytarzu . Myślę że gdyby wyremontować mieszkanie to byłoby super . Bo okolica świetna , spokój cisza i bez obaw o kradzież czy jakiś napad tak jak straszą w innych dzielnicach . Blisko do autobusu czy metra , blisko sklepy i knajpki . Jeżeli zrobią remont to polecam.!
• Ungureanu (9/5): - Locația foarte bună, poți ajunge usor chiar și pe jos la mai multe atracții turistice, mai ales cei cărora le place plimbarea pe jos. Micul dejun l-am servit la apartament, are destule tacâmuri pentru toți, poți chiar să și gătești la necesitate. Am avut un pic deficiențe cu canalizarea la baie, dar am rezolvat-o. Și la una din băi la lavoar apa caldă sau nu este sau vine foarte greu. În principiu asta nu a fost un deranj foarte mare pentru noi.

• Edoardo (2/5): Molto costoso per zero servizi. Bisogna parlare con una chat automatica. - L’unica cosa buona della struttura e’ la posizione. Zero servizi e sei costretto a parlare con una chat automatica e auto fare il check in. In pratica lavori al posto di chi affitta l’appartamento. Abbiamo pagato tantissimo per una struttura di cattive condizioni e priva di servizi. Non mettete foto della macchinetta del caffé se poi non offrite neanche una Cialda. Siamo rimasti senza carta igienica erano presenti solo 2 rotoli per 6 ospiti.

• SLAVICA (10/5): - Bili smo zelo velika skupina. Skupaj 12. Omogocili so nam celotno nastanitev, vsem je bilo udobno in popolno za prenocitev v mestu. Kratek sprehod do la ramble in pol ure hoje do familie sagrade. Navodila cudovita in vstop brez zapletov. /

• Marija Simonovic (7/5): - Stan se nalazi na dobroj lokaciji blizu centra. Stan je potrebno renovirati. Laminat se odvaja, vrata od nekih soba se ne zatvaraju, tuš kada se posle kupanja zapušila pa smo korisli alatku da je otpustimo i dizali sifon. Internet ne dolazi do poslednje sobe nema signala. Topla voda dolazi posle 10 sekundi.
• Emanuela (10/5): - Ottima posizione, un quartiere pieno di locali e ristoranti, la metro a due passi e gli autobus a due passi struttura molto grande e capiente. Le camere grandi ci si potrebbe dormire anche di più fantastico il check-in comodissimo tutto online.

• Ana (1/5): Not worth the money, not for families! - The apartment has a good location, close to the city center. Access to the apartment was easy with online entry but you will need internet. Wifi in the apartment was ok. Very disappointing stay – not worth the money! We stayed for 4 days with kids and had no hot water for the entire stay. We reported the issue immediately and were told the boiler needed to be replaced, but nothing was done during our stay. We were offered a partial refund, but it still hasn’t been processed and it does not compensate the stress we experienced especially since we were with children. The toilets are very small and had clogging issues. The apartment overall is in poor condition and in urgent need of a complete renovation. Definitely not worth the price.

• Davinia (10/5): Vacaciones en familia - Amplia casa, eramos 10 y estábamos muy cómodos con aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones. Buena ubicación con tiendas, supermermcados y parada de metro cercanos. La tarima del suelo estaba bastante deteriorada y algunas tablaa se movían por lo que estaría bien cambiarla.
• Carmen (1/5): The Pictures we fell for, is nothing like the Apartment we stepped into. Decor etc is the same correct. But everything l - Almost close to 0. Location is Ok with nice restaurants surrounding. Very very very old. The Pictures taken must've been for when the place had a refreshment. Picture needs updated so people don't fall for the trap and pay almost £450 per night for this. No locks in the bedrooms no Privacy.

• Viktoria (5/5): Great Location and Spacious Apartment, but Poor Maintenance and Amenities - Location, access system, size of the apartment. No hot water in one of the showers. One of the bedroom doors couldn’t be closed as it didn’t even have a lock or latch. There were not enough toiletries provided. The apartment was very cold, and we had to set the ACs to 30 degrees Celsius just to make it bearable to sleep. The air in the apartment was stale and clearly hadn’t been properly ventilated. Additionally, the kitchen extractor fan was not working. While there was a coffee machine, no coffee capsules were provided and there were no garbage bags available. In general the apartment needs renovation.

• Nina (10/5): Nice area, great host and clean and comfortable apartment - A very nice apartment, large enough for 8 to 10 people. Really close to Casa Batllo, Placa Catalunya, easy access to the whole city. A large living room, 2 bathrooms and good enough bedrooms. It was great that in every room we found air conditioning, and for everyone was provided enough towels and bedsheets etc. Even the apartment is near of popular places (crowded one), it was quite and friendly. Near the house lots of supermarkets, pubs and small cozy restaurants. In the kitchen is everything you need for cooking, in bathroom a hairdryier and also an iron provided. Recommend it for families with children. May be the app used for check-in could be replaced with some other methods as for foreigners who are coming far away with no access to internet is difficult to follow the steps in order to get into the house.
